TÜBİTAK and the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia (NITRA) will provide travel support under the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program for joint research projects to be carried out between scientists from the two countries. Within the scope of the call, TÜBİTAK may also provide support for scholarship and representation/promotion expenses in addition to travel support. 

Applications may be submitted in all thematic areas within the scope of the call. Scientists in Türkiye who are willing to propose a joint research project must agree with scientists working in Serbia, with whom they will carry out the project, to be project partners. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted. 

Applications to TÜBİTAK under the bilateral cooperation call, which will be open between 1 Septemberand 12 November 2025, must be submitted through the electronic application system (http://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr/).

TÜBİTAK ile Sırbistan Cumhuriyeti Bilim, Teknolojik Gelişme ve Yenilik Bakanlığı (the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia - NITRA) tarafından, iki ülkenin bilim insanları arasında gerçekleştirilecek olan ortak araştırma projeleri için TÜBİTAK 1071 Programı kapsamında seyahat desteği verilecektir. Çağrı kapsamında TÜBİTAK tarafından seyahat desteği ile birlikte bursiyer ve temsil-tanıtma giderlerine yönelik de destek sağlanabilmektedir. 

Çağrı kapsamında tüm tematik alanlarda başvuru gerçekleştirilebilecektir. Ortak araştırma projesi önermek isteyen Türkiye'deki bilim insanlarının, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecekleri Sırbistan’da çalışan bilim insanları ile proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.

1707 Order R&D Program aims to transform solution proposals designed to meet the needs of Customer Organizations into commercially viable outputs by SMEs through R&D activities. TÜBİTAK and Customer Organizations facilitate SMEs' need-oriented R&D activities through co-financing during this significant process. SMEs are executing innovative products and processes tailored to their customers. Ground is being prepared for sharing financing risks among industrial organizations and understanding intellectual property rights, allowing organizations with relatively more experience in project management to transfer their experiences to SMEs. Three different call periods for SME Support for 1707 Order-based R&D Projects have been defined for the year 2025.

The calls opened during the 3rd Call Period are as follows:

Project applications will be accepted through the Technology and Innovation Funding Programs Administration (TEYDEB) Project Evaluation Monitoring System (PRODİS) between 1 Sep 2025, and 14 Nov 2025 (23:59 UTC+3).

During the 3nd Call Period of the 1707 Order R&D 2025, priority will be given to projects submitted under the Priority R&D and Innovation Topics under the Green Agreement Compliance.

1707 Sipariş Ar-Ge Programı, Müşteri Kuruluş’un gereksinimlerini karşılamak üzere tasarlanan çözüm önerilerinin, KOBİ'ler tarafından Ar-Ge faaliyetlerine dönüştürülerek ticarileşebilir çıktılara ulaşılması hedefini benimsemektedir. TÜBİTAK ve Müşteri Kuruluş, bu önemli süreçte eş finansman yoluyla KOBİ'lerin gereksinim odaklı Ar-Ge faaliyetleri gerçekleştirmelerini sağlamaktadır.

KOBİ’ler müşterisi hazır yenilikçi ürün ve süreçler gerçekleştirmektedir. Sanayi kuruluşları arasında finansman riskinin paylaşılmasına ve fikri sinai haklar üzerinde anlaşılmasına zemin hazırlanmakta, proje yönetiminde görece daha deneyimli olan kuruluşların deneyimlerini KOBİ’lere aktarmasına imkân tanınmaktadır.

The Water4All Partnership’s 2025 Joint Multinational Call, focused on the topic of "Water for Circular Economy," has been open for applications as of September 12, 2025. This joint call aims to fund Research, Development, and Innovation projects with a budget of approximately 28 million euros, supported by 30 countries (33 funding organizations) and the European Commission. Research and innovation proposals submitted under the 2025Water4All Joint Call must address at least one of the following topics:

Topic 1: Waterborne contaminants & health risks: occurrence, behaviour, interactions and vulnerability
Topic 2: Innovative tools and technologies for Water quality and exposure monitoring
Topic3: Water treatment and exposure mitigation

Important Note: The fourth topic of the 2025 call, " Governance, socio-economic innovation, and policy integration for water and health," will not be supported (funded) by TÜBİTAK. You may only apply to the three topics mentioned above.

