Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program and under the cooperation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), joint research projects on “Drug Delivery and Targeted Therapy” and “Green and Sustainable Food Production Technologies” to be carried out between the scientists of the two countries will be supported. 

Scientists in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint research project must agree with the scientists working in China as project partners. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.

Within the scope of the call, which will remain open until 23:59 (UTC+3) on 17 July 2026, project applications to TÜBİTAK must be made through the electronic application system.

4007 BİLİM ŞENLİKLERİ ÇAĞRISI SONUÇLANDI!

4007 Bilim Şenlikleri Destekleme Programı ile toplumun tüm kesimlerinde bilim ve teknoloji farkındalığı oluşturmak, ülkemizin kalkınmasında kritik öneme sahip bilim ve teknolojinin toplum tarafından benimsenmesi ve sahiplenilmesini sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç kapsamında 2015 yılından itibaren büyük meydanlarda eğitim seviyesi ve yaş farkı gözetmeksizin toplumun tüm kesimlerinin katılabildiği bilimsel ve teknolojik etkinliklerin yapıldığı bilim şenlikleri gerçekleştirilmektedir.

Proje yürütücüleri, değerlendirme sonuçlarını https://bilimtoplum-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr sayfasına giriş yaparak hesapları üzerinden görüntüleyebilirler. 

• Desteklenmesine karar verilen projelerin sözleşme süreçleriyle ilgili bilgiler,

• Ön incelemede iade edilen proje başvurularının iade gerekçeleri ve itiraz başvurularına ilişkin detaylı bilgiler,

• Bilimsel değerlendirme neticesinde desteklenmeyen proje başvurularının değerlendirme raporları ve itiraz başvurularına ilişkin detaylı bilgiler,

   

başvuru sahiplerinin ARBİS’te yer alan e-posta adreslerine ilerleyen günlerde gönderilecektir.

Universities, science centers of public or local administrations, municipalities, and other public bodies may apply for getting support in the organization of science festivals in their premises, region, or city.

2024 Çağrısı kapsamında sunulan Bilim Seninle Şenlenecek sloganı sevildiği ve kullanılabilir olduğu için 4007 Program Çağrısı olarak kullanılmaya devam edilecektir.

1. Çağrı Amacı

Çağrı ile bilim kültürü ve iletişiminin toplumda yaygınlaştırılması, katılımcılara bilimsel bilginin ulaştırılması ve bilim-teknoloji-toplum arasındaki etkileşimin etkinlikler yoluyla kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.

2. Çağrı Kapsamı

Çağrı metninde belirtilen çağrı alanlarında hazırlanan, katılımcılarda bilime ve bilim insanına yönelik olumlu bakış açısı kazandıran, aynı zamanda katılımcıların bilimsel düşünme becerilerinin gelişmesine katkı sağlayan etkileşimli uygulamalar çağrı kapsamını oluşturmaktadır. Programın hedef kitlesi; toplumun her kesiminden farklı yaş ve eğitim düzeyinde vatandaşlardır.

3. Şenlik Türleri

Bilim şenlikleri/festivalleri, çağrı metninde yer alan Tablo 1’de belirtilen çağrı alanları kapsamında Bilim Festivali ve Bilim Şenliği olmak üzere iki ayrı kategoride düzenlenir. Çağrı metni Tablo 3'te belirtilen destek limitleri ile etkinlik, paydaş, sponsor kurum/kuruluşlar ve planlanan katılımcı sayıları dikkate alınarak Bilim Şenliği veya Bilim Festivali başvurusu yapılmasına karar verilmelidir. Proje önerisi, hedef kitlenin yaş grupları ve eğitim seviyeleri dikkate alınarak Bilim Festivali için en az 60, Bilim Şenliği için ise en az 25 farklı etkinlikten oluşacak şekilde planlanır.
