WARNING: Current "Application Form and its Annexes (Annex-1 References, Annex-2 Budget and Justification)" regarding the program to which you are going to apply should be filled and uploaded to the online application system.

In order for the project to be evaluated, the Application Form should be prepared in Arial 9 font, no changes should be made in the current format, it should not exceed 22 pages except for ANNEX-1 and ANNEX-2, and the size of each file to be uploaded to the system should not exceed 20MB.

• Waiver Form (In case the projects that were previously submitted to our Institution and rejected / returned are resubmitted with the same / similar content, Waiver for those who were right holders in the previous application, but not mentioned as right holder in the new proposed project is formed automatically according to the information entered to application system. The form must be approved via the link to be sent to the relevant persons by e-mail.
• Project Application Permission Form for University Faculty Members Working in the Companies Operating under the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691 (Document is formed automatically according to the information entered to application system and should be e-signed by the relevant persons (authorities of university and the company) during the electronic signature process.
• Information Form for Researcher outside Türkiye (in case there is a researcher outside Türkiye in the project team) (Form is automatically created automatically by the system in line with the information entered to online application system.)
• Participation Letter of Researcher outside Türkiye (in case there is a researcher outside Türkiye in the project team) (Letter is automatically created automatically by the system in line with the information entered to online application system. The Participation Letter which will be sent via e-mail by system should be approved by the researcher outside Türkiye.
• Curriculum Vitae for Researcher/Consultant outside Türkiye (in case there is a researcher/consultant outside Türkiye in the project team, curriculum vitae of researcher/consultant is automatically created by the system in line with ARBİS information. In order to upload detailed CVs of the researcher/consultant outside Türkiye, a field is also opened in the system.)

The following documents must be submitted fully in desired format within the time given by the relevant Research Support Group; If it is decided to support the project. If the documents cannot be obtained within the given time, the project will not be implemented.

• Proforma invoice (If necessary)
• SME Declaration (in case the managers and partners of SME enterprises and corporations that have not reached the requirements of being a SME are involved in the project.

• Authorized Signatures List
• Authorization Certificate (A document obtained from the relevant Registry of Commerce which indicates the person authorized to represent the company)

1005 PROGRAMI PROJE KONUSU ÖRNEKLERİ

• Ülkemizde yaygın kullanım potansiyeli olan ve yurtdışından temin edilen bir sistemin/cihazın/yöntemin/malzemenin/... veya bunların kritik alt bileşenlerinin/parçalarının uluslararası örnekleri ile rekabet edebilecek düzeyde üretilmesi/tasarlanması/geliştirilmesi vb. akademik araştırma ve geliştirme projeleri.
• Yurtdışından satın alınarak ülkemizde tarımı yapılan bitki çeşitlerinin ülkemiz koşullarına uygun olarak ıslahı; verimli hayvan ırkı, hayvansal ürün ve teknolojilerinin geliştirilmesi; gıda ürünlerini işleme, paketleme ve depolamada kullanılan ürün ve teknolojilerin uluslararası örnekleri ile rekabet edebilecek düzeyde üretilmesi/tasarlanması/geliştirilmesi vb. akademik araştırma ve geliştirme projeleri.
• Yurtdışında uygulanmakta olan ve ülkemizde yaygın kullanım potansiyeli bulunan tanı ve tedavi yöntemlerinin uluslararası örnekleri ile rekabet edebilecek düzeyde geliştirilmesine yönelik akademik araştırma projeleri.
• Temel Bilimlerde bir sorunun çözümü ya da bir mekanizmanın aydınlatılması amacı ile tasarlanmış ve aynı zamanda belirli bir pratik amaç veya hedefe yönlenmiş, ülkemizde yaygın kullanım potansiyeli olabilen ve teknolojik olarak özgün yeni ürünler, süreçler, sistemler ve bunların geliştirilmesine yönelik araştırma ve deneysel geliştirme projeleri vb.
• Türkiye’de henüz üretil(e)mediği için yurt dışından yüksek maliyetlerle ithal edilen ürün, süreç, yöntem, model veya teknikleri; ülkemizin ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel özellikleri ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yapılacak yenilikler ve/veya iyileştirmelerle daha etkin, verimli, katma değeri yüksek, ulusal rekabet gücümüzü artırıcı niteliklerde üreterek ülkemize kazandırmayı hedefleyen uygulamalı araştırma veya deneysel geliştirme projeleri.

Yukarıdaki örnek proje konuları bilgi amaçlı verilmiştir, konular bu örneklerle sınırlı değildir. Bu program kapsamına giren tüm proje konularıyla başvuruda bulunulabilir.

