Scientists in Turkey who want to propose a joint research project should agree with the researcher(s) in China, with whom they will carry out the project together, as "project partners". Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.
Project applications are made through TUBITAK International Cooperation Department (UIDB) Project Application System (PBS) (http://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr). Project partners in China will be able to apply through the electronic application system of CAS called ARP.
