Başvuru Koşulları:
1. Başvuru sahibinin en az ön lisans öğrenimi görüyor/görmüş olması,
2. Başvuru yapılacak bilimsel etkinliğe ait toplantıların, Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH) veya Scopus veri tabanlarında indeksleniyor olması,
3. Bildirinin sözlü/poster sunum için etkinliğe gönderilmiş veya kabul edilmiş olması ya da davetli konuşmacı olunması,
4. Bildirinin sunulacağı dilde, aşağıdaki yabancı dil koşullarından birinin sağlanıyor olması,
• ÖSYM tarafından yapılan sınavlardan birinden (YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, eYÖKDİL vb.) veya TIPDİL sınavından en az 70 puan ya da ÖSYM tarafından eş değerliği kabul edilen yabancı dil sınavlarından birinden muadil puan almış olmak
• %100 yabancı dille öğretim yapan bir üniversitede ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ya da doktora öğrenimi görüyor/görmüş olmak,
5. 2224-A programından ilgili yıl içinde yararlanılmamış olması,
6. Program kapsamında sözlü/poster sunumu yapacak kişilere destek verilmektedir. Çok yazarlı bildirilerde yazarlardan birinin başvuru yapması gerekir. Aynı bildiri için yazarlardan yalnızca birine destek verilir. Bildiri yazarlarından herhangi birinin etkinliğe katılımı durumunda, katılımcı yazarın diğer tüm yazarlardan feragat alması zorunludur. (Yalnızca ilk veya sorumlu yazarın feragati yeterli değildir; tüm yazarların feragatname vermesi şarttır.)
7. Başvuru yapılan dönemde öğrenim/araştırma/çalışma vb. faaliyetlerine yurt içindeki bir kuruma bağlı olarak devam ediyor olunması veya ikametinin Türkiye’de bulunması gerekmektedir.
8. TÜBİTAK Başkanlığına bağlı birimlerde çalışanlar bu programdan yararlanamazlar.
9. Yayınlanmış çalışmalar için bu program kapsamında destek verilmez.
10. Başvuru sahibinin, öğrenim/çalışma durumuna uygun olarak seçilecek 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 veya 10.4 maddesinde istenen koşulları sağlaması gerekir:
10.1. Başvuru Sahibi “Ön lisans/Lisans Öğrencisi” ise; aşağıdaki koşullardan en az ikisini sağlamalıdır:
• Başvuru tarihinin son günü itibarıyla Ön Lisans/Lisans genel ağırlıklı not ortalamasının 2,50/4,00 veya 65/100 puanın üzerinde olması,
• Başvuru tarihinin son günü itibarıyla en az altı ay süreyle ARDEB/BİDEB/TEYDEB bursiyeri olması,
• 2209-A Üniversite Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Destekleme Programı veya 2209-B Üniversite Öğrencileri Sanayiye Yönelik Araştırma Projeleri Desteği Programı’ndan desteklenmiş olması,
• WoS, Scopus veya TR Dizin kapsamındaki dergilerde yayımlanmış en az bir makalesinin bulunması,
• Uluslararası bilimsel toplantıda (Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH)) sunulan, tam metni/özeti CPCI’da yayımlanmış çalışma.
10.2. Başvuru Sahibi “En Az Lisans Derecesine Sahip Kamu/Özel Sektör/Diğer Kurum Çalışanı” ise; aşağıdaki tabloda (Tablo 1) yer alan kriterler kapsamında en az 3 puan almalıdır
10.3. Başvuru Sahibi “ALES Puanı En Az 70 Olan Yüksek Lisans veya Doktora Öğrencisi” ise; aşağıdaki tabloda (Tablo 1) yer alan kriterler kapsamında en az 3 puan almalıdır.
10.4. Başvuru Sahibi “Doktora Derecesine Sahip Araştırmacı*” ise; aşağıdaki tabloda (Tablo 1) yer alan kriterler kapsamında en az 6 puan almalıdır.
* Yurt içinde ikamet eden, doktora derecesine sahip kişilerden; üniversite, eğitim ve araştırma hastanesi, kamu araştırma enstitüsü veya araştırma altyapısında çalışanlar yalnızca 4.1.10.4. maddesi kapsamında, kamu/özel sektör veya diğer kurumlarda çalışanlar ise 4.1.10.2. maddesi kapsamında başvuruda bulunmalıdır.

1707 Order R&D Programme aims to transform solution proposals designed to meet the needs of Customer Organizations into commercially viable outputs by SMEs through R&D activities. TÜBİTAK and Customer Organizations facilitate SMEs' need-oriented R&D activities through co-financing during this significant process. SMEs are executing innovative products and processes tailored to their customers. Ground is being prepared for sharing financing risks among industrial organizations and understanding intellectual property rights, allowing organizations with relatively more experience in project management to transfer their experiences to SMEs. Three different call periods for SME Support for 1707 Order-based R&D Projects have been defined for the year 2024:

Project applications will be accepted through the Technology and Innovation Funding Programs Administration (TEYDEB) Project Evaluation Monitoring System (PRODİS) between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024 (by 23:59).
During the 3rd Call Period of the 1707 Order R&D 2024, priority will be given to projects submitted under the Priority R&D and Innovation Topics under the Green Agreement Compliance.

