As part of the World Bank-supported Turkey Green Industry Project, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB supports private sector product or process development activities for green transformation. The 2025 second call for the 1832-coded Green Transformation in Industry program, part of the 1801-coded Reimbursable and Grant Support Program for Industrial R&D Projects, has been launched.

This call will support the pre-commercialization of prototypes developed through previous R&D studies conducted by companies related to their green transformation activities. These studies must be a continuation of R&D projects previously supported by TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB. Furthermore, R&D studies conducted with KOSGEB or other national or international funds, as well as companies' own resources, that have not yet been commercialized, are also eligible.

It is strongly emphasized that to apply for the call, the applicant organization must have at least a bachelor's degree-level employee related to the project topic, and the company must have a product at the prototype (THS 5) stage that has not yet been commercialized.

Applications are welcome from SMEs and large-scale organizations, and joint ventures are also possible. The call covers prototype development or improvement, validation and certification tests, on-site implementation, scaling, demonstration, and field trials covering the THS 5-9 range. Interest-free repayable support will be provided to capital companies under the call, with a maximum of 50% repayment. The support rates are 70% for large-scale companies, 80% for SMEs, and 90% for SMEs in earthquake zones, respectively. A portion of the repayment can be converted into grant support. Repayment of the support will begin one year after the project's completion.

Bu çağrı kapsamında firmaların yeşil dönüşüm faaliyetlerine yönelik daha önce yapılan Ar-Ge çalışmaları ile elde edilmiş olan prototiplerin ticarileşme öncesi faaliyetleri desteklenecektir. Söz konusu çalışmalar daha önce TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB tarafından desteklenmiş Ar-Ge projelerinin devamı niteliğinde olmalıdır. Ayrıca KOSGEB ya da diğer ulusal ya da uluslararası fonlar ve firmaların öz kaynakları ile yürütmüş olduğu, henüz ticarileşmemiş Ar-Ge çalışmaları da çağrı kapsamındadır. 

Çağrıya başvurusu yapılması için başvuru sahibi kuruluşta proje konusu ile ilgili en az lisans seviyesinde bir personel olması gerektiğini ve firmanın elinde henüz ticarileşmemiş, prototip (THS 5) aşamasında bir ürün olması gerektiğini önemle hatırlatırız.

Çağrıya KOBİ ve büyük ölçekli kuruluşların başvuruları mümkün olup, ortaklı başvuru da yapılabilmektedir. THS 5-9 aralığını kapsayan prototip geliştirme ya da iyileştirme, validasyon ve sertifikasyon testleri, yerinde uygulama, ölçeklendirme, demonstrasyon ve saha denemeleri çalışmaları çağrı kapsamındadır. Sermaye şirketlerine en fazla %50’si geri ödenmek üzere faizsiz geri ödemeli destek sağlanacaktır. Destek oranı sırasıyla büyük ölçekli şirketler için %70, KOBİ’ler için %80, deprem bölgesindeki KOBİ’ler için %90’dır.Geri ödenecek desteğin bir kısmı hibe desteğine dönüştürülebilecektir. Kullanılacak desteğin geri ödemesi proje bittikten 1 yıl sonra başlayacaktır.

The results of 1507 TÜBİTAK SME R&D Start-Up Support Programme 2025-1 Call, which aims to support project-based research, technological development and innovation activities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs); to encourage them to carry out R&D-qualified innovation activities; to contribute to the establishment and widespread adoption of an R&D and innovation culture; to increase their competitiveness in national and international markets; and to help them gain the capability to carry out systematic R&D and innovation projects either individually or collaboratively, have been announced.

We congratulate our organizations whose projects were supported and we would like to remind the organizations whose projects were rejected that they can revise their applications and apply for the 1507 2025-2 Call.

Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) ölçeğindeki kuruluşların proje esaslı araştırma teknoloji geliştirme ve yenilikçilik faaliyetlerinin desteklenmesi, Ar-Ge nitelikli yenilik faaliyetleri yapmaya özendirilmesi, Ar-Ge ve yenilikçilik kültürünün yerleşmesine ve yaygınlaşmasına katkıda bulunulması, ulusal/uluslararası pazarda rekabet güçlerinin artırılması, ortak ya da tek başına sistematik Ar-Ge ve yenilik projeleri yapabilme yetkinliği kazanmasını amaçlayan 1507 KOBİ Ar-Ge Başlangıç Destek Programı 2025-1 Çağrısının sonuçları açıklanmıştır.

Projeleri desteklenen kuruluşlarımızı tebrik eder, ret kararı verilen kuruluşlarımıza ise başvurularını revize ederek, 1507 Programının 2025-2 çağrısına başvuruda bulunabileceklerini hatırlatmak isteriz.

The scientific evaluation process of the projects proposed to the Directorate for Research Funding Programmes (ARDEB) within the scope of the "1001- Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program" in the 1^st Term of 2025 has been completed. We would like to thank the panelists who took part in the scientific evaluation processes of the projects and the observers for their valuable contributions and participations.

The coordinators of the projects, who have achieved a successful result from the scientific evaluation process, and the institutions they are affiliated with are given below.

"1001-Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Projelerini Destekleme Programı” kapsamında 2025 yılı 1. döneminde Araştırma Destek Programları Başkanlığına önerilen projelerin bilimsel değerlendirme süreci tamamlanmıştır. Projelerin bilimsel değerlendirme süreçlerinde görev alan panelistlere ve izleyici olarak katılım sağlayan gözlemci panelistlere değerli katkılarından ve katılımlarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Panel değerlendirme süreci olumlu sonuçlanan projelerin yürütücüleri ve bağlı bulundukları kurumlar aşağıda verilmiştir.

TÜBİTAK’ın hak sahibi olduğu ve tüm dünya çapında koruması devam eden 138 patent ailesinden doğmuş toplam 334 adet patent/patent başvurusu tabloda verilmektedir. 

Patent portfoyümüz;

• Ulusal Patentler/Başvurular: 31'i Türkiye olmak üzere başvuru süreci devam eden toplam 43 ulusal patent başvurusu ve 122'si Türkiye'de olmak üzere tescil süreci tamamlanmış toplam 278 tescilli ulusal patent,
• Bölgesel Patentler/Başvurular: Başvuru süreci devam eden 9 Avrupa patent başvurusu, ulusal geçerlilikleri devam eden 51 tescilli Avrupa patenti ve 1 tescilli Avrasya patenti,
• Uluslararası Başvurular: Başvuru süreci devam eden 4 uluslararası PCT patent başvurusu ve ulusal/bölgesel faza giriş başvuruları yapılmış 55 uluslararası PCT patent başvurusu

içermektedir.

İlgili tabloda sarı renk ile belirtilenler süreci devam eden patent başvurularını, yeşil renk ile belirtilenler tescil edilmiş patentleri temsil etmektedir.

Dünya Bankası desteğiyle Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’nın koordinasyonunda TÜBİTAK ve KOSGEB tarafından yürütülen Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesine, 450 milyon dolarlık finansman tahsis edilmiştir. Proje kapsamında, TÜBİTAK - TEYDEB 175 milyon dolarlık finansman ile proje süresince sanayinin yeşil dönüşümünü destekleyecektir. 6 yıl sürecek olan Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesi kapsamında TÜBİTAK tarafından farklı türde çağrılar açılacaktır. Bu çağrılardan biri de Sanayide Yeşil Dönüşüm Çağrısı’dır.

