5-14 Temmuz 2025 tarihlerinde Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri’nin Dubai şehrinde düzenlenen ve 90 ülkeden 354 öğrencinin yarıştığı 57. Uluslararası Kimya Olimpiyatı’nda ülkemizi temsil eden öğrencilerimiz 3 Gümüş ve 1 Bronz madalya kazandılar.

Water4All Ortaklığı, "Döngüsel Ekonomi için Su" konusuna odaklanan 2025 Ortak Uluslararası Çağrısı 12/09/2025 tarihi itibariyle açılmıştır. Ortak çağrı ile, 30 ülke (33 fonlama kuruluşu) ve Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından desteklenen, yaklaşık 28 milyon Avro'luk bütçeyle Araştırma, Geliştirme ve Yenilik projelerinin fonlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Water4All 2025 Ortak Uluslararası Çağrısı kapsamında sunulan araştırma ve yenilik tekliflerinin aşağıdaki konulardan en az birini ele alması gerekmektedir:

  1. Sudaki kirleticiler ve sağlık riskleri: Görülme sıklığı, davranışları, etkileşimleri ve kırılganlık 

  2. Su kalitesi ve maruziyet izleme için yenilikçi araçlar ve teknolojiler 

  3. Su arıtımı ve maruziyetin azaltılması için politika 

Önemli Not: 2025 çağrısında yer alan 4. Başlık "Yönetişim, sosyo-ekonomik yenilik ve su ile sağlık entegrasyonu" TÜBİTAK tarafından desteklenmeyecektir (fonlanmayacaktır). Sadece yukarıda belirtilen 3 başlığa başvuru yapabilirsiniz.

Proje başvuruları 2 aşamalı olup ilk aşamayı geçen proje önerileri 2. Aşamaya başvuru için davet edileceklerdir. 1. Aşama başvuru sürecinde uluslararası başvurunun yanı sıra projede yer alan Türk kurum/kuruluşlar tarafından ayrıca TÜBİTAK’a, belirtilen tarihe kadar PBS üzerinden 1. aşama ulusal başvurusunun elektronik imzalı olarak yapılması gerekmektedir.

The Water4All Partnership’s 2025 Joint Multinational Call, focused on the topic of "Water for Circular Economy," has been open for applications as of September 12, 2025. This joint call aims to fund Research, Development, and Innovation projects with a budget of approximately 28 million euros, supported by 30 countries (33 funding organizations) and the European Commission. Research and innovation proposals submitted under the 2025Water4All Joint Call must address at least one of the following topics:

Topic 1: Waterborne contaminants & health risks: occurrence, behaviour, interactions and vulnerability
Topic 2: Innovative tools and technologies for Water quality and exposure monitoring
Topic3: Water treatment and exposure mitigation

Important Note: The fourth topic of the 2025 call, " Governance, socio-economic innovation, and policy integration for water and health," will not be supported (funded) by TÜBİTAK. You may only apply to the three topics mentioned above.

Project applications will follow a two-stage process, and proposals passing the first stage will be invited to apply for the second stage. In addition to the international application, during the Stage 1 application process, the Turkish institutions/organizations involved in the project must also submit a Stage 1 national application to TÜBİTAK via PBS, with an electronic signature, by the specified deadline.

The QuantERA III Consortium has opened the QuantERA Call 2025, a new call for international research projects in Quantum Technologies. Through this Call, the QuantERA Consortium seeks to boost cross-border collaboration and accelerate breakthrough research and cutting-edge engineering in quantum technologies.

The submitted proposals are expected to be aligned with one of the two QuantERA Call 2025 topics:

- Quantum Phenomena and Resources (QPR)

- Applied Quantum Science (AQS)

Funded projects in both topics are expected to address one or more of the following areas: 

• Quantum communication,

• Quantum simulation,

• Quantum computation, 

• Quantum sensing and metrology,

• General quantum science.

The project consortia must be composed of at least 3 partners eligible to receive funding from three or more different countries participating in the Call. Detailed information on the call topics, call rules, project requirements, and other expected qualifications of the projects can be found on the international call page.

In the QuantERA Project Call for 2025, Turkish researchers will be supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 - Support Programme for Increasing Capacity to Benefit From International Research Funds and Participation in International R&D Cooperation.

It is strongly recommended to carefully review the national application rules listed below prior to submission. If the application rules are not followed, the application will be returned without being evaluated.

