Bu çağrı döneminde ilk defa, proje yürütücülerinin sözleşme e-imza sürecinde kullanmaları amacıyla satın alacakları e-imza maliyetlerinin, proje destek miktarı içerisinden karşılanabilmesine imkân sağlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, projeleri destek almaya hak kazanan yürütücülerimizin ivedilikle e-imzalarını temin etmeleri gerekmektedir. E-imza başvurusuna ilişkin yönergeye aşağıdan ulaşabilirsiniz.

Sözleşme e-imza sürecinin kısa süre içinde başlatılması planlanmaktadır. Başlatıldığında web sayfalarımızdan duyuru yapılacaktır. 
Sözleşme e-imza süreci tamamlanan projeler için proje destek miktarlarının ivedilikle proje yürütücülerine aktarılması planlanmaktadır.

12. Bilim Fuarları için fuar dönemi 2 Mart - 31 Mayıs 2026 olarak planlanmıştır. Proje yürütücüleri "Bilimiz" sayfasından giriş yaparak fuar tarihlerini 2 Mart 2026 tarihine kadar değiştirebilirler.

Bu tarih sonrasında talep edilecek değişiklikler ise, çağrı metinlerinde belirtildiği üzere "Proje Yürütücüsü, Kurum/Kuruluş Müdürü, İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürünün talebi ve Müdürlüğün onayı ile" aşağıda yer alan dilekçe örneğine uygun olarak yapılabilir. Dilekçe doldurulup imzalı şekilde program mail adresine gönderilmelidir.

2540–Bilateral Cooperation Programme 2025 call selection process with SAS has been concluded. 

3 projects decided to be funded by both TÜBİTAK and SAS are listed below.

2540–Slovakya Bilimler Akademisi (SAS) ile İkili İşbirliği Destek Programı 2025 yılı çağrısı değerlendirme süreci sonuçlandı. TÜBİTAK ve SAS tarafından desteklenmesine karar verilen toplam 3 proje aşağıda listelenmektedir.

81 ilde 100 Milli Teknoloji Atölyesi hedefi doğrultusunda çalışmalar devam ediyor. Malatya’da İnönü Üniversitesi Milli Teknoloji Atölyesi’nin açılışına Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanımız Sayın Mehmet Fatih Kacır’ın yanı sıra Malatya Valisi Sayın Seddar Yavuz, İnönü Üniversitesi Rektörü Sayın Prof. Dr. Nusret Akpolat ve milletvekilleri de katıldı.

“Bu atölyede filizlenecek her çalışma yeni başarı hikâyelerinin ilk adımları olacak”

Milli Teknoloji Atölyesi’nin açılışında konuşan Bakan Kacır, Malatya’da yapılacak bilim, teknoloji ve sanayi faaliyetlerinin önemine değindi. Kacır: “Bugün açılışını gerçekleştirdiğimiz Malatya İnönü Üniversitesi bünyesindeki Milli Teknoloji Atölyesi ülkemizin yarınlarını inşa edecek genç mucitlerimizin fikirlerini ürünlere dönüştürebilecekleri, tasarım–üretim–kodlama altyapısına erişebilecekleri, takım çalışması ve Ar-Ge kültürünü deneyimleyebilecekleri bir imkân seti sunacak. Bu atölyede filizlenecek her çalışma; önce ülkemize, ardından da dünyaya uzanan yeni başarı hikâyelerinin ilk adımları olacak.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Bakan Kacır gençlere verilen önemin de altını çizerek “Gençlerimizin parlak fikirlerini küresel ölçekte ses getirecek somut ürünlere, stratejik hizmetlere ve dünya markalarına dönüştürebilecekleri; kariyer basamaklarını tırmanırken onları öne çıkaracak yetkinliklerle buluşacakları bir ekosistemi Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı olarak paydaşlarımızla birlikte inşa ediyoruz. Her yıl düzenlediğimiz TEKNOFEST’lerle milyonlarca gencimizin hayallerini projeye, projelerini ürüne dönüştürmelerine öncülük ediyoruz. Deneyap Teknoloji Atölyelerimizle, bilim söyleşileri ve bilim fuarlarıyla, Bilim Olimpiyatları ve Araştırma Proje Yarışmalarıyla, TÜBİTAK Popüler bilim yayınlarıyla, bilim merkezlerimizle; teknolojiyi bizzat tasarlayan, geliştiren ve dünyaya yön veren bir neslin, TEKNOFEST Kuşağının önünü açıyoruz.” diye konuştu.

