2250-Lisansüstü Bursları Performans Programı 2025 yılı 2. dönem başvuruları, 18 Ağustos 2025 - 12 Eylül 2025 (saat 17:30’a kadar) tarihleri arasında TÜBİTAK Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi (https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr) üzerinden alınacaktır.
2250-Lisansüstü Bursları Performans Programı kapsamında, bursiyerlerin araştırma yapmaya teşvik edilmesi, proje aidiyetlerinin sağlanması, performans ve motivasyonlarının artırılması ve araştırma ekosisteminin güçlendirilmesi amacıyla TÜBİTAK destekli projelerde bursiyer olarak yer alan doktora öğrencileri ile doktora sonrası araştırmacılara performansa dayalı burs desteği sağlanmaktadır. Bu program kapsamında TÜBİTAK destekli projelerde bursiyer olarak yer alan doktora öğrencileri ile doktora sonrası araştırmacılar performans göstergeleri doğrultusunda proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından hesaplanan performans puanına göre aylık burs alabilir. Burs ödemeleri altı aylık dönemler halinde toplu olarak ödenmektedir.
Not: Başvuru onaylandıktan sonra sistem tarafından oluşturulan yükümlülüklere uyulacağına ilişkin belge, başvuru sahibi ve proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından imzalanıp BİDEB tarafından talep edilmesi halinde sunulmak üzere proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından muhafaza edilecektir. Within the scope of the Performance-Based Scholarships Program for PhD and Post-Doc Scholars, it is provided a performance-based scholarship for doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers who take part in TÜBİTAK-supported projects as a scholar. The aim is to encourage scholars to do research, to ensure project belonging, to increase their performance and motivation, and to strengthen the research ecosystem.
There are two scholarship periods covering February-July and August-January. Applications are received in August for the February-July scholarship period and in February for the August-January scholarship period. PhD and Post-Doc scholars in TÜBİTAK-supported projects can apply the programme every six months and can receive a monthly grant according to total performance score. Scholarship payments are made collectively for six-month periods. The monthly scholarship amount varies according to the performance score.
Destek Kapsamı
Burs dönemleri Şubat-Temmuz ve Ağustos-Ocak aylarını kapsayacak şekilde iki dönem olarak belirlenmiştir. Başvurular, Şubat-Temmuz burs dönemi için Ağustos ayında, Ağustos-Ocak burs dönemi için Şubat ayında alınır. Performans bursları, başvuru yapılan burs dönemi içinde TÜBİTAK destekli projelerde bursiyer olarak görev alınan süreler dikkate alınarak geriye dönük ödenir. Bir aylık bursa hak kazanılabilmesi için o ay içinde bir projede en az 10 gün görev alınması gerekir.

TÜBİTAK destekli projelerde bursiyer olarak yer alan doktora öğrencileri ile doktora sonrası araştırmacılar bu program kapsamında belirlenen göstergeler doğrultusunda proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından hesaplanan performans puanına göre aylık burs alabilir. Aylık burs miktarı başvuru tarihinde beyan edilen performans puanı üzerinden hesaplanır. Bursiyerin projeden tam veya kısmi burs alması performans bursunun miktarını değiştirmez.

Önemli Not: 2250-Lisansüstü Bursları Performans Programı kapsamında her ay burs yatırılmamaktadır. Program her 6 ayda bir geriye dönük 6 ay için başvuruya açılmakta, projede çalışılan süreler ve performans puanı göz önünde bulundurularak hesaplanan destek miktarı toplu şekilde yatırılmaktadır.
Başvuru Koşulları
Başvuru yapılan burs döneminde (Ağustos-Ocak veya Şubat-Temmuz) yürürlükte olan TÜBİTAK destekli bir projede doktora öğrencisi veya doktora sonrası araştırmacı* olarak 1 ay içinde en az 10 gün bursiyer statüsünde görev alıyor/almış olmak,
Proje yürütücüsü (2218 programı için proje danışmanı) tarafından hesaplanan toplam performans puanının doktora öğrencileri ve doktora sonrası araştırmacılar için en az 70 puan olması gerekir.
*Başvuru sahibinin TÜBİTAK kayıtlarına göre ilgili projedeki bursiyer statüsünün doktora öğrencisi veya doktora sonrası araştırmacı olması gerekmektedir.
Terms of Application
To take part in TÜBİTAK-supported projects as a PhD student or Post-Doc researcher scholars for at least 10 days within 1 month during the scholarship period (August-January or February-July)
The performance score must be at least 70 for doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers.
*The applicant's scholarship status for the relevant project must be a doctoral student or postdoctoral researcher, according to TÜBİTAK records.