In order to facilitate the process of forming research consortia, Partner Search Tool is available for the applicants. This tool can be used by projects looking for partners and partners looking for projects. 

An online webinar will be held on 8 October 2025 by the QuantERA Coordinator and the Call Secretariat, aiming to answer the questions related to the Call. Registration details for the webinar will be made available soon on the QuantERA international call page.

Within the framework of the National Technology Initiative, as our country is progressing confidently on its journey in science and technology, the 12th term calls of the 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Programme, through which our students gain experience in preparing and presenting scientific projects, have been announced.

The programme supports science fairs in which students from grades 5 to 12 develop projects based on thematic topics determined in line with national priorities and current trends in science and technology. Since its launch in 2013, millions of students across all 81 provinces of our country have gained experience in preparing and presenting scientific projects.

Applications to the programme can be submitted via https://bilimiz.tubitak.gov.tr until 3 November 2025, 17:30 (UTC+3).

Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi çerçevesinde ülkemizin emin adımlarla ilerlediği bilim ve teknoloji yolculuğunda geleceğimizin teminatı çocuklarımızın ve gençlerimizin bilimsel proje hazırlama ve sunma deneyimi elde ettikleri 4006-TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programının 12. dönem çağrıları yayınlandı.

Program ile 5-12. sınıf öğrencilerinin ülkemizin öncelikleri ve bilim ve teknolojideki yönelimler doğrultusunda belirlenen tematik konularda hazırladıkları projeler ile oluşturulan bilim fuarları desteklenmektedir. 2013 yılından itibaren devam eden Program çerçevesinde bugüne kadar 81 ilimizden milyonlarca öğrencimiz bilimsel proje hazırlama ve sunma deneyimi elde etmiştir. 

Programa başvurular, https://bilimiz.tubitak.gov.tr adresi üzerinden 3 Kasım 2025 (saat 17:30) tarihine kadar yapılabilecektir.

Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Projelerini Destekleme Programının amacı, yeni bilgiler üretilmesi, bilimsel yorumların yapılması veya teknolojik problemlerin çözümlenmesi için bilimsel esaslara uygun olan projeler desteklemektir.

PROJE SÜRESİ

Proje süresi en fazla 36 aydır.

PROJE BÜTÇESİ

2025 yılı 1. dönemi itibariyle proje destek üst limiti (burs dahil, proje teşvik ikramiyesi (PTİ) ve kurum hissesi hariç) yıllık bütçe sınırlaması olmaksızın 2.400.000 TL’dir. Burslar ile ilgili üst sınırlar, 1 Ocak 2025 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere aşağıda verilmiştir:

Ayrıca, makine-teçhizat taleplerinin toplam bütçe ile dengeli olması gözetilir. Altyapı oluşturmaya yönelik olan projeler desteklenmez.

KKTC'de yerleşik üniversiteler, ilgili protokol kapsamında bu destek programına başvuru yapabilirler. Bu kapsamda sunulacak proje önerilerinin "Öncelikli Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Konuları"ndan en az biri ile uyumlu olması gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde proje önerileri KKTC tarafından desteklenmeyecektir.

KKTC’deki araştırmacılar tarafından sunulacak proje önerileri için elektronik imza talep edilmeyecek olup, elektronik başvuru sonrasında çevrim içi başvuru sistemi tarafından oluşturulan başvuru çıktısının ıslak imzalı olarak Kurumumuza (*) ulaştırılması gerekmektedir. Islak imza kopya ulaşmadan değerlendirme süreci başlamayacaktır.

Önemli Not: Aynı proje önerisi ile daha önce de 1001 Programı'na başvuruda bulunulmuş ve bilimsel değerlendirme sonucunda bu program kapsamında 3 kez projenin desteklenmesi uygun bulunmamış ise aynı proje önerisi ile 4. Kez 1001 Programı'na başvuru yapılamamaktadır. Ayrıca, herhangi bir program kapsamında 5 kez sunulan ve desteklenmesi uygun bulunmayan bir proje ile yeniden başvuruda bulunulamamaktadır.

The purpose of this program is to support research projects that comply with scientific principles for generating new information, making scientific comments or solving technological problems.

PROJECT DURATION

The project duration is maximum 36 months.

PROJECT BUDGET

As of the first period of 2025, the requested budget from TÜBİTAK can be maximum 2.400.000 TRY (including scholarship, excluding project incentive bonus (PTI) and overhead) without annual budget limit.
