Within the framework of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program, joint research projects will be supported in collaboration between TÜBİTAK and and the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research (LASR) under the 'Protocol on Co-operation in Science, Technology and Innovation” signed the two sides.
Proposals from following areas will be accepted:

Onshore, Offshore and Airborne Wind Energy Systems
Integrated Biorefineries Supported by Renewable Energy

Big Data
Cloud Computing
General Health and Medical Research:
Epidemiology and Health Services
Pharmaceutical Technologies
Materials Science:
Polymers and Plastics
Metals and Alloys
Ceramics and Composites
Environmental Science:
Purification Technologies
Water treatment and seawater desalination
Turkish researchers willing to propose a joint research project should apply as project partners with the researchers in Libya with whom they will carry out the project. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.
