2024 yılı, TÜBİTAK’ın bilim ve teknoloji ekosistemine yön veren öncü çalışmalarıyla Türkiye’nin küresel arenadaki konumunu daha da güçlendirdiği bir yıl oldu. Eğitimden sanayiye, sağlıktan uzay teknolojilerine kadar geniş bir yelpazede hayata geçirilen projeler, Türkiye’nin Ar-Ge kapasitesini artırırken, bilimsel ve teknolojik dönüşümdeki liderlik vizyonunu da pekiştirdi. TÜBİTAK, paydaşlarıyla kurduğu güçlü iş birlikleri ve ulusal-uluslararası projelerdeki başarılarıyla, geleceğin bilim ve teknoloji odaklı Türkiye’sini inşa etme yolunda emin adımlarla ilerliyor. 

The results of the 1507 SME R&D Start-up Support Programme 2024-2 Call, which aims to encourage Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to carry out R&D qualified innovation activities and to increase localisation in the required technology areas by improving their R&D capacities, are announced.

647 organisations made 684 project applications to the 1507 2024-2 call. The evaluation process of the projects has been completed. 228 projects were decided to be supported. The evaluation process of 19 projects is still ongoing.

Companies can access the latest status of their project proposals from the project information page at eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.

For the accepted projects, the scope of support will be sent to the KEP addresses and the contracts will be sent to the organisations by courier with wet signature. For rejected projects, the reasoned rejection decision will be sent to the KEP addresses of the organisations registered in the PRODIS system.

Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) ölçeğindeki kuruluşların Ar-Ge nitelikli yenilik faaliyetleri yapmaya özendirilmesi ve Ar-Ge kapasitelerinin geliştirilmesi ile gereksinim duyulan teknoloji alanlarında yerlileşmenin artmasını hedefleyen 1507 KOBİ Ar-Ge Başlangıç Destek Programı 2024-2 Çağrısının sonuçları açıklandı.

1507 2024-2 çağrısına 647 kuruluşumuz 684 proje başvurusu yapmıştır. Projelerin değerlendirme süreci tamamlanmıştır. 228 projenin desteklenmesine karar verilmiştir. Çağrıya sunulan 19 projenin değerlendirme süreçleri devam etmektedir.

Projeleri destek kapsamına alınan kuruluşlarımızı tebrik eder, ret kararı verilen kuruluşlarımıza ise başvurularını revize ederek, 1507 2025-1 Çağrısına başvuruda bulunabileceklerini hatırlatmak isteriz.

Projelerin değerlendirme süreçlerinde görev alan Kurul üyelerimize ve hakemlerimize değerli katkılarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Firmalar proje önerileri ile ilgili son durumu eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresi üzerinden proje bilgileri sayfasından erişim sağlayabilirler.

Kabul edilen projeler için destek kapsamı ve sözleşmeler KEP adreslerine gönderilecektir. Kuruluşlar, gönderilen bilgi notuna göre sözleşmeleri imzalayarak 1 nüsha TÜBİTAK'a iletmelidirler. Reddedilen projeler için gerekçeli ret kararı ise kuruluşların PRODİS sisteminde kayıtlı KEP adreslerine gönderilecektir.

The use of novel mathematical, statistical and computational techniques is of tremendous interest to understand the fundamental principles underlying biological processes as well as the huge amount of currently available biological data. The purpose of the School on Bioinformatics is to bring together early career researchers and motivated students and offer excellent series of specialized lectures, based on fundamentals, statistical and computational methods. The lectures will also address challenging problems in bioinformatics and biomedical research.

Türkiye, with TÜBİTAK as the coordinator institute, has been a member of the European Molecular Biology Conference (EMBC) since 1993, which is the funding body for the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) Programmes. EMBO supports life scientists, doctoral students and researchers from EMBC member states via various support programmes. EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowships support excellent postdoctoral researchers throughout Europe and the world for a period of up to two years.

Eligibility

• Applicants must hold a doctorate or equivalent at the start of the fellowship.

• Applicants who already hold a PhD at the time of application are eligible to apply only if they obtained it during the two years prior to the date the application is submitted.

• Applicants must have at least one first author publication accepted in or published in an international peer reviewed journal at the time of application.

• All applications must involve movement between countries (detailed information about mobility requirements is listed in the EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowships guidelines).

• Applications to go to the country in which the PhD was obtained will not be considered.

Candidates who have already started working in the host laboratory can apply only if they have been working in the host laboratory for less than six months at the time the application is submitted.

Benefits

• EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowships are awarded for a period of one to two years.

• EMBO provides grants to the host institution to cover the cost of an employment for the awardee. The contract rates depend on the country being visited.

• Fellows eligible for the travel and relocation support will receive this as a lump sum.

• Fellows are invited to EMBO Fellows’ Network.

• EMBO Postdoctoral Fellows are offered to attend a Laboratory Leadership Course for postdocs free of charge during or at the end of their fellowship.

• Applications are accepted directly by EMBO and must be submitted through an online system.

• The next cut-off date for applications is 14 February 2025, 14:00 CET.

• Eligible and successful applications will be selected for an interview.
