• All applicants must register in the Researcher Information System (ARBIS), designed and developed by TÜBİTAK from the following link ARBİS before submitting their application electronically via TÜBİTAK scholarship application portal, which can be reached at e-bideb.

• Please make sure that you upload all required documents in the online application system. The application system will be open during the application period. You can make changes in your information and upload new documents before confirming your application.

• Documents to be uploaded to the application system must be in English.

• Documents without signature are not accepted.

• Acceptance Letter must be taken from the highest authority of the host institution. The highest authority of the host institution is in the case of universities, the rector or the authorized vice-chancellor, the director of the public research centers in Türkiye.

• All application documents must be prepared prepared according to the template of TÜBİTAK-TWAS. Documents in different formats will not be accepted. For the templates, please see the “application forms”.

• TÜBİTAK will be responsible for a monthly allowance to cover accommodation/living expenses and medical facilities for minor ailments as available in Türkiye at amounts to be specified by TÜBİTAK.

• TWAS will cover one air ticket to reach Türkiye at the beginning of the fellowship and the return journey on completion of the fellowship, and visa related expenses incurred at the start of the programme.

• Candidates must organize their own comprehensive medical insurance for the period of their stay to meet any untoward incidents and major ailments before travelling to Türkiye.

• There is no retroactive payment to the fellows who choose to arrive to Türkiye by their own means before the date on the acceptance letter.

• TÜBİTAK and TWAS reserve the right to make changes to this call announcement at any time.

Memorandum of Understanding documents of new COST Actions will be published on COST web site on 13 June 2024. As the Management Committee Member nominations can be done after this date, national applications for new Actions will also start on 13 June 2024.

Bilim ve Teknolojide Avrupa İşbirliği Kuruluşu (European Cooperation in Science and Technology- COST Association) tarafından 60 yeni COST Aksiyonu onaylanmıştır. Yeni Aksiyonlarla ilgili COST tarafından yayınlanan duyuruya ulaşmak için tıklayınız.

Söz konusu Aksiyonlarla ilgili detaylar ve Aksiyon Mutabakat Zabıtları 13 Haziran 2024 tarihi itibariyle COST web sayfasında yayınlanacaktır. Aksiyon atamaları bu tarih itibariyle gerçekleştirilebilecek olup, ulusal başvurular da bu tarihten itibaren alınmaya başlayacaktır.

Türkiye’den atanacak olan araştırmacıların Aksiyon atamaları TÜBİTAK COST Aksiyonlarına Katılım Kuralları doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilecektir.

The pre-proposal application stage of the JPND JPCOFUND-2 2024 call for international joint research projects on "Mechanisms and Measurement of Disease Progression in the Early Phase of Neurodegenerative Diseases" has been completed.

The "widening" process will be carried out within the scope of the JPND JPCOFUND-2 2024 call. The widening process will include the participation of suitable partners from countries willing to participate in the project consortiums that were invited for full-proposal stage. Accordingly, relevant researchers from Türkiye will be able to participate in project consortiums that will apply full-proposal stage.

In order to be funded within the scope of the call, our researchers who want to participate in the widening process must carry out research activities in the fields appropriate to the call title, meet the international call conditions and the conditions of TÜBİTAK 1071- Support Programme for Increasing the Capacity to Benefit from International Research Funds and Participation in International R&D Collaborations.
