Bileşen 2: Sanayide Yeşil Dönüşüm Desteği

Sanayinin yeşil dönüşümüne yönelik teknolojik çözümlerin ticarileşmesini kolaylaştıracak Ar-Ge ve yenilik faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Bu kapsamda, firmaların yeşil dönüşüm faaliyetlerine yönelik Teknoloji Hazırlık Seviyesi (THS) 5-9 aralığını kapsayan prototip geliştirme ya da iyileştirme, validasyon ve sertifikasyon testleri, yerinde uygulama, ölçeklendirme, demonstrasyon ve saha denemeleri çalışmaları desteklenecektir.

Söz konusu çalışmalar daha önce TÜBİTAK TEYDEB tarafından desteklenmiş veya KOSGEB ya da diğer ulusal ya da uluslararası fonlar ve firmaların öz kaynakları ile yürütmüş olduğu, henüz ticarileşmemiş Ar-Ge çalışmalarının devamı niteliğinde olacaktır.

Desteğe KOBİ ve büyük ölçekli kuruluşların başvuruları mümkün olup, ortaklı başvuru da yapılabilecektir. Destek süresi en fazla 24 ay, proje bütçesi üst limiti mikro/küçük ölçekli firmalar için 7,5 Milyon TL, orta ölçekli firmalar için 12 Milyon TL, büyük ölçekli firmalar için 22,5 Milyon TL’dir.

Destekten faydalanacak sermaye şirketlerine faizsiz geri ödemeli finansman sağlanacaktır. Destek oranı sırasıyla büyük şirketler için  %70, KOBİ’ler için %80, deprem bölgesindeki KOBI’ler için ise %90’dır.

Bahse konu finansmanın, büyük şirketler için %50’si; KOBİ’ler için %40’ı geri ödenmek üzere firmalardan talep edilecektir. Bu oranlar proje sonunda çağrıda belirtilen başarı kriterlerinin karşılanması durumunda büyük şirketler için %30’a; KOBİ’ler için %20’ye düşecektir. Kullanılacak desteğin geri ödemesi proje bittikten 1 yıl sonra başlayacaktır.

Projelere Bursiyer Dahil Edilmesi için Yapılması Gerekenler

Projelere dahil edilecek bursiyerlerin, proje sözleşmesinin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten itibaren 1 yıl içinde belirlenmesi gerekmektedir.

Aşağıdaki belgelerin BİDEB Proje Takip Sistemi'ne yüklenmesi sonrasında proje kapsamında desteklenen bursiyerlerin burs ödemeleri başlatılır. Bursiyerlerle ilgili yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesinden yönetici kurum sorumludur.

• e-Devlet Sayfasından Alınacak Güncel Müstehaklık Belgesi

Not: Başvuru onaylandıktan sonra sistem tarafından oluşturulan yükümlülüklere uyulacağına ilişkin belge, başvuru sahibi ve proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından imzalanıp BİDEB tarafından talep edilmesi halinde sunulmak üzere proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından muhafaza edilecektir. Başvuru sırasında ya da sonrasında TÜBİTAK tarafından belge istenmemektedir. Başvurunun bursiyer ve proje yürütücüsü tarafından BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sisteminde onaylanması yeterlidir.

Mentor ataması “2202 Bilim Olimpiyatları Programı” Birinci Aşama Sınavı’nda başarılı olanlar, “2249 Bilim ve Teknoloji Okulları Programı” kapsamında desteklenen öğrenciler veya “2205 Lisans Burs Programı”nda bursiyer olanlar için aşağıdaki kriterler esas alınarak TÜBİTAK tarafından yapılmaktadır:

• Bilimsel ve teknolojik yetkinliği
• Kariyer beklentileri
• Mentorluk desteğinden beklentileri
• Sosyal beceri ve kabiliyetleri

Mentor bilgilerinin desteklenen öğrencilere bildirildiği tarih itibarıyla mentorluk süreci başlar.

Lise Öğrencileri Enerji Verimliliği Proje Yarışması, her yıl TÜBİTAK ile Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı Enerji Verimliliği ve Çevre Dairesi Başkanlığı işbirliği ile düzenlenmektedir. Bu yarışmanın amacı gençlerimizi özellikle, konut, sanayi, ulaşım ve tarım sektörlerinde, enerjinin verimli kullanılması konusunda bilinçlendirmektir. Bu amaca uygun olarak sunulan projelerin, yukarıda anılan sektörlerde, enerjinin verimli kullanılmasına, enerji tasarrufuna, enerji tasarrufunun çevreyle ilişkisi ve etkilerine yönelik olması ve Türkiye ekonomisine ülke çapında katkıda bulunabilecek, uygulanabilir önerilerden oluşması gerekmektedir.