1005 Program Project Topic Examples

Academic research and development projects for;

• The production / design / development of a system / device / method / material / ... or critical sub-components / parts of them that are widely used in our country but imported at a level that can compete with the international substitutes/equivalents,
• The breeding of plant varieties purchased from abroad and cultivated in our country, according to the conditions of our country; breeding/development of productive animal race, animal products and technologies; production / design / development of products and technologies used in food processing, packaging and storage at a level that can compete with international substitutes/equivalents,
• The development of diagnostic and treatment methods that are applied abroad and have the potential to be widely used in our country at a level that can compete with international substitutes/equivalents,
• in Basic Sciences; development of technologically unique new products, processes, systems designed for the solution of a problem or the clarification of a mechanism, and also aimed at a specific practical goal and have potential to be widely used in our country,
• The development of more effective, productive, value added  products, processes, methods, models or techniques which are imported with high costs since they are not produced in Turkey yet, aiming to increasing our national competitiveness with the innovations and / or improvements to be made in line with the economic, social, cultural characteristics and needs of our country.

The examples for project topics above are provided for information purpose only, the topics are not limited to these examples. Applications can be made with all project topics in the scope of this program.

Dünya Bankası desteğiyle Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’nın koordinasyonunda TÜBİTAK ve KOSGEB tarafından yürütülen Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesine, 450 milyon dolarlık finansman tahsis edilmiştir. Proje kapsamında, TÜBİTAK - TEYDEB 175 milyon dolarlık finansman ile proje süresince sanayinin yeşil dönüşümünü destekleyecektir. 6 yıl sürecek olan Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesi kapsamında TÜBİTAK tarafından farklı türde çağrılar açılacaktır. Bu çağrılardan biri de SAYEM Yeşil Dönüşüm Çağrısı’dır.

Bu çağrı kapsamında, özel sektör, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle yenilik platformları oluşturularak, ülkemizin yeşil büyümesine katkı sağlayacak katma değeri yüksek ürün veya ürün grubu geliştirilmesi için bir teknoloji ekosistemi olan Sanayiye Yönelik Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Ağları desteklenecektir. Özel sektör öncülüğünde, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle ihtisaslaşmış bir Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Platformunun oluşturulması, bu platform aracılığıyla Ürünleştirme Yol Haritalarının (ÜYH) oluşturulması ve bu Ürünleştirme Yol Haritaları çerçevesinde yeşil dönüşüme yönelik ürün veya ürün grubu geliştirilmesine yönelik Ürünleştirme Programları (ÜPG) desteklenecektir. Çağrıya platform yapısındaki konsorsiyum başvuruları alınacaktır. Platform yürütücüsü olmak için gerekli koşullar çağrı duyurusunda  belirtilmiştir.

Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesi kapsamındaki Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Konuları  ile uyumlu olan projeler çağrı kapsamındadır. Kapsama aşağıdaki dosya listesinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Program süresi 36 ay olup, platform başına program önerisi için üst limit 350.000.000 TL’dir. Platformda yer alacak olan özel sektör kuruluşları hibe ve geri ödemeli olarak, üniversiteler ve araştırma kurumları %100 hibe olarak destek alabileceklerdir. Platformda yer alacak kuruluşlar için bütçe üst limiti KOBİ’ler için 18 milyon TL, büyük ölçekli kuruluşlar için 70 milyon TL, üniversiteler ve araştırma kurumları için 11 milyon TL’dir.

With the support of the World Bank, 450 million dollars of financing has been allocated to the Turkish Green Industry Project, which is carried out by TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Within the scope of the project, TÜBİTAK - TEYDEB will support the green transformation of the industry throughout the project with a financing of 175 million dollars. Different types of calls will be open by TÜBİTAK within the scope of the Türkiye Green Industry Project, which will last for 6 years. One of these calls is the SAYEM Green Transformation Call.

Within the scope of the call, private sector, university, and public collaboration will be supported to create innovation platforms, forming a technology ecosystem for Research and Development (R&D) and Innovation Networks focused on industry. These networks aim to contribute to the sustainable growth of our country by developing high-value-added products or product groups. Under the leadership of the private sector and in collaboration with universities and the public sector, the establishment of a specialized R&D and Innovation Platform is encouraged. Through this platform, the creation of Productization Roadmaps (ÜYH) and support for Productization Programs (ÜPG) aimed at developing products or product groups for green transformation within the framework of these roadmaps will be facilitated. Consortium applications within the platform structure will be accepted for this call. The conditions for becoming the platform coordinator are specified in the call announcement.

The support period is max. 36 months, and the upper limit for a program proposal per platform is 300,000,000 TL. Private sector organizations participating in the platform can receive support both as grants and interest-free reimbursable support, while universities and research institutions are eligible for 100% grant support. The budgetary upper limit for organizations involved in the platform is 15 million TL for SMEs, 60 million TL for large-scale enterprises, and 10 million TL for universities and research institutions.