Project applications will follow a two-stage process, and proposals passing the first stage will be invited to apply for the second stage. In addition to the international application, during the Stage 1 application process, the Turkish institutions/organizations involved in the project must also submit a Stage 1 national application to TÜBİTAK via PBS, with an electronic signature, by the specified deadline.

The scientific evaluation process of the projects proposed to the Directorate for Research Funding Programmes (ARDEB) within the scope of the "1001- Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program" in the 1^st Term of 2025 has been completed. We would like to thank the panelists who took part in the scientific evaluation processes of the projects and the observers for their valuable contributions and participations.

The coordinators of the projects, who have achieved a successful result from the scientific evaluation process, and the institutions they are affiliated with are given below.

"1001-Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Projelerini Destekleme Programı” kapsamında 2025 yılı 1. döneminde Araştırma Destek Programları Başkanlığına önerilen projelerin bilimsel değerlendirme süreci tamamlanmıştır. Projelerin bilimsel değerlendirme süreçlerinde görev alan panelistlere ve izleyici olarak katılım sağlayan gözlemci panelistlere değerli katkılarından ve katılımlarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Panel değerlendirme süreci olumlu sonuçlanan projelerin yürütücüleri ve bağlı bulundukları kurumlar aşağıda verilmiştir.

TÜBİTAK tarafından bu yıl 21’incisi düzenlenen Uluslararası Efficiency Challenge (EC) Elektrikli Araç Yarışları ile 5’incisi gerçekleştirilen Liseler Arası Efficiency Challenge Elektrikli Araç Yarışları, TÜBİTAK Gebze Yerleşkesi’nde başladı.

Türkiye’nin en köklü öğrenci yarışmalarından biri olan Efficiency Challenge, alternatif ve temiz enerji kaynaklarına yönelik farkındalık oluşturmayı, öğrencilerin teknik ve mesleki gelişimine katkı sağlamayı ve elektrikli araç teknolojilerinde yerli insan kaynağı yetiştirmeyi amaçlıyor.

Bu yıl Uluslararası EC Elektrikli Araç Yarışları’na 433 takım başvuruda bulundu. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda 40’ı Elektromobil, 13’ü Hidromobil kategorisinde olmak üzere toplam 53 takım finale kaldı. Liseler Arası EC Elektrikli Araç Yarışları’nda ise 411 başvuru arasından 25 takım finale yükseldi.

Yarışmalar, 24–31 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında 1370 metrelik pistte gerçekleştiriliyor. Pistte toplam 9 viraj bulunurken, yarışlar saat yönünün tersine koşuluyor. Program kapsamında teknik kontroller, antrenman turları, final yarışları ve ivmelenme etkinliği yer alıyor.

Finalist takımlar, motor, batarya yönetim sistemi ve sürücü gibi parçaları yerli olarak geliştirmeye teşvik eden “Yerlilik Kuralı” çerçevesinde araçlarını sergiliyor. En verimli ve yerli üretim oranı en yüksek araçları geliştiren takımlar ödüllendirilecek.

Uluslararası yarışmalarda toplam 1,8 milyon TL, Liseler Arası yarışmalarda ise toplam 1,1 milyon TL ödül sahiplerini bulacak.

Yarışlar 31 Ağustos’ta düzenlenecek ödül töreni ile sona erecek.

In the 1812 Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program (BiGG Investment), Phase 1—where entrepreneurs present their business ideas, the initial evaluations are conducted, and the acceleration program is implemented—is carried out by Implementing Organizations. In this context, a new call has been announced under the 1601 – Capacity Building Support Program in the Fields of Innovation and Entrepreneurship to determine the Implementing Organizations that will run Phase 1 activities for the 2026-2028 period.

