What are the required features of an official document that is not electronically signed?
An official document that is not electronically signed must still contain the following essential elements to be considered valid; otherwise, it loses its official status and cannot be considered a valid institutional document:
• Official letterhead (institutional letterhead) of the issuing organization,
• Date of issuance,
• Legible institutional stamp/seal,
• Full name and official title of the authorized signatory,
• Wet ink signature of the authorized person.
What should I do after I learn that I have been awarded the fellowship?
After you learn through the e-BİDEB system that you have been awarded the fellowship, you should not take any action until the official award letter jointly signed by TÜBİTAK and TWAS is sent to you.
