Within the scope of the program, individuals who meet the qualifications specified in the call may apply to the acceleration programs via PRODİS. Eligible applicants include those who, as of the application date to the acceleration program calls, are enrolled in any associate, undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral program at a university, or have graduated from any such program.

Individuals who have previously received support under the Ministry of Industry and Technology's Technological Entrepreneurship Capital Support or TÜBİTAK 1512 or 1812 Programs (Phase 2), or who, as of the date of acceptance to the acceleration program, are shareholders in the ownership structure of any capital company or sole proprietorship, are not eligible to apply. Shareholdings in publicly traded companies and shares acquired through equity crowdfunding platforms are exempt from this rule.

Under Phase 3, applications to the 2025–1 BİGG+ Seed Investment Call may be submitted by Türkiye-based incorporated companies established after the date specified in the relevant seed investment call, provided that they have received pre-seed investment under the 1812 Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program and completed their project, or have completed their project supported under the 1512 Entrepreneurship Support Program.

Program kapsamında çağrıda belirtilen nitelikleri taşıyan; hızlandırma programı çağrılarına yapılan başvuru tarihi itibariyle üniversitelerin herhangi bir ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora programına kayıtlı öğrenci veya herhangi bir ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora programından mezun kişiler, PRODİS üzerinden hızlandırma programlarına başvuru yapabilir. 

Daha önce Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Teknogirişim Sermayesi Desteği ya da TÜBİTAK 1512 veya 1812 Programları 2. Aşaması kapsamında destek alan veya hızlandırma programına kabul edildiği tarih itibarı ile sermaye şirketi veya gerçek kişi işletmesi herhangi bir işletmenin ortaklık yapısında yer alan kişiler başvuru yapamaz. Halka açık şirketlerdeki pay sahiplikleri ile kitle fonlaması platformları üzerinden edinilen paylar bu kuralın dışındadır.

3. Aşama kapsamında, 2025 – 1 BİGG+ Tohum Yatırım Çağrısına, 1812 kodlu Yatırım Tabanlı Girişimcilik Destek Programı’nın tohum öncesi yatırım aşamasında tohum öncesi yatırım almış ve projesini tamamlamış veya 1512 kodlu Girişimcilik Destek Programı kapsamında sağlanan destekle yürüttüğü projesini tamamlamış, ilgili tohum yatırım çağrısında belirtilen tarihten sonra kurulmuş olan Türkiye’de yerleşik sermaye şirketleri başvurabilir.

In Phase 1 of the Program, business idea applications are submitted to the Implementing Organizations designated under the 1601 Program call. The organizations selected to carry out Phase 1 activities will launch their own calls for acceleration programs via the Project Evaluation and Monitoring System (PRODİS) available at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr. Entrepreneurs will be able to apply to these acceleration programs through PRODİS.

Entrepreneurs who successfully complete the acceleration programs and become eligible to apply for Phase 2 may submit their business plans to TÜBİTAK via PRODİS. The business plan prepared by the entrepreneur under Phase 2 must be approved by the implementing organization in terms of format and content before being submitted to TÜBİTAK.

It may be beneficial to prepare draft versions of the Phase 2 and Phase 3 business plan application documents in advance of submission.

Programın 1. Aşamasında iş fikri başvuruları 1601 Programı çağrısı ile belirlenen Uygulayıcı Kuruluşlara yapılır. Aşama 1 faaliyetlerini yürütmek üzere seçilen uygulayıcı kuruluşlar, http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresindeki Proje Değerlendirme ve İzleme Sistemi (PRODİS) üzerinden kendi hızlandırma programlarına ilişkin çağrıları açacaklardır. Girişimciler, PRODİS üzerinden bu hızlandırma programlarına başvuru yapabileceklerdir. 

Hızlandırma programlarını tamamlayarak Aşama 2’ye başvurmaya hak kazanan girişimciler, iş planlarını PRODİS üzerinden TÜBİTAK’a sunabilirler. Girişimcinin Aşama 2 kapsamında hazırladığı iş planı, TÜBİTAK’a sunulmadan önce uygulayıcı kuruluş tarafından şekil ve içerik bakımından onaylanır. 

Aşağıdaki 2. Aşama ve 3. Aşama iş planı başvuru dokümanlarının başvuru öncesinde taslak olarak hazırlanması faydalı olabilir.

Applications to Phase 1 of the Program are submitted via PRODİS (http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr). Information regarding the application process is available on the PRODİS platform at the web address provided above.

Programın 1. aşamasına başvurular PRODİS (http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr) üzerinden yapılır. Başvuru süreci ile ilgili bilgiler PRODİS uygulamasının yukarıda verilen internet adresinde yer almaktadır.

