There is no monitoring process regarding the Project Brokerage Events.

Desteklenmesi onaylanan Proje Pazarı harcamalarının karşılanması amacıyla başvuru formunda bildirilen ve kuruluş adına ve etkinliğe ilişkin bankada açılmış özel hesaba TÜBİTAK bütçesine gider kaydedilmek üzere destek tutarı ödenir.
Yapılan etkinlik kapsamında, desteklenmesi TÜBİTAK tarafından uygun bulunmayan harcamalara ilişkin tutarlar kuruluşa yapılacak yazılı bildirimin düzenlendiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir ay içinde TÜBİTAK'ın hesabına yatırılır ve TÜBİTAK- Teknoloji ve Yenilik Destek Programlan Başkanlığı'na iade dekontu gönderilir. Bu süre içinde TÜBİTAK'a iade edilmeyen tutarlar 6183 sayılı Kanun'da belirtilen gecikme faiz oranları uygulanarak etkinliği düzenleyen kuruluştan tahsil edilir.
Hesaptan yapılacak ödemeler tamamlandıktan sonra artan tutar var ise, işlemiş faiz gelirleri ile beraber etkinliği düzenleyen kuruluş tarafından etkinlik ismi ve numarası belirtilerek etkinlik bitim tarihinden itibaren en geç bir ay içinde TÜBİTAK'ın hesabına yatırılmalı ve TÜBİTAK-Teknoloji ve Yenilik Destek Programları Başkanlığı'na iade dekontu, Mahsup/Kesin Hesap Formu ve Proje Pazarı Etkinlik Raporu (AGY 354) iletilmelidir. Aksi takdirde, bakiye ve hesaptaki söz konusu faiz gelirleri 6183 sayılı Kanun'da belirtilen gecikme faiz oranları uygulanarak etkinliği düzenleyen kuruluştan tahsil edilir.
Payment
The approved amount of expenses of Project Brokerage Events are paid by TUBITAK to the special bank account of the organization which is specified in the application form. A separate bank account must be opened for the event.
Expense amounts which are not found eligible for support by TUBITAK, must be paid back to TUBITAK at least one month after the written notification made to the organization.

The program aims to create R&D platforms that will provide University-Industry cooperation.
Kimler başvurabilir?
En az bir Üniversite ile birlikte; Sanayi Odaları, Ticaret Odaları, Ticaret ve Sanayi Odaları ya da İhracatçı Birlikleri ortak olarak başvuru yapabilirler.

In the Project Brokerage Events, it is obligatory that at least one university and at least one or more of
The Industry Chamber,
Chamber of Commerce,
Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
Exporters' Association
are participants. Any of these participating organizations (university, chamber of industry, chamber of commerce, chamber of commerce and industry, exporters’ association) can apply to TÜBİTAK for Brokerage Events Grant Program.
Başvurular ne zaman yapılır?
Proje Pazarları Destekleme Programı’na başvurular yılın herhangi bir iş gününde yapılabilir. Başvuru dokümanlarına buradan ulaşılabilir.
When are the applications made?
Applications can be made on any working day of the year.
Hangi giderler desteklenir?
Basım ve kırtasiye giderleri, posta ve kurye giderleri, ulaşım ve konaklama giderleri desteklenir. (Etkinlik kapsamında proje fikriyle katılacak kişilere ait uçak, tren, otobüs, gemi ile yapılan şehirlerarası ve uluslararası ekonomi sınıfı ulaşım giderleri ile en fazla 100 (yüz) TL’ye kadar günlük konaklama giderleri)
Which expenses are supported?
Printing and stationery expenses: Necessary printing and stationery expenses related to the event (invitation, posters, brochures, books, supplies, etc.)
Postal and courier expenses: Postal and courier expenses related to the event
Transportation and accommodation expenses: Intercity and international economy class transportation expenses (by airplane, train, bus, ship) of participants from universities and research institutions who will present their project ideas and daily accommodation expenses of participants up to 100 TL (maximum) are supported.

Her bir etkinlik için toplam destek tutarı en fazla 70.000 (yetmiş bin) TL, söz konusu etkinliğin uluslararası katılımlı olması durumunda toplam destek tutarı en fazla 100.000 (yüz bin) TL olarak belirlenmiştir.
What is the total support amount?
The upper limit of the support budget is determined by TUBİTAK as 90.000 TL. In case of the participation of an international organization to the brokerage events (university, chamber of industry, chamber of commerce, chamber of commerce and industry, exporters’ association abroad) the upper limit is 130.000 TL.
Ödemeler ne zaman yapılır?
Etkinlik öncesi, desteklenen projelere ait (yeni açılan) hesaba destek tutarı tek kalemde aktarılır.
Etkinliğin ertelenmesi durumunda ne olur?
Her durumda, TÜBİTAK yazılı olarak bilgilendirilir. Etkinliğin ertelenmesi 3 ayı geçmediği taktirde başka bir işlem yapılmaz. 3 ayı geçtiği durumda; eğer harcama yapılmadıysa destek tutarının tamamı, harcama yapıldıysa da kalan kısmı mahsup kesin hesap formu ile TÜBİTAK’a iade edilir.

When are the payments made?
Before the event, the support amount is transferred to the (newly opened) account of the supported projects.
What happens if the event is postponed?
In any case, TÜBİTAK is informed in writing. No further action will be taken if the postponement does not exceed 3 months. In the case of more than 3 months; If no spending has been made, the entire amount of the support and the rest will be returned to TÜBİTAK with the cut off account form.