Atölyenin Yapısı ve İçeriği

Malatya İnönü Üniversitesi Merkez Kampüsü Mediko Sosyal Binası’nın yanındaki binada açılan 610 metrekare büyüklüğündeki bu yeni Milli Teknoloji Atölyesi’nde CNC Router, torna tezgâhı, 3 boyutlu yazıcı ve tarayıcı, elektronik lehimleme ve montaj ekipmanları gibi öğrencilerinin projelerini hayata geçirmelerine yardımcı olacak çok sayıda makine ve ekipman bulunuyor. 

Malatya Bilim Merkezi İçin İmzalar Atıldı

Malatya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığında ise TÜBİTAK’ın desteğiyle hayata geçirilecek Malatya Bilim Merkezi için imza töreni düzenlendi. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanımız Mehmet Fatih Kacır’ın katıldığı törende Malatya Bilim Merkezi projesine Malatya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Sami Er ve TÜBİTAK Bilim ve Toplum Başkanımız Ömer Kökçam imza attı. 

Bakan Kacır konuyla ilgili yaptığı açıklamada “Şehrimizi üretim kapasitesiyle, bilim ve teknoloji altyapısıyla Türkiye Yüzyılı’nın marka şehri haline getirmek üzere çalışmalarımızı kararlılıkla sürdüreceğiz.” vurgusu yaptı.

Fuar Sonuç Sistemi Açıldı!

4006 TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programının 12. çağrı dönemi kapsamında yürütülen bilim fuarlarına ilişkin Fuar Sonuç Sistemi erişime açılmıştır. 

Sonuç sisteminde yer alan "Fuar Öz Değerlendirme" adımında tarafınızca sağlanacak bilgiler, bilim fuarlarının etki analizi çalışmalarında kullanılacak olup programın bir sonraki çağrı dönemi hazırlık çalışmaları kapsamında dikkate alınacağından büyük önem taşımaktadır.

The Technology and Innovation Support Programmes Directorate (TEYDEB) conducts the 1501-Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme and the 1507-SME R&D Startup Grant Programme to support the project-based research, technology development, and innovation activities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Two calls are opened each year under these programs.

Applications for the first period of 2026 for the TEYDEB 1501-Industry R&D Support Programme and the 1507-SME R&D Start-up Support Programme have started to be accepted via PRODİS.

Notes:

1. In order to apply, an organization-based pre-registration application must be submitted to TÜBİTAK. The specified date is the deadline for sending the organization-based pre-registration application to TÜBİTAK via PRODİS. Pre-registration documents must reach TÜBİTAK at least one business day before the call closing date. If pre-registration approval cannot be given due to deficiencies in organization-based pre-registration documents, the responsibility belongs to the organization. There is no need to wait for the call opening date for organization-based pre-registration. For this reason, companies planning to apply for the call are recommended to carry out organization-based pre-registration without wasting time. 

2. Organizations that have previously received organization-based pre-registration approval will not pre-register on an organization basis again and will not send pre-registration documents. 

3. This is the deadline for project proposals to be sent via PRODİS. Organization-based pre-registration approval must be obtained for submission. 

Important Reminder: 

Since the project proposals will be sent with e-signature, the e-signature must be provided or, in case of e-signature, the e-signature validity periods must be checked, and the e-signature must be renewed if the e-signature expires until the call closing date.

