STAR aims to encourage undergraduate students and teachers to engage in research by participating in scientific projects. STAR Program gives support for undergraduate students and teachers who will be scholar at projects, which are funded by TÜBİTAK, conducted in TÜBITAK institutes or funded by Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
In 1st Term of 2026, applications are received from undergraduate students and teachers within the scope of the following calls.

In the second stage, undergraduate students and teachers can apply for projects via the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System between 27 April 2026 and 11 May 2026 (17:30, UTC+3). For detailed information please visit the program page.
