(STAR) aims to encourage undergraduate students and teachers to engage in research by participating in scientific projects. STAR Program 2026/2 call is open for project managers who can request scholars and teachers for their projects that are funded by TÜBİTAK, conducted in TÜBITAK Institutes or funded by Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of Council Of Higher Education (YÖK).
Within the scope of the STAR 2026/2 Call, project managers will be able to request to scholars to take part in their projects in the following categories.
Undergraduate Students
Teachers
Accordingly, applications for STAR program will be received in 3 stages.
The first stage of call is covering the dates of 28 September 2026 and 12 October 2026 (17:30, UTC+3). Project managers can make their applications via TÜBİTAK Management Information System