Within the scope of the World Bank Türkiye Green Industry Project, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and whose first calls were launched in December 2023, the schedule for the call 1833-SAYEM Green Transformation 2026-1 has been announced. Eligibility Check applications for the program will be accepted via the TEYDEB Project Evaluation and Monitoring System (PRODİS) between 23 February 2026 and 23 March 2026.

Significant updates have been introduced under the 1833-SAYEM Green Transformation 2026-1 Call, as outlined below:

1. Update to the application procedure: To improve the efficiency of the application process and provide applicants with more effective guidance, an “Eligibility Check” stage will be implemented prior to the main project application. This stage aims to conduct a preliminary review of applications in terms of call scope and basic eligibility requirements, ensure platforms are appropriately directed to the program, and minimize time loss during preparation of the main application. Before submitting an application to the call, platforms will complete an Eligibility Check form via PRODİS. The Eligibility Check form will be reviewed by TÜBİTAK. As a result of the review, no accept/reject decision will be issued; instead, recommendations will be provided. Platforms are expected to submit their applications in line with these recommendations.

2. Update to the eligibility requirements: The platform must consist of at least three partners in addition to the executing organization, and the total number of partners, including the executing organization, must not exceed ten. Under the previous implementation, it was mandatory for the partnership structure to include at least one partner of each of the following types: a public institution, a capital company holding an R&D/Design Center Certificate, and an SME-scale capital company. With this update, the requirement for mandatory partners based on these qualifications has been removed. There is no change to the eligibility requirements for the executing organization. Accordingly, the platform may be formed by an executing organization and at least three partner institutions/organizations without any qualification-based partner requirements.

3. Update to repayment rates based on project success: The practice of applying an additional 20% increase in the grant conversion rate in cases of program success has been discontinued. The same repayment rates will apply to all platforms that complete the project.

4. Update to the support quota applied under the 1832 and 1833 Calls: The existing quota that limited organizations to receiving support for a maximum of two projects under the 1832 and 1833 Calls launched with World Bank support has been removed. Instead, the organization-based upper budget limit will be monitored. Depending on their budget status, organizations may receive support for more than two projects.

5. Update to the call scope: It will be sufficient for the proposal to be submitted by the platforms to be aligned with the overarching headings of the R&D and Innovation Topics under the Türkiye Green Industry Project, as specified in the call announcement The scope has been expanded by removing the requirement—applicable in the 1833-coded SAYEM calls launched prior to 2026—for a one-to-one match with the subheadings listed in those earlier calls.

6. Budget update for organizations: While organizations could previously submit budgets of up to 11 million in earlier calls, under the new call they will be able to submit a budget equal to 25% of the total budget of all organizations within a platform.

7. Bank Reference Letter update: Previously, the bank reference letter obtained from organizations at the application stage was required to cover at least 50% of the proposed budget; under the new practice, it is required to cover the full amount of the proposed budget.

*The Eligibility Check Application Form to be downloaded via PRODİS must not exceed 25 pages in total, formatted in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1,5 line spacing. In the “Annexes” section of the application form, the CVs of 5 individuals who will play a key role in the platform structure must be attached.

The results of the 2025  3^rd  Term Call of the 1707 SME Support Programme for Order-Based R&D Projects, implemented by the Technology and Innovation Support Programmes Directorate (TEYDEB), have been announced. The programme aims to transform solutions designed to meet the needs of customer organizations into R&D activities carried out by SMEs and to generate commercializable outputs.

We congratulate the organizations whose projects have been supported and would like to remind those whose applications were rejected that they can revise their proposals and apply to future calls of the 1707 programme.

Proje önerileriyle ilgili son duruma TEYDEB Proje Değerlendirme ve İzleme Sistemi üzerinden erişilebilir. 

Projeleri desteklenen kuruluşlarımızı tebrik eder, ret kararı verilen kuruluşlarımıza ise başvurularını revize ederek 1707 programının yeni çağrılarına başvuruda bulunabileceklerini hatırlatmak isteriz.
