TÜBİTAK-MAM KARE ile ARDEB tarafından belirlenen koşullar çerçevesinde açılan 2026 Yılı “Kutup-1001” ve “Kutup Yabancı Araştırma Üssü Katılım” proje çağrılarının son başvuru tarihi güncellenmiştir. Çevrim içi başvurunun tamamlanması için son tarih 22/08/2025 saat 23.59, çevrim içi başvurusu tamamlanmış olan projelerin elektronik imza işlemleri için son tarih ise 25/08/2025 saat 23.59 olarak belirlenmiştir. Projenize ilişkin çevrim içi başvuru onayı ve elektronik imza sürecini belirtilen tarihlere kadar tamamlamanızı önemle rica ederiz.
Üniversite, araştırma merkezi, kamu, özel sektör kuruluşlarından 1000’i aşkın akademisyen, araştırmacı ve uzmanla birlikte yürütülen teknik çalışmalar sonucunda oluşturulan öncelikli 482 Ar-Ge ve yenilik konusunu içeren dokümana aşağıdaki bağlantıdan erişebilirsiniz.
TÜBİTAK 2024-2025 Öncelikli Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Konularının yer aldığı aşağıdaki doküman; ana bölümler, teknoloji alanları ve sektörler bazında arama yapılacak şekilde “etkileşimli” olarak hazırlanmıştır. Kutucuklara ve konulara tıklandığında dokümanın ilgili yerine ve detaylarına ulaşabilirsiniz.
Bilim kültürünün ve iletişiminin toplumun daha geniş kesimlerine yaygınlaştırılmasını, katılımcılara bilimsel bilginin ulaştırılmasını ve bilim - teknoloji arasındaki etkileşimin etkinlikler yoluyla kavratılmasını amaçlayan 4007 Bilim Şenlikleri Destekleme Programı kapsamında 57 proje destek almaya hak kazandı. Destek almaya hak kazanan projelerle ilgili detaylı bilgilere ulaşılabilmesi ve proje yürütücülerinin proje ile ilgili duyuru ve başvuru süreçlerini yürütebilmesi için TÜBİTAK tarafından Bilim Toplum Projeleri Portalı hazırlanmıştır. Bilim Toplum Projeleri Portalının tanıtımı ve kullanımı ile ilgili duyurular önümüzdeki günlerde yapılacaktır.
Proje Sözleşmesi ve/veya eklerinde belirtilmiş olmak kaydıyla, Atölye kurulum ve işletme aşamalarında Proje Bütçesi dâhilinde aşağıda belirtilen maliyet kalemlerinde destek sağlanabilir.
i. Atölye tefrişi, sarf ve teknik ekipman desteği,
ii. Takımların ihtiyaç duyacağı teknik ekipman ve sarf malzemelerin desteği,
iii. Proje faaliyetleri kapsamında yapılacak harcamalar,

Müşteri kuruluşun gereksinimlerini karşılamak üzere tasarlanan çözüm önerilerinin, KOBİ'ler tarafından Ar-Ge faaliyetlerine dönüştürülerek ticarileşebilir çıktılara ulaşılmasını hedefleyen 1707 Siparişe Dayalı Ar-Ge Projeleri İçin KOBİ Destekleme Programı 2025 Yılı 2. Dönem sonuçları açıklanmıştır.
Projeleri desteklenen kuruluşlarımızı tebrik eder, ret kararı verilen kuruluşlarımıza ise başvurularını revize ederek, 1707 programının yeni çağrılarına başvuruda bulunabileceklerini hatırlatmak isteriz.

TÜBİTAK Bilim ve Toplum Başkanlığı, bilimsel bilgiye erişimi artırarak toplumun her kesimine hitap eden yenilikçi projeler ve destek programları geliştirmektedir. Panel Aşama 2 kapsamında yapılan değerlendirmelerde a), b) ve c) maddelerinde belirtilen ölçütleri, Aşama 3 kapsamında yapılan değerlendirmelerde belirtilen tüm boyutları dikkate alarak iş planını değerlendirir.

HOPE Meetings, organised by Japan Society for The Promotion of Science (JSPS), give opportunities to excellent graduate students selected from countries and areas in the Asia-Pacific and Africa region, in the fields of physics, chemistry, physiology/medicine, to engage in interdisciplinary discussions with Nobel Laureates and other distinguished scientists pioneering the frontiers of knowledge. It is hoped that the experience the students gain at the meeting will inspire and motivate them to become excellent scientists able to shoulder the future of science and technology in the region. 17th Hope Meeting will take place between 2-6 March 2026 in Tsukuba-city, Japan.
JSPS will cover the accommodation, domestic transportation in Japan and travel insurance expenses for 4 young researchers nominated by TÜBİTAK to participate in the HOPE Meeting. International flight ticket expenses of the candidates will be covered by TÜBİTAK.
The participants will be selected based on the following criterions:
To be born after 1 January 1986
Be a PhD student or young researcher (received PhDs after 1 April 2020- excluding periods of maternity/paternity, and childcare leave) with a record of excellent academic performance
Have not been selected to participate in a past HOPE Meeting
Have an excellent record of research and a high level of interest in the societal influence of scientific knowledge and its application
Have a strong interest in a wide scope of science and research
Be expected to go on to advance future research in the Meeting’s subject field(s)