Bu çağrının amacı, Avrupa Birliği fonlarından ülkemize geri dönüş oranını artırmak için araştırmacıların önemli bir keşif ve/veya buluş yapma potansiyeli içeren ERC’ye yeniden sunacakları proje önerilerini iyileştirmek/güçlendirmek ve Avrupa Araştırma Konseyi (ERC)’den destek alabilmelerini sağlamak için destek vermektir. Bu çağrı duyurusu, programa başvuran ve/veya bu program kapsamında desteklenen araştırmacılar ile ilgili işlem ve yükümlülükleri kapsar. TÜBİTAK işbu çağrı duyurusu üzerinde değişiklik yapma hakkını her zaman saklı tutar.

ABD tarafı için PIRE Programı kapsamında iki aşamalı çağrı söz konusudur. Bir sonraki PIRE çağrısının 2020 sonunda duyurulması, 2021'de ise çağrıya açılması planlanmaktadır. 

TÜBİTAK Çağrı Takvimini NSF tarafından sunulan çağrı takviminde 2. aşama tarihlerine göre ayarlamaktadır. 

Türkiye tarafı için çağrı tek aşamalı olup NSF tarafından 1. Aşama başvurusu değerlendirilip 2. Aşamaya geçmeye hak kazanan projelerin ortağı Türk araştırmacılar programa başvurabilmektedirler.

18. ORTAOKUL ÖĞRENCİLERİ ARAŞTIRMA PROJELERİ FİNAL YARIŞMASI SONUÇLARI

Kurumumuz tarafından düzenlenen 18. Ortaokul Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Yarışması’nın final sergisi ve ödül töreni, 26-30 Mayıs 2024 tarihleri arasında Ankara’da yüz yüze olarak düzenlendi.

55. LİSE ÖĞRENCİLERİ ARAŞTIRMA PROJELERİ FİNAL YARIŞMASI SONUÇLARI

Kurumumuz tarafından düzenlenen 55. Lise Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Yarışması’nın final sergisi ve ödül töreni, 26-30 Mayıs 2024 tarihleri arasında Ankara’da yüz yüze olarak düzenlenmiştir.

Burs dönemleri Şubat-Temmuz ve Ağustos-Ocak aylarını kapsayacak şekilde iki dönem olarak belirlenmiştir. Başvurular, Şubat-Temmuz burs dönemi için Ağustos ayında, Ağustos-Ocak burs dönemi için Şubat ayında alınır. Performans bursları, başvuru yapılan burs dönemi içinde TÜBİTAK destekli projelerde bursiyer olarak görev alınan süreler dikkate alınarak geriye dönük ödenir. Bir aylık bursa hak kazanılabilmesi için o ay içinde bir projede en az 10 gün görev alınması gerekir.

The call aims to support sustainability-focused, interdisciplinary and solution-oriented projects that address urgent research needs and topics related to ocean and marine biodiversity and its continuity. Within the scope of the call, research proposals that include at least one of the following three thematic areas are expected to be submitted:

• Theme 1: Biodiversity Conservation and Nature-Based Solutions 

• Theme 2: Ocean-Biodiversity-Climate Integration 

• Theme 3: Nature Futures, Ocean Governance, and Ethics for Sustainability

International consortia that submit projects within the scope of the call must include institutions or organisations from at least 3 different call partner countries.

• It is required for the International submissions to be made with all of the necessary forms and documents to the https://bfgo.org website. The deadline for submissions is the 5 March 2026 (20:00 UTC).

• The project proposals that also have a partner from Türkiye shall submit their applications to the https://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr/ website latest on the 9 March 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3). 

Project proposals submitted from our country within the scope of the relevant CRA will be supported within the scope of the Support Program for Increasing the Capacity to Benefit from TÜBİTAK 1071 International Research Funds and Participation in International R&D Collaborations. Since the application will be returned without being evaluated in case of non-compliance with the application rules, the national application rules must be examined in detail before applying to the application rules.

T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı Bilim, Teknoloji ve Yenilik Politikaları Kurulu (BTYPK) bünyesinde, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı ile işbirliği içerisinde ve TÜBİTAK’ın teknik desteği ile Yapay Zekâ, İleri Malzeme, Büyük Veri ve Bulut Bilişim, Motor Teknolojileri, Siber Güvenlik, Biyoteknolojik İlaç alanlarında Teknoloji Yol Haritaları hazırlanmıştır. Teknoloji alanları, BTYPK Teknoloji Önceliklendirme Çalışması, 2023 Sanayi ve Teknoloji Stratejisi ve 11. Kalkınma Planında yer alan ortak teknoloji alanlarından; etki potansiyeli en yüksek alanlardan seçilmiştir.

Grant Amount

The maximum amount of the grant support that can be allocated to a single institution by TÜBİTAK will be 20 Million TL, provided that the commitment of the institution to participate in the Fund is not less than 4 Million TL.

Scope and Rate of Support

50% of the contributions of TTOs, TDZs, and RIs for the early stage technology-based enterprises participating in the funds as investors will be supported by TÜBİTAK as grants. In addition, organizations will be provided with general expense support up to 10% of their contribution.

In addition, if requested, a pre-payment will be made to TTOs, TDZs and RIs up to 20% of the total amount committed by them in order to meet their cash requirement. As guarantee, a letter of guarantee issued by banks and financial institutions should be brought up to 25% more than the prepayment requested.

