In the final stage of the 2242 University Students Research Project Competitions, a total of 91 projects were evaluated in 9 categories. Based on the decisions made by the Juries, a total of 27 projects has been awarded with First, Second, and Third place awards in each category.

The award-winning project owners will be invited to the final exhibition and award ceremony to be held as part of TEKNOFEST 2025 in Istanbul between 17–21 September 2025. Further information regarding this matter will be shared with the relevant parties via email in the coming days.

Invitation letters and information/documents required for the TEKNOFEST finalists will also be sent via email at a later date.

2242 Üniversite Öğrencileri Araştırma Proje Yarışmaları final aşamasında 9 kategoride toplam 91 proje değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Jürilerin verdiği karar neticesinde her kategoride Birincilik, İkincilik ve Üçüncülük ödülleri olmak üzere toplam 27 proje ödüle layık görülmüştür.

Ödül alan proje sahipleri, 17-21 Eylül 2025 tarihleri arasında İstanbul’da düzenlenecek TEKNOFEST 2025 kapsamında final sergisine ve ödül törenine davet edilecektir. Bu konu ile ilgili bilgilendirmeler ilerleyen günlerde ilgililere e-posta yoluyla iletilecektir.

TEKNOFEST’e davet edilen projelerin davet yazıları ve gerekli belge/bilgilere ilişkin açıklama daha sonra mail yoluyla iletilecektir.

Yarışmaya ilgi gösteren tüm öğrencilerimizi ve danışmanlarını kutluyoruz.

HOPE Meetings, organised by Japan Society for The Promotion of Science (JSPS), give opportunities to excellent graduate students selected from countries and areas in the Asia-Pacific and Africa region, in the fields of physics, chemistry, physiology/medicine, to engage in interdisciplinary discussions with Nobel Laureates and other distinguished scientists pioneering the frontiers of knowledge. It is hoped that the experience the students gain at the meeting will inspire and motivate them to become excellent scientists able to shoulder the future of science and technology in the region. 17th Hope Meeting will take place between 2-6 March 2026 in Tsukuba-city, Japan. 

JSPS will cover the accommodation, domestic transportation in Japan and travel insurance expenses for 4 young researchers nominated by TÜBİTAK to participate in the HOPE Meeting. International flight ticket expenses of the candidates will be covered by TÜBİTAK.

The participants will be selected based on the following criterions:

• To be born after 1 January 1986

• Be a PhD student or young researcher (received PhDs after 1 April 2020- excluding periods of maternity/paternity, and childcare leave) with a record of excellent academic performance 

• Have not been selected to participate in a past HOPE Meeting

• Have an excellent record of research and a high level of interest in the societal influence of scientific knowledge and its application 

• Have a strong interest in a wide scope of science and research 

• Be expected to go on to advance future research in the Meeting’s subject field(s) 

• By participating in the meeting, be expected to initiate joint research and/or build collegial networks in the future 

• Have a strong desire to participate actively in the Meeting’s exchanges and discussions 

• Possess ample English proficiency to do so 

• Be able to participate in the entire Meeting program from 2-6 March 2026.

• Document proving that the candidate is studying/have studied for a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree at a university that teaches 100% in English.

17. Hope Toplantısı 2-6 Mart 2026 tarihleri arasında Japonya/ Tsukuba-city’de gerçekleştirilecektir. Japonya Bilimi Destekleme Kurumu (JSPS) tarafından düzenlenen, Asya, Pasifik ve Afrika bölgesindeki genç araştırmacıları Nobel Ödülü sahipleri ve diğer seçkin bilim insanları ile bir araya getirmeyi hedefleyen uluslararası etkinliğe, fizik, kimya, fizyoloji/tıp ve ilgili alanlardaki vizyoner ve başarılı genç araştırmacılar davet edilmektedir. Etkinlik boyunca, genç araştırmacılar, grup tartışmaları ve derslere katılmakta; sunumlar yaparak bilgi paylaşımında bulunmaktadır.

JSPS Kuruluşu, Hope Toplantısına katılım için TÜBİTAK tarafından aday gösterilecek 4 genç araştırmacının konaklama, Japonya içi ulaşım ve seyahat sigortası masraflarını karşılayacaktır. Adayların uluslararası uçak bileti masrafları ise TÜBİTAK tarafından karşılanacaktır.

Toplantıya katılacak genç araştırmacılarda aranan şartlar şu şekildedir:

• 1 Ocak 1986 sonrasında doğmuş olmak.

• Doktora öğrencisi veya 1 Nisan 2020 sonrasında doktorasını almış olmak (doğum izni süreleri hariç tutulmaktadır)

• Daha önce Hope Toplantılarına katılım sağlamamış olmak

• Yüksek başarılı araştırma geçmişi ve bilimsel bilgi ve uygulamaların toplumsal etkileri konusunda farkındalığa sahip olmak

• Toplantı katılımı ile uzun süreli bilimsel ortaklıklar kurma ve ileri seviye araştırma yapma beklentisine sahip olmak

• Toplantı oturumlarına etkin katılım sağlayacak seviyede İngilizce yeterliliğe sahip olmak

• 2-6 Mart 2026 tarihleri arasında tüm toplantı programına katılabilecek durumda olmak

Başvuru Belgeleri

1. Güncel özgeçmiş ve diğer destekleyici belgeler (sertifikalar v.b.)

2. Adayın İngilizce dil yeterliliğini gösteren belge 

   • YDS, YÖKDİL, TIPDİL (80 ve üstü puan) – belgenin 2020 sonrasında alınmış olması gerekmektedir.  

   • ÖSYM tarafından denkliği kabul edilen aşağıda sıralanan diğer yabancı dil belgeleri -  belgenin 2023 sonrasında alınmış olması gerekmektedir.

     • PTE (78 ve üstü puan) 

     • CPE (C ve üstü derece)

     • CAE (A ve üstü derece)

     • TOEFL IBT (96 ve üstü)

   • Adayın %100 İngilizce öğretim yapan bir üniversitede lisans, yüksek lisans ya da doktora öğrenimi görüyor/görmüş olduğuna dair belge.
