In order to contribute to the improvement of human resources regarding Türkiye's research priorities, master students seeking to pursue a graduate degree in Türkiye in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technological Sciences, Medical Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, are granted monthly scholarship to continue and complete their education.

Petition and Request System for Current Scholars
Within the scope of the 2210 –National MSc/MA Scholarship Program, an “Petitions and Requests System” has been developed on the e-BİDEB platform to facilitate the monitoring and processing of notifications and requests submitted by scholarship recipients.
Petitions and requests concerning the subjects listed below shall be submitted through the “Petitions and Requests” module available on the e-BİDEB platform:

• Commencement of Employment (Part-Time)

• Return from Paid Military Service
• Departure for Research Abroad at the Recipient’s Own Expense / Erasmus Departure

Information and Scholarship
Applications are evaluated by each scholarship program's evaluation method and scholars are finalized by the approval of Presidency.
Scholarship: It is a monthly payment made to scholars in the amount and for a period determined by the TUBITAK Administrative Body in order to cover the living expenses of the graduate students in the country

Applications are made online through the BIDEB Application and Monitoring System (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) within the application dates. Application documents must be uploaded online to the system.
