TÜBİTAK Popüler Bilim Kitapları’nın Okul Öncesi Kitaplığı, bu dönemde çocuğun yaparak ve yaşayarak öğrenmesini, merak ve araştırma duygularının geliştirilmesini ve zihinsel yeteneklerinin uyarılmasını sağlar. The primary education period constitutes the most critical stage of the educational process, as it is when students begin to form their initial ideas about the phenomena and events in their surroundings.

Including popular science books among the children's literature that defines these formative years not only offers an enjoyable reading experience but also allows children to make discoveries on their own. By using pictures and illustrations to explain abstract information, these books make complex scientific concepts much easier to grasp.

The Children and Youth Library provides unique resources that support primary and secondary education curricula, filled with reliable information that this age group will read with curiosity and appreciation. These books encourage children and young people to learn about and understand the world and the universe, fostering a sense of curiosity regarding technological developments and events. Furthermore, they facilitate an understanding of the mutual interaction between society and science, helping readers gain the skill of structuring the knowledge they acquire.

İlköğretim dönemi, öğrencilerin çevrelerindeki olgu ve olaylara karşı, ilk fikirlerini kazanmaya başladıkları ve bunu takiben izleyecekleri eğitim sürecinin en önemli aşamasını oluşturur.

Çocukluk yıllarının önemli bir parçası olan çocuk kitapları arasında popüler bilim kitaplarının da olması, eğlenceli bir okuma deneyimi sunmanın yanında çocukların kendi kendilerine keşifler yapmalarına da olanak sağlar. Çünkü bu kitaplar soyut olan bilgileri açıklamak için resimler ve çizimler kullanmaları sayesinde anlaşılması zor bilimsel kavramların anlaşılmasını kolaylaştırır.

TÜBİTAK Popüler Bilim Kitapları Çocuk ve Gençlik Kitaplığı, ilk ve orta öğretim dönemindeki öğrencilerin okul programlarını destekleyecek, eşi bulunmaz kaynaklar olmalarının yanı sıra bu yaş gurubunun merak ve beğeniyle okuyacağı güvenilir bilgilerle doludur. Bu kitaplar çocuk ve gençlerin dünya ve evreni öğrenmelerini, anlamalarını, teknolojik gelişme ile olaylara merak duygusu geliştirmelerini teşvik etmekte, toplum ve bilim arasındaki karşılıklı etkileşimi anlamalarını kolaylaştırarak edindikleri bilgileri yapılandırma becerisi kazandırmaktadır.

TÜBİTAK Popular Science Books is of great importance not only for increasing the knowledge base of adults but also for ensuring the continuity of the lifelong learning process.

Members of society studying at various levels across different educational institutions are expected to easily adapt to a constantly changing world and to remain productive. The realization of these goals is closely linked to citizens being scientifically literate. Popular science books hold a significant place in the acquisition of these traits.

Scientific literacy is the ability of an individual to ask questions born out of curiosity regarding daily life experiences, to find answers to these questions, or to identify, explain, and make predictions about natural phenomena. Popular science books are excellent tools for supporting the development of these skills.

Yürütücü Değişikliği Talep Dilekçesi ve Taahhütname şablonlarına aşağıdan ulaşabilirsiniz.

Proje destek sözleşmesi imzalanmadan önce yapılacak değişikliklerde dilekçenin gönderilmesi yeterlidir. Sözleşme imzalandıktan sonra talep edilen değişikliklerde ise taahhütnamenin de gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.

Çağrı Metni B.2.b. "Sözleşme imzalandıktan sonra yürütücü değişikliği yapılamaz. Ancak yürütücünün kurumdan ayrılması veya mücbir bir sebepten ötürü projeyi yürütemeyeceği tespit edildiği takdirde; Proje Yürütücüsü, Kurum/Kuruluş Müdürü, İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürünün talebi ve Müdürlüğün onayı ile (TÜBİTAK tarafından http://bilimiz.tubitak.gov.tr adresinde yayımlanan dilekçe ve taahhütname örneğine uygun olarak) proje yürütücüsü değişikliği yapılabilir. "

Innovative Educational Applications Support Programme was launched in 2013 and designed for graduate students, academicians in universities, permanent teachers working actively in an institution, and employees of science centers run by public and municipal affiliates. Innovative Educational Applications Support Programme covers interactive activities that provide the students with the necessary knowledge and skills through innovative approaches to arouse interest and curiosity in their branches, develop positive attitudes, increase their motivation and enable them to learn. Since 2018, the project coordinator should have a Ph.D. degree.

TÜBİTAK Science Talks aims to bring together distinguished scientists with primary, secondary, and high school students, as well as all citizens who are interested in science and scientific developments. Through these events, TÜBİTAK seeks to promote science literacy, strengthen science communication, and enhance the connection between society and the scientific community.  

Scientists serving as faculty members, lecturers with a completed PhD, or research assistants at universities in Türkiye, as well as teachers with a doctoral degree working at public institutions affiliated with the MEB, may apply until 1 December 2025 (17:30, UTC+3).

TÜBİTAK Merkez ve Enstitülerinde yürütülen projeler ile TÜBİTAK tarafından desteklenen araştırma projelerinde veya YÖK’ün araştırma üniversitelerine yönelik başlattığı Araştırma Üniversiteleri Destek Programı (ADEP) tarafından desteklenen araştırma projelerine bursiyer olarak dahil olacak lisans öğrencilerinin (STAR Lisans) bilimsel araştırma projelerinde görev alarak araştırma ekosistemine ilk adımlarını atmaları ve öğretmenlerin (STAR Öğretmen) mesleki bilgi ve becerilerinin gelişimini sağlayarak proje kültürü kazanmaları amacıyla hazırlanan 2247-C Stajyer Araştırmacı Burs Programı’nın (STAR) 2. aşamasına başvurular başladı.

2025 yılı 2. dönem aşağıdaki çağrılar kapsamında lisans öğrencileri ile öğretmenlerden başvuru alınacaktır. 

• STAR Lisans (Lisans Öğrencisi )

• STAR Öğretmen (Öğretmen)

STAR programının ikinci aşamasında lisans öğrencileri ve öğretmenler, proje yürütücülerinin talepleri doğrultusunda projelerde görev almak üzere 24 Kasım-8 Aralık 2025 (17.30, UTC+3) tarihlerinde başvuru yapabileceklerdir.

Başvurular, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi üzerinden alınacaktır. Proje listesine BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi üzerinden, program çağrı metinlerine ise internet sayfamızdan ulaşabilirsiniz.