Çağrıya sunulacak projelerin daha önce üzerinde çalışma yapılmış Ar-Ge faaliyetlerinin devamı niteliğinde olması beklenmektedir. TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB veya KOSGEB destekleri ile yürütülmüş, belirli bir aşamaya gelmiş ancak henüz ticarileştirilmemiş ve ticarileşmesi için üzerinde halen Ar-Ge çalışması yapılması gereken ürün veya hizmetleri içeren çalışmalar çağrı kapsamındadır. Bununla birlikte kuruluşların kendi finansal kaynakları ile belirli bir aşamaya getirdikleri yeşil dönüşüm odaklı Ar-Ge ve yenilik çalışmaları da yapılan ön çalışmaların projede belirtilmesi durumunda bu çağrı kapsamında değerlendirilebilecektir. THS 5-9 aralığını kapsayan prototip geliştirme ya da iyileştirme, validasyon ve sertifikasyon testleri, yerinde uygulama, ölçeklendirme, demonstrasyon ve saha denemeleri çalışmaları çağrı kapsamındadır.

Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesi kapsamındaki Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Konuları  ile uyumlu olan projeler çağrı kapsamındadır. Kapsama aşağıdaki dosya listesinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Çağrıya tescil tarihi 2 yıl ve üzerinde olan (spin-off’lar ve TÜBİTAK 1512 ve/veya 1812 desteği alarak kurulmuş şirketler hariç) KOBİ ve büyük ölçekli kuruluşlar başvuru yapabilecektir. Çağrıya ortaklı başvuru alınabilecek olup en fazla üç ortaklı başvuru yapılabilecektir. Başvuru yapabilecek kuruluşların sağlaması gereken kriterler çağrı duyurusunda belirtilmiştir. Bir kuruluş, çağrıya en fazla 2 proje önerisi ile başvuru yapabilir.

Destek süresi en fazla 24 ay, proje bütçesi üst limiti mikro/küçük ölçekli firmalar için 10.000.000 TL, orta ölçekli firmalar için 16.000.000 TL, büyük ölçekli firmalar için 30.000.000 TL’dir. Çağrı kapsamında sermaye şirketlerine en fazla %50’si geri ödenmek üzere faizsiz geri ödemeli destek sağlanacaktır. Geri ödenecek desteğin bir kısmı hibe desteğine dönüştürülebilecektir. Kullanılacak desteğin geri ödemesi proje bittikten 1 yıl sonra başlayacaktır.

With the support of the World Bank, 450 million dollars of financing has been allocated to the Turkish Green Industry Project, which is carried out by TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Within the scope of the project, TÜBİTAK - TEYDEB will support the green transformation of the industry throughout the project with a financing of 175 million dollars. Different types of calls will be opened by TÜBİTAK within the scope of the Türkiye Green Industry Project, which will last for 6 years. One of these calls is the Call for Green Transformation in Industry.

Projects to be submitted to the call are expected to be a continuation of previously conducted R&D activities. Studies that have been carried out with the support of TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB or KOSGEB, that have reached a certain stage but have not yet been commercialized, and that include products or services that still require R&D efforts to be commercialized, are within the scope of the call. In addition, green transformation-oriented R&D and innovation projects that organizations have brought to a certain stage with their own financial resources can also be evaluated within the scope of this call, if the preliminary studies are stated in the project. Prototype development or improvement, validation and certification tests, on-site application, scaling, demonstration and field trials covering the THS 5-9 range are within the scope of the call.

SMEs and large-scale organizations with a registry date of 2 years or more (excluding spin-offs and companies established with TÜBİTAK 1512 and/or 1812 support) will be able to apply to the call. Joint applications can be accepted for the call, and applications can be made with a maximum of three partners. The criteria that must be met by the organizations that can apply for the call are stated in the call announcement. An organization can apply to the call with a maximum of 2 project proposals.

The support period is maximum 24 months, the upper limit of the project budget is 9,500,000 TL for micro/small-scale companies, 15,000,000 TL for medium-sized companies, and 28,000,000 TL for large-scale companies. Within the scope of the call, interest-free reimbursable support will be provided to capital companies, with a maximum of 50% project budget to be repaid. A part of the reimbursed support can be converted into grant support. The repayment of the support to be used will start 1 year after the project ends.