Implementing Organizations that will take part in the Acceleration Program determined by this call are expected to open an acceleration program for entrepreneurs for all calls to be opened within the scope of the BiGG Investment Program, to receive and evaluate business idea applications from entrepreneurs, and to provide an acceleration program for business ideas that have the potential to turn into a successful enterprise.

The framework of the acceleration programs to be conducted by the Implementing Organizations is defined in the BiGG Investment Acceleration Program Phase (Phase 1) Implementing Organization Guideline. As a result of this call, Implementing Organizations are expected to carry out acceleration programs with original, effective, and applicable mechanisms that will transform entrepreneurs’ business ideas into qualified business plans in line with the framework outlined in the Guideline.

Applications will be accepted via PRODİS until 17 October 2025. Institutions must complete their project-based pre-registration procedures through PRODİS and deliver their pre-registration documents to TÜBİTAK by 10 October 2025.

Cumhurbaşkanlığı tarafından yayımlanan 7 Ağustos 2025 tarihli ve 2025/13 sayılı genelgeyle, Kutup Bölgeleri Koordinasyon Kurulu kurulmasına karar verildi. Kurul, Türkiye’nin kutup bölgelerine yönelik bilimsel, teknolojik, çevresel ve stratejik çalışmalarının daha etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesi amacıyla oluşturuldu.

Cumhurbaşkanımız Sayın Recep Tayyip Erdoğan imzasıyla Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan genelgeyle birlikte, Türkiye’nin Arktik ve Antarktika’daki varlığını güçlendirmeye yönelik çalışmalarda kurumsal eşgüdüm sağlanması hedefleniyor.

Kurulun Amacı ve Görevleri

Kurul; Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanının başkanlığında, Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği, Dışişleri, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar, Milli Savunma, Tarım ve Orman, Ticaret ile Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlıklarının ilgili bakan yardımcıları ile Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu (TÜBİTAK) ve TÜBİTAK Marmara Araştırma Merkezi Kutup Araştırmaları Enstitüsü Müdürünün katılımıyla oluşturuldu.

Kutup Bölgeleri Koordinasyon Kurulu’nun temel amacı; Türkiye’nin kutup bölgelerine yönelik tüm faaliyetlerinin uluslararası bilimsel normlara uygun, sürdürülebilir ve stratejik bir yaklaşımla yürütülmesini temin etmek olacak. Bu kapsamda;

• Kurumlar arası koordinasyonu sağlamak,

• Bilimsel araştırma ve lojistik destekleri planlamak,

• Türkiye'nin kutup bölgelerindeki bilimsel görünürlüğünü artırmak,

• Uluslararası iş birliklerini geliştirmek,

• Çevre koruma ve sürdürülebilirlik ilkeleri doğrultusunda çalışmalar yürütmek gibi görevler üstlenecek.

Yeni Dönemin Başlangıcı

Türkiye, son yıllarda gerçekleştirdiği Ulusal Antarktik Bilim Seferleri ve Arktik Bilimsel Araştırma Seferleri ile kutup çalışmalarında önemli bir bilimsel aktör hâline gelmişti. Koordinasyon Kurulu’nun kurulmasıyla birlikte, bu çalışmaların daha sistematik ve stratejik bir zemine oturtulması bekleniyor.

Kurul, kamu kurumlarının yanı sıra üniversiteler, araştırma merkezleri ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarının da katkı sunacağı geniş katılımlı bir yapıda faaliyet gösterecek.

In order for applications to be evaluated, the updated application form and its attachments on the program web page must be filled out and uploaded to the ARDEB Project Application System. Project proposals submitted with outdated application forms will not be evaluated and will be returned.

The deadline for online applications of project proposals to be submitted in the second term of 2025 has been determined as 15/09/2025, and the deadline for completing the e-signature process of the said projects has been determined as 18/09/2025.