Required Conditions in Early Stage Technology Based Initiatives

SME-scale companies located in Türkiye that meet both conditions stated below are defined as early stage technology-based enterprises.

a) As of the date when the fund first invested in the venture, companies of SME scale whose maximum 10 calendar years have passed through the establishment date

b) SME scale companies that have received R&D and innovation project support from the public institutions and organizations specified in the Tech-InvesTR call as of the date of the submission of the term report and have successfully completed this project or whose project support continues

TÜBİTAK will support 50% of TTO/TDZ/RI's contributions to VC funds in the form of grants for investments to be made in these companies residing in Türkiye and having the above characteristics.

Due to the high efficiency of the projects initiated with the first Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem Call in 2022 and the strong demand from our stakeholders, the call has been reopened on June 3rd.

The Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem Call aims to transform artificial intelligence technologies developed by companies based in Turkey and committed to implementing the project results in Turkey into products or solutions, in line with the needs of companies that require artificial intelligence solutions internally. This transformation leverages the knowledge accumulated in university/public research centers and institutes.

Under this program, five priority areas will be supported. These priority areas are:

Smart Manufacturing Systems,

Smart Agriculture, Food, and Livestock,

Financial Technologies,

Climate Change and Sustainability,

Smart Education Technologies.

In this support model, it is expected that customer organizations in need of AI solutions will form a consortium with at least one technology provider company, at least one university research laboratory/center or public research center/institute experienced in this field, and the TÜBİTAK Artificial Intelligence Institute. The consortium applying for the project must sign a cooperation agreement prior to the application.

Project applications will be accepted through the TEYDEB Project Evaluation and Monitoring System (PRODIS) between June 3, 2024, and July 31, 2024 (until 23:59). Pre-registration must be completed by July 29, 2024, at 17:30, and the necessary documents must be submitted to TÜBİTAK.

Organizations that have completed the pre-registration process can submit their project proposals to TÜBİTAK through PRODIS by the specified deadline.

INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNOLOGY

"Optimization of Intraocular Lens (IOL) Production Process Produced by Photopolymerization and Preparation of Oligomer Synthesis and Formulations Curable with UV-Rays" is the outcome of the patent family technology with the know-how of the technology with the number TR2014/05120. The international patent application for the same invention was published on 12.11.2015 with the number WO2015170278. The national and international patent applications will be transferred in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the TÜBİTAK TTO Regulation. It is a formulation and production method that enables the production of flexible, biocompatible intraocular lenses with a shelf life suitable for long-term storage, which is used in medicine, ophthalmology, cataract surgery to eliminate eye problems such as cataracts.

The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) conducted by TÜBİTAK in cooperation with UNIDO, and the Inclusive Green Transition (IGT) Accelerator programme conducted in cooperation with IOM and UNIDO, also aim to support early-stage companies in scaling their technologies and field applications.

For this purpose, the "1601 - 2026-1 Global Cleantech Innovation Programme Technology Scaling and Commercialisation Support Call" has been opened under the 1601 TÜBİTAK Capacity Building for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support Programme, to encourage interface organisations to provide services to start-ups that have successfully completed the GCIP and IGT accelerator programmes for preparing project proposals for the 1707 and 1832 calls.

The support duration within the scope of the call is 12 months. Payments to interface organisations are made periodically in the form of award support. The amount of the award support varies depending on the type of programme applied for by the start-up provided with technical assistance.

Interface organisations that wish to provide services within the scope of the call, which includes actively working with start-ups and co-developing project outputs, must complete their project-based pre-registrations by 4 May 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3). Applications will be accepted via PRODİS until 8 May 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3).

In response to requests received from our researchers, the TÜBİTAK–Horizon Europe Countries Precision Technologies 2025 Call submission period has been extended.

Accordingly, the deadline for proposal submission approval has been extended to 10 December 2025, and the deadline for electronic signature procedures to 17 December 2025.

The main objective of the call is to strengthen scientific and technological cooperation between institutions and organizations in Türkiye and Horizon Europe countries through joint R&D projects based on collaboration.

The application results for the 2025 Call of the 2214-A International Research Fellowship Programme for PhD Students and the 2219 International Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Programme have been announced.

Within the scope of the 2214-A and 2219 Programmes, support is provided to scientists in line with our country’s priority needs, with the aim of increasing researchers’ scientific productivity, strengthening international collaborations, and enabling them to enhance their academic competencies by acquiring innovative methods and approaches in their respective fields.

Within the scope of the bilateral cooperation call between TÜBİTAK and the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT), joint academic-industry projects conducted by scientists from both countries will be supported.

Joint academic-industry cooperation projects from following thematic areas will be supported within the framework of this call: “Core and Generative Artificial Intelligence”, “Hydrogen Energy and Energy Storage”, “Sustainable Agriculture”, and “Advanced Materials for Aviation, Internet of Things in Space Technologies, and Robotics in Space Technologies”.

The Turkish project team that would like to propose a joint academic-industry cooperation project must collaborate as a "project partner" with the Malaysian project team that will jointly carry out the project. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.