“TÜBİTAK has an Environmental and Social Management Policy within the scope of the World Bank Türkiye Green Industry Project. This policy is implemented within the framework of the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS).
Projects to be supported with World Bank (WB) Financing must be carried out in accordance with national environmental legislation requirements, as well as EHS Standards[1] within the scope of the WB Environmental Social (ES) Framework[2] and WB Group Environmental Health and Safety Guides[3]. While filling out the Environmental and Social Risk Management Declaration Form submitted within the scope of the project proposals, supporting documents/documents/reports, which are not limited to the list below, must also be submitted.
Regarding the facility where the project will be carried out regarding environmental issues:
o Records regarding the sending of waste oils to licensed facilities
o Emission reports
o Disposal methods, photographs and records of solid wastes generated in the facility (hazardous waste, chimney filters, etc.), Waste Management Procedure, Industrial Waste Management Plan
o Environmental Monitoring Report (Last prepared and approved)
On Occupational Health and Safety issues:
First, the companies' compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 will be evaluated. "Nace Code" must be written in the "Activity" sections of the Environmental and Social Risk Management Declaration Form submitted with the project proposal. Mandatory documents that must be prepared and followed in workplaces in accordance with Law No. 6331 such as the Risk Assessment Document, Emergency Action Plan, Annual Activity Report, Annual Work Plan, Annual Training Plan, Training Participation Forms, etc. must be submitted as an annex to the Environmental and Social Risk Management Declaration Form.
On social issues:

2022-1 BiGG + KOBİ Mentor Arayüz Çağrısı KOBİ'lerin iş geliştirme ve yenilik kapasitelerini artırmaya yönelik mentorluk mekanizmaları oluşturulması ve yürütülmesine yönelik faaliyetlerin desteklenmesi amacı ile açılmıştır.
Araştırma ve Yenilik alanlarına ayrılan kamu kaynaklarının daha etkin ve verimli kullanılabilmesi amacıyla TÜBİTAK TEYDEB Programları kapsamında desteklenen KOBİ’lerin ürün ve hizmetlerinin ticarileştirilmesi, bu KOBİ’lerin yeni pazarlara girmesi ve ihracat kapasitelerinin artırılması için mentorluk mekanizması geliştirilip uygulanması bu çağrının temel gerekçesidir.
Mentorluk hizmetinin KOBİ’ler üzerinde iki boyutta etkisi olması beklenmektedir:
· Ticari Olgunluk seviyesinde artış (Örneğin ürün geliştirme aşamasında olan firmaların satış yapması, satış geliri olan firmaların pazar çeşitliliği sağlaması, ihracat yapması vb.)
· Ar-Ge ve yenilik kapasitesinde artış (Örneğin yenilik alanındaki faaliyetlerin sürekliliğinin sağlanması, yenilik faaliyetlerinin kurumsal olarak yürütülmesi vb.).
Mentorluk hizmeti alan KOBİ’lerin aşağıdaki alanlarda gelişme göstermeleri beklenmektedir:
· Ciroda artış
· Mevcut pazar payında artış
· Yeni pazarlara giriş
· Yurtdışına satış ya da mevcut yurtdışı satışlarında artış.
Yürütülecek faaliyetlerde, bir sektöre ve/veya bölgeye odaklanılması ve ayrıca aşağıdaki ve benzeri kurum ve kuruluşlar ile işbirliği yapılması önerilmektedir:
1 Ekim 2022 itibariyle desteklenmeye hak kazanan arayüzler mentorluk faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.
%100 hibe şeklinde verilecek desteğin proje bütçesi üst sınırı genel gider dâhil 2.500.000 (iki milyon beş yüz bin) TL’dir. Proje bütçesi üst sınırı başvuru aşaması için geçerlidir. Destekleme aşamasında maliyet artışları dikkate alınacaktır. Desteklenen gider kalemleri; personel giderleri, hizmet alımları ve genel giderler olarak belirlendi. KOBİ’lere verilecek mentorluk hizmeti ilgili dönemde geçerli bir brüt asgari ücretin en fazla 1/8’i (TL/saat brüt ücret üzerinden) desteklenecektir.

The applicant must meet the following conditions:
Applicants must be at least having associate degree
The proceedings must have been sent or accepted to the meeting for oral/poster presentation or applicant must be an invited speaker.
To be not supported from the program within the last year.
Applicants must register and update their information to ARBİS (Researcher Information System)
One of the authors must apply for multi-author papers (Only one of the authors is supported for the same paper.)
Those who work in TÜBİTAK or its affiliated institutions cannot apply to this program.
There is no support for published studies
The scientific meeting must meet the following conditions (1st condition or 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th conditions):
The scientific meetings to be applied must be indexed in the Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH) or Scopus databases.
Or
The scientific meetings to be applied must have the peer-review process
The scientific meetings to be applied must be at least the third of the meetings.
Members of the organizing committee must be composed of scientists from at least 3 different research institutions.
The scientific meetings to be applied must have a website.
