Within the framework of the Türkiye Green Industry Project carried out by TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology with the support of the World Bank, the technical assistance services that SMEs will receive to meet the requirements within the scope of compliance with the green transformation requirements will be supported by the 1831 Climate-informed and Green Innovation Technology Extension Program
90% of the services that companies will receive from expert organizations on issues such as technology consultancy, capacity or situation analysis, detection of current problems and solution approaches and road map preparation for current green technologies will be covered by TÜBİTAK as grant support. The support period is maximum 6 months and the upper limit of the project budget is 210,000 TL. TUBITAK will ensure that this service for SMEs is provided through Solution Partners. Water4All Ortaklığı, "Döngüsel Ekonomi için Su" konusuna odaklanan 2025 Ortak Uluslararası Çağrısı 12/09/2025 tarihi itibariyle açılmıştır. Ortak çağrı ile, 30 ülke (33 fonlama kuruluşu) ve Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından desteklenen, yaklaşık 28 milyon Avro'luk bütçeyle Araştırma, Geliştirme ve Yenilik projelerinin fonlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Water4All 2025 Ortak Uluslararası Çağrısı kapsamında sunulan araştırma ve yenilik tekliflerinin aşağıdaki konulardan en az birini ele alması gerekmektedir:
Sudaki kirleticiler ve sağlık riskleri: Görülme sıklığı, davranışları, etkileşimleri ve kırılganlık
Su kalitesi ve maruziyet izleme için yenilikçi araçlar ve teknolojiler
Su arıtımı ve maruziyetin azaltılması için politika
Önemli Not: 2025 çağrısında yer alan 4. Başlık "Yönetişim, sosyo-ekonomik yenilik ve su ile sağlık entegrasyonu" TÜBİTAK tarafından desteklenmeyecektir (fonlanmayacaktır). Sadece yukarıda belirtilen 3 başlığa başvuru yapabilirsiniz.

The Water4All Partnership’s 2025 Joint Multinational Call, focused on the topic of "Water for Circular Economy," has been open for applications as of September 12, 2025. This joint call aims to fund Research, Development, and Innovation projects with a budget of approximately 28 million euros, supported by 30 countries (33 funding organizations) and the European Commission. Research and innovation proposals submitted under the 2025Water4All Joint Call must address at least one of the following topics:
Topic 1: Waterborne contaminants & health risks: occurrence, behaviour, interactions and vulnerability
Topic 2: Innovative tools and technologies for Water quality and exposure monitoring
Topic3: Water treatment and exposure mitigation
Important Note: The fourth topic of the 2025 call, " Governance, socio-economic innovation, and policy integration for water and health," will not be supported (funded) by TÜBİTAK. You may only apply to the three topics mentioned above.

Project applications will follow a two-stage process, and proposals passing the first stage will be invited to apply for the second stage. In addition to the international application, during the Stage 1 application process, the Turkish institutions/organizations involved in the project must also submit a Stage 1 national application to TÜBİTAK via PBS, with an electronic signature, by the specified deadline.

The QuantERA III Consortium has opened the QuantERA Call 2025, a new call for international research projects in Quantum Technologies. Through this Call, the QuantERA Consortium seeks to boost cross-border collaboration and accelerate breakthrough research and cutting-edge engineering in quantum technologies.
The submitted proposals are expected to be aligned with one of the two QuantERA Call 2025 topics:
- Quantum Phenomena and Resources (QPR)
- Applied Quantum Science (AQS)
Funded projects in both topics are expected to address one or more of the following areas:
• Quantum communication,
• Quantum simulation,
• Quantum computation,
• Quantum sensing and metrology,
• General quantum science.
The project consortia must be composed of at least 3 partners eligible to receive funding from three or more different countries participating in the Call. Detailed information on the call topics, call rules, project requirements, and other expected qualifications of the projects can be found on the international call page.
In the QuantERA Project Call for 2025, Turkish researchers will be supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 - Support Programme for Increasing Capacity to Benefit From International Research Funds and Participation in International R&D Cooperation.
It is strongly recommended to carefully review the national application rules listed below prior to submission. If the application rules are not followed, the application will be returned without being evaluated.