Business plans submitted to Phase 2 are evaluated by the panel method. The following three dimensions (with equal weight) are considered in the panel evaluation of the business plan:

a) The technological level and innovative aspects of the business plan,

b) The suitability and feasibility of the business plan,

c) The commercialization potential of the business plan.

The projects of the beneficiary companies are expected to mainly carry out technology verification studies aimed at commercialization, such as advanced development or improvement studies on an existing R&D prototype, tests for verification or validation of the prototype. These studies may also include large-scale demonstration and pilot production type activities that contribute to greener production and higher efficiency in energy or resource use.

Supported and unsupported expense items within the scope of the program are listed below.

Eligible Expenses:

a) Personnel expenses

b) Travel expenses

c) Consultancy expenses

d) Service expenses;

CE, quality certification and certification expenses can be supported.

If companies receive services to prepare an economic feasibility report and submit the report as an annex to the project proposal, the expense is supported up to the amount determined by the Board of Directors.

Each tool/equipment purchased within the scope of the project must be insured against risks such as transportation, use, etc. during the project. This insurance expense can be included in the project budget within the scope of service expenses.

Activities related to the maturation of licensed patented technologies and the transformation of these technologies into new products and processes are within the scope of this call. License or transfer fees to be paid by organizations to technology providers such as universities, research institutions, technology development zone companies can also be supported within the scope of the 1702 Patent-Based Technology Transfer Support Call.

Non-eligible Expenses:

The expenses specified in the Rules and Regulations of 1801-Reimbursable and Grant Support Program for Industrial R&D Projects and the following expenses are not supported:

a) Consultancy and service procurement expenses received by organizations from each other in joint projects

b) Patent, utility model, design, geographical indication and trademark registration expenses (Expenses to be presented in this context can be supported if an application is made to the 1602 TÜBİTAK Patent Support Program.)

c) Expenses of the organization that have not been paid in accordance with the matters specified in the "PROJECT SPECIAL ACCOUNT AND PAYMENTS" section.

Başvuru yapacak kuruluşların aşağıda belirtilen kriterleri sağlaması gerekmektedir.

•Firmaların tescil tarihi 2 yıl ve üzeri (spin-off’lar ve TÜBİTAK 1512 ve/veya 1812 desteği alarak kurulmuş şirketler hariç) olmalıdır.

•Yürütücü kuruluş en az %75 ortaklıkla özel sektöre ait kuruluş olmalıdır. Ortaklı projelerde ortaklar için bu koşul aranmaz.

•Projenin desteklenmesi halinde teminat sunulabileceğine dair bankadan temin edilecek Referans Mektubu sunulmalıdır.

•Her bir kuruluş için son 3 yılın ortalama aktif toplamı veya net satışlarının geri ödemeli finansman değerinden büyük olması gerekmektedir. 

•Projede yer alacak kuruluşlar çalışmalarını, Çevresel ve Sosyal Risk Yönetimi Beyan Formunda tanımlanan tarama kriterlerine göre iklim, çevresel ve sosyal risklerle ilişkilendirmelidir.

•Başvuru koşullarına uygunluk kriterlerinde değişiklik olması durumunda kuruluş TÜBİTAK’ı bilgilendirmelidir.

Aşağıda tanımlanan ve projede hedeflenmiş olan Yeşil Dönüşüm Göstergelerinden (YDG) en az birinin proje sonunda karşılanmış olması gerekmektedir. Yeşil Dönüşüm Göstergelerinden hangisinin hedeflendiği proje önerisinde tanımlanmalı, proje sonunda bu hedefe ulaşıldığının doğrulanması için hangi iş paketi kapsamında nasıl bir yöntem izleneceği belirtilmelidir. Proje sonunda projenin başarı durumu bu sistematik çerçevesinde değerlendirilecektir. Bu çalışma için uzman kurum ve kuruluşlardan hizmet alımı yapılabilir. Hizmet alım gideri proje bütçesine dahil edilebilir.

Proje kapsamında Yeşil Dönüşüm Göstergeleri aşağıda belirtilmiştir:

YDG 1: Üretim birimi başına elektrik tüketiminde azalma (en az %10)

YDG 2: Üretim birimi başına su tüketiminde azalma (en az %10)

YDG 3: Geri dönüştürülemeyen atık miktarında azalma (en az %10)

YDG 4: Yenilikçi yeşil teknoloji çözümlerinin geliştirilmesi

Yeşil Dönüşüm Göstergeleri hedeflerine ulaşılma durumu izleme sürecinde son dönem raporunda TÜBİTAK’a bildirilmelidir.

The project targets capital companies in Türkiye engaged in green innovation activities for the development of green technologies, products, or processes. Eligible applicants include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as large-scale enterprises.

Collaborative applications are accepted for the call, and a maximum of three partners can participate in a joint application.
