TÜBİTAK Bilim İnsanı Destek Programları Başkanlığı (BİDEB) tarafından yürütülen 2205-Lisans Burs Programı 2024 yılı 1. dönem başvuru sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Başvuru sahipleri, başvuru durumları ile ilgili sonucu, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi’nden (ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) kullanıcı girişi yaparak “Başvurularım” alanından görüntüleyebilirler.

 

2205-Lisans Burs Programı 2024 yılı 1. dönem başvuruları 11–29 Mart 2024 tarihleri arasında alınmıştır. Başvuru koşullarını sağlayan 10 farklı üniversiteden toplam 63 kişi burs almaya hak kazanmıştır.

 

ÖNEMLİ NOT: Burs almaya hak kazanan adaylardan herhangi bir belge talep edilmemektedir. Bursa hak kazanamayan öğrencilere e-posta yoluyla bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

1st term application results of 2210-National MSc/MA Scholarship Programs in 2024, run by the Science Fellowships and Grant Programs Directorate of TÜBİTAK, are announced. Applicants can view their application status in the "My Applications" section by logging in the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr).

  • 395 students of 3.451 applications are supported for scholarship within the 2210-A National MSc/MA Scholarship Programme

  • 3 students of 26 applications are supported for scholarship within the 2210-B National MSc/MA Scholarship Program for Social Sciences and Humanities

  • 1 student of 1 application are supported for scholarship within the 2210-E National MSc/MA Scholarship Program for Former Undergraduate

IMPORTANT NOTE: Information regarding the documents that will be required to finalize the scholarship of the candidates who are entitled to receive a scholarship in the 2210-A and 2210-B Programs will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the candidates. In addition, the e-mail addresses of all students who are not eligible for the scholarship will be notified of their evaluation scores and the reasons for not being supported.

  • 2210-E Yurt İçi Doğrudan Yüksek Lisans Burs Programı’na 1 başvuru yapılmış, başvuru koşullarını sağlayan 1 kişi destek almaya hak kazanmıştır.

ÖNEMLİ NOT: 2210-A ve 2210-B Programlarında burs almaya hak kazanan adayların bursiyerliklerinin kesinleşmesi için istenecek belgelere ilişkin bilgilendirme adayların e-posta adreslerine gönderilecektir. No field was opened in the Project Application System for Intellectual Property Rights Protocol, Ethics Committee Approval document, Legal / Private Permit document, Support Letter and Proforma Invoices, do I need to send it by mail?

No, these documents do not need to be sent at the application stage. If it is decided to support your project, it is expected that the documents will be delivered to our Institution in full and in the desired format within the time given by the relevant Research Support Group. If the documents cannot be obtained within the time given, it will not be possible to implement the project.

Projem için gerekli olan Fikri Mülkiyet Hak Sahipliği Protokolü, Etik Kurul Onay Belgesi, Yasal/Özel İzin Belgesi, Destek Mektubu ve Proforma Faturalar için Proje Başvuru Sisteminde Ek Dosyalar kısmında alan açılmadı, posta ile göndermem gerekiyor mu?

Hayır, söz konusu belgelerin başvuru aşamasında gönderilmesi gerekmemektedir. Projenizin desteklenmesine karar verilmesi halinde, ilgili Araştırma Destek Grubu tarafından verilen süre içerisinde belgelerin eksiksiz olarak ve istenilen formatta Kurumumuza iletilmesi beklenmektedir. Belgelerin, belirtilen süre içinde temin edilememesi halinde projenin yürürlüğe alınması mümkün olamayacaktır.

When and how can I apply?

To be able to submit the online application form to TÜBİTAK, the candidate must first create a profile on the platform in the TÜBİTAK Researcher Information System (ARBIS) that is available at https://arbis.tubitak.gov.tr The information of the researchers in the Researcher Information System (ARBIS) to apply for the programme and the academic advisor(s) in Türkiye must be up-to-date before applying online.
Applications are submitted online via the TÜBİTAK online application system through TYBS within the dates indicated in the call announcement.

What is the application deadline?

Please see “application dates” module on the programme website. The time limit for the deadlines is 17:30, Istanbul Time, unless otherwise stated.

Are master students eligible for this program?

No, they are not eligible.

Are Turkish citizens with dual citizenship eligible for this program?

No, they are not eligible.

What should I do when I encounter a problem in the ARBIS system during the application?

You should send an e-mail to arbis@tubitak.gov.trad by adding the screenshot of the page you are having trouble with.

Can I apply by submitting the required documents without an online application?

No. The applications for the program can be made only online during the determined application process. Documents sent by post during the application period are not accepted.

For the project application which we planned to submit within the scope of 1002-B Module, we could not reach the application form at http://ardeb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr . Will the application forms used in previous periods be valid for this year or will a new format be used?

Current application forms for the program can be accessed from the page above, and if the current forms are not used, the projects are returned without scientific evaluation.
