İlgili destek programının mevzuatında yer alması halinde, kuruluşun desteklenen projesinde dönemsel destek tutarı olarak hak etmiş olduğu alacağı üçüncü kişi veya kurum/kuruluşlara olan borçlarının tasfiyesi amacıyla kuruluşun talebi olması halinde temlik edilebilir. Temliknamenin aşağıda belirtilen örneğe ve biçime uygun olarak noter onaylı düzenlenmesi zorunludur.

HAKEM-İZLEYİCİ ÜCRETLERİ

TEYDEB tarafından yürütülen destek programlarının başvuru ve izleme süreçlerinde görev alan hakem ve izleyicilere TÜBİTAK tarafından belirlenen ücretler ödenmektedir.

Two periods are defined in the calendar year. The first period covers the date ranges from 1 January to 30 June, and the second period from 1 July to 31 December. The work done in the project, the progress of the project according to the projected target and the project expenses of the Supplier Organization are submitted to TUBITAK with the Term Reports. The Term Report is submitted by the end of the second month following the end of the period. If the project has completed periods as of the contract date, the reports for the said periods are submitted to TUBITAK at the latest by the end of the second month following the contract date.

After the end of the project support period, a process can be run for a maximum of 60 months in order to monitor the commercialization of the project outputs and the duration can be changed by TÜBİTAK. This process is a process in which the success of commercialization will be followed in the long term and has been defined as three periods. The first commercialization period means the end of the first year after the project support end date, the second commercialization period means the end of the third year after the project support end date, the third commercialization period means the end of the fifth year after the project support end date.

Takvim yılı içerisinde iki dönem tanımlanmıştır. Birinci dönem 1 Ocak –30 Haziran, ikinci dönem 1 Temmuz –31 Aralık tarih aralıklarını kapsar. Projede yapılan çalışmalar, projenin öngörülen hedefe göre ilerleme durumu ve Tedarikçi Kuruluşun proje giderleri, Dönem Raporları ile TÜBİTAK’a sunulur. Dönem Raporu, dönemin bitişini takip eden ikinci ayın sonuna kadar sunulur. Projenin sözleşme tarihi itibariyle tamamlanmış dönemleri var ise,  söz konusu dönemlere ait raporları en geç, sözleşme tarihini takip eden ikinci ayın sonuna kadar TÜBİTAK’a sunulur.

Proje destek süresi bittikten sonra proje çıktılarının ticarileşme durumunun takibi amacıyla en fazla 60 ay olacak ve süresi TÜBİTAK tarafından değiştirilebilecek şekilde bir süreç işletilebilecektir. Bu süreç Ticarileşme başarısının uzun vadeli takip edileceği bir süreç olup üç dönem şeklinde tanımlanmıştır. Birinci ticarileşme dönemi proje destek bitiş tarihinden sonraki birinci yılın sonunu, ikinci ticarileşme dönemi proje destek bitiş tarihinden sonraki üçüncü yılın sonunu, üçüncü ticarileşme dönemi proje destek bitiş tarihinden sonraki beşinci yılın sonunu ifade eder.

This call announcement is made within the framework of the Innovation Support Program Implementation Principles Directive. For matters not specified in the call, the provisions of the Innovation Support Program Implementation Principles Directive and other relevant TUBITAK legislation shall apply.

Bu çağrı duyurusu,  Yenilik Destek Programı Uygulama Esasları Yönergesi çerçevesinde yapılmaktadır. Çağrıda belirtilmeyen hususlar için Yenilik Destek Programı Uygulama Esasları Yönergesi ve ilgili diğer TÜBİTAK mevzuatı hükümleri geçerli olacaktır.

The Feasibility Report, Cooperation Agreement and Commitments can be accessed through the TÜBİTAK TEYDEB Project Evaluation and Monitoring System. 

Fizibilite Raporu, İşbirliği Sözleşmesi ve Taahhütnamelere TÜBİTAK TEYDEB Proje Değerlendirme ve İzleme Sistemi üzerinden erişim sağlanabilmektedir.

The program aims the transfer and commercialization of patented technologies which are developed by higher education councils, research infrastructures, public enterprises, public research centers and institutes and early stage technology companies, as a result of scientific R&D and innovation activities to the capital companies located in Turkey by licensing or assignment methods.

Total budget of the Project is maximum 4 M₺ (Four Million Turkish Liras).

Maximum project duration is 60 months. Minimum project duration is 24 months.

For the patents subject to the license or assignment, it can be applied for the Project with the certificate of registration or it can be applied with the search report if not registered yet. Search report is not necessary for the application if it is not received yet. License or assignment fees of the patents that submitted with the search reports will be supported after the patent is registered during support period. Patents subject to the project should have at least a 10-years protection time period.
