This program aims to contribute to the commercialization of knowledge and technology, which are generated within the university/public research centres and institutes in line with the industry needs, to the private sector companies which are based in Turkey and committed to the exploitation of research results. In this program, the private sector companies are "customers" and research organizations are "implementers" in the RDI projects.

Before a project proposal application is made to TÜBİTAK, a cooperation agreement is signed between the customer and the executive institution, which includes the minimum conditions determined by TÜBİTAK.

• TÜBİTAK'a proje öneri başvurusu yapılmadan önce müşteri ve yürütücü kuruluş arasında TÜBİTAK’ın belirlediği asgari şartları içeren işbirliği sözleşmesi imzalanır.
• Programa ilk defa başvuru yapan yürütücülere, hakem değerlendirme sürecinde +5 ilave puan verilmesi uygulamasına geçilmiştir. İlave puan, ortalama hakem puanı üzerine eklenecektir. İlave puan süreci mevcut sistemde uygulanan ek puan süreçlerine ilave olarak uygulanacaktır. ARDEB 1001,1003,1005 ve 3501 programında tamamlanan bir projenin devamı niteliğinde bir başvuru yapılıyorsa +5 ek puan uygulaması devam etmektedir.
   

• Project proposals are submitted to TÜBİTAK via the PRODİS application on the internet address https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr. 
• Project applications can be submitted to the Program at any time. 

Sektörüne bakılmaksızın  firma düzeyinde  katma değer yaratan, Türkiye’de yerleşik ve proje sonuçlarını Türkiye’de uygulamayı taahhüt eden sermaye şirketleri ile Yükseköğretim Kanunu kapsamında yer alan yükseköğretim  kurumları, vakıf üniversiteleri, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri ve ilgili mevzuatında Ar-Ge yapmakla görevlendirilmiş kamu araştırma merkez ve enstitüleri ortak proje başvurusunda bulunur.

Project applications to the support program can only be made electronically via the online application Project Evaluation and Monitoring System (PRODİS) at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr. Project applications must be made in accordance with the information and explanations in the address in question.

Project Application and Documents

Destek programına proje başvuruları sadece elektronik ortamda http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresindeki çevrimiçi (online) uygulama Proje Değerlendirme ve İzleme Sistemi (PRODİS) üzerinden yapılabilmektedir. Söz konusu adresteki açıklamalar ve bilgilendirmeler doğrultusunda proje başvuruları yapılmalıdır.

Başvurular sürekli açıktır ve yılın her günü eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden online olarak yapılabilir.

The project application is made online via the PRODIS system.

Proje başvurusu online olarak PRODIS sistemi üzerinden yapılmaktadır.

Project proposals are evaluated according to the following three dimensions:

I. Criterion: Industrial R&D Content, Technology Level, Innovative Aspect

II. Criterion: Eligibility of Project Plan and Enterprise Infrastructure for the Project

III. Crietrion: The Turnover of Project Outputs to Economic Benefit and National Benefit