As part of the Eureka Network Projects, a significant support initiative within Eureka, the "Applied Quantum Technologies" call is set to commence on February 1, 2024 with 16 countries. Aligned with Eureka's goals, it aims to provide support for projects demonstrating high potential for commercialization, focusing on the development of market-oriented products, processes, and services.
Purpose of the Call
Quantum technology encompasses many technological aspects, ranging from specific methods of quantum information processing to the development of algorithms and the utilization of quantum computers for diverse applications.
The primary objective of this call is to provide support to organizations engaged in the advancement of quantum technologies that surpass or enhance existing technologies, thereby contributing to the resolution of challenges across industry, science, and society.
Within the framework of the call, project proposals are encouraged to fall within the following focus areas. However, these sub-headings of quantum technologies are not exhaustive, and innovative proposals beyond these categories are also welcomed.

Eureka Network - Applied Quantum Technologies project applications will be submitted in accordance with the national call rules coded “1719-Eureka Quantum Technologies” and titled “Eureka Network 2024 Applied Quantum Technologies Call Announcement”. The call text must be thoroughly reviewed prior to the national application. If the application rules are not followed, the application may be returned without review. Companies with capital companies, higher education institutions, public research centers and institutes, training and research hospitals, and research infrastructures covered by Law No. 6550 are eligible to apply for the call code 1719-Eureka Quantum Technologies. Applications from relevant institutions are considered in collaboration with at least one capital company.
Application Process
Applications for the project will be conducted through two stages: International and national.
Stage 1/International Application:
All participating partners are required to fill out the Eureka project application form online, accessible on the call web page at (https://eureka.smartsimple.ie/s_Login.jsp). Subsequently, each application will undergo pre-evaluation by the national Eureka offices of the countries involved in this initiative. The preliminary evaluation process is set to be completed on May 14, 2024, following which eligible projects will receive invitations to proceed with the national application stage.
Stage 2/National Application:
Participants from Türkiye must submit their national applications to the TÜBİTAK 1719-Eureka Quantum Technologies national call, along with the international application form, by June 6, 2024 (https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr/prodis.htm).

A. Principal investigator (PI)
Principal investigator (excluding retirees and post-doctoral researchers not working in any institution/organization);
Members of the Group Executive Board and Advisory Board working in ARDEB can take part as a PI or researcher while their duties continue during the application, but not as a consultant (*).
One can take part as a PI for a maximum of five times in total within the scope of the 1002-A Short-Term Support Module and the 1002-B Emergency Support Module throughout her/his career. It is not possible for people who have been assigned as a PI in five or more 1002-A and 1002-B projects, for which a support decision has been made and/or in case of a proposal, to apply to Module 1002-A or 1002-B as PI.
B. Researcher / Consultant
The researchers or consultants whom will take part in a project team;
Must have a minimum four-year undergraduate degree and be a permanent/full-time staff of the participating organization/institution under which they’re working (excluding retirees and post-doctoral researchers not working in any institution/organization)
The PI, researchers and consultants should reside in the territory of Republic of Türkiye.
Retirees who do not work in any organization can take part in the project team as PI, researcher, or consultant and post-doctoral researchers who do not work in any organization can take part as a PI or researcher. In order for the retirees and post-doctoral researchers to become PI, an approval on that they can take part in the project is necessary from the senior authority of the institution / organization where the project will be carried out.
It is not possible for the ones being abroad to take part in the project team as a foreign researcher and a foreign consultant.
People working in TÜBİTAK Headquarters / Institutes cannot take part as PIs / researchers / consultants in the projects proposed under this Module.
Individuals with a contribution rate of less than 10% in the project cannot work as researchers, but they can be consultant. In order for a project consultant (**) to take part, the project must have specific expertise or subjects and this issue should be justified in the project proposal. The number of consultants to take part in a project is limited to the number of subjects that require special expertise in that project.
C. Scholar
Undergraduate and graduate students (except for special students and prep students) and “Research Assistants” studying in higher education institutions in Türkiye and post-doctoral researchers can take part as scholar in projects.
Undergraduate scholars should not work in any institution/organization. If the student fails the class, the scholarship is terminated. A maximum of 4 (four) undergraduate scholarship students can take part in a project at the same time.
The requirements to be a post-doc researcher scholar;
WHO CANNOT BE PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR?
The highest level managers of the public institutions/organizations, deputies and assistants of them (Rector, Vice Rector, Chief Physician, Deputy Chief Physician, Hospital Director, Minister, Deputy Minister, General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Provincial Director of National Education, etc.) cannot act as PI if they are still working in those positions during the application, but they can be researchers in 3 (***) projects at most.

INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNOLOGY
It is a modified reactive polyimide adhesive solution designed to provide exceptionally high temperature service in a variety of demanding applications. While it shows long-term performance in service environments that reach high temperatures such as 300 °C, it also shows instant strength at temperatures up to 450 °C. Due to the fact that equivalent products are subject to the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), this technology, which is nationally critical, has been produced within the domestic means.

Ayrıca, iptal edilen projelerde, proje yürütücüsü özel kuruluşun/kuruluşların kusurlu olması halinde ilgili proje yürütücüsü özel kuruluşa/kuruluşlara proje kapsamında yapılan bütün harcamalar yasal faiziyle birlikte geri alınır.
Gelişme/sonuç raporlarının (özel kuruluşlar için Yeminli Mali Müşavir denetim ve tasdik raporu dâhil) proje sözleşmesi gereği TÜBİTAK'a gönderilmesi gereken tarihte gönderilmemesi durumunda, Grup Yürütme Kurulu kararı ile özel kuruluşların ilgili döneme ait gelişme/sonuç raporlarına ilişkin transfer tutarı üzerinden yüzde otuz (%30)'a kadar kesinti uygulanabilir. Bu hüküm gecikmenin mücbir sebeplerden kaynaklandığının tespit edilmesi halinde uygulanmaz.
Uluslararası çağrı sekretaryası tarafından projenin tüm ortakları arasındaki görev ve sorumlulukları, proje sonuçlarının kullanımını ve fikri mülkiyet hakları ile ilgili konuları düzenleyen bir konsorsiyum anlaşmasının yapılması zorunlu tutulmakta ise ilgi anlaşmanın düzenlenmesinde ve yürürlüğe alınmasında sorumluluk proje ortaklarına aittir. TÜBİTAK tarafından örnek teşkil edecek bir konsorsiyum anlaşma metni taslağı paylaşılmamaktadır. Projenin Türk ortakları tarafından, TÜBİTAK desteğinin konsorsiyum anlaşmasının yürürlüğe alınmasından sonra başlatılması talep edilmelidir.
Projede görev alan anonim şirketlerin yönetim kurulu üyesi olan ortakları ile limited şirket ortakları ve limited şirket ortağı müdürlerin maliyetinin desteklenebilmesi için ücretlerle ilgili esas sözleşmede hüküm bulunması veya genel kurul kararı alınması gerekir. Genel kurul kararının alınması gerektiği durumda, genel kurul kararının alındığı tarihten sonraki maliyetleri desteklenir.
The Technology and Innovation Support Programmes Directorate (TEYDEB) conducts the 1501-Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme and the 1507-SME R&D Startup Grant Programme to support the project-based research, technology development, and innovation activities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Two calls are opened each year under these programs.
Applications for the TEYDEB 1501-Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme and the 1507-SME R&D Startup Grant Programme for the second period of 2025 will start to be accepted as of 21.07.2025 through https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.

Notes:
1. In order to apply, an organization-based pre-registration application must be submitted to TUBITAK. The specified date is the deadline for sending the organization-based pre-registration application to TÜBİTAK via PRODİS. Pre-registration documents must reach TUBITAK at least one business day before the call closing date. If pre-registration approval cannot be given due to deficiencies in organization-based pre-registration documents, the responsibility belongs to the organization. There is no need to wait for the call opening date for organization-based pre-registration. For this reason, companies planning to apply for the call are recommended to carry out organization-based pre-registration without wasting time.
2. Organizations that have previously received organization-based pre-registration approval will not pre-register on an organization basis again and will not send pre-registration documents.
3. This is the deadline for project proposals to be sent via PRODİS. Organization-based pre-registration approval must be obtained for submission. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Since the project proposals will be sent with e-signature, the e-signature must be provided or, in case of e-signature, the e-signature validity periods must be checked, and the e-signature must be renewed if the e-signature expires until the call closing date.
As of 3 December 2025, FutureFoodS 2025 Joint Transnational Call has been officially opened for applications. With this call, which is the second call of the partnership, it is envisaged to support innovative, interdisciplinary collaborations aimed at developing more sustainable, resilient, and healthy food systems.
With this call, innovative research and development projects aimed at creating a sustainable food future will be supported by 38 funding organisations from 20 countries and the European Commission, including TÜBİTAK and TAGEM from our country.
The call will provide funding for innovative projects contributing to one of the following topics:
Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets: Systemic work at the household level covering food safety, cultures, nutritional needs and consumer behaviour.
Topic 2: Towards diverse, sustainable and circular food processing systems: Improved processing/packaging, valorisation of by-products and side-streams, and compositions tailored to diverse consumer groups.
Topic 3: Importance of trust and transparency. Identify leverage points; assess tools, methods, metrics, indicators and quality signals (e.g. labelling) towards a more unified framework, co-created with system actors.
Applications:
Project applications will follow a two-stage process, and proposals passing the first stage will be invited to apply for the second stage. In addition to the international application, during the stage 1 application process, the Turkish institutions/organizations involved in the project must also submit a stage 1 national application to TÜBİTAK via PBS, with an electronic signature, by the specified deadline. Funding decisions are expected to be taken at the end of 2026.
