TÜBİTAK Bilim İnsanı Destek Programları Başkanlığı (BİDEB) tarafından yürütülen “2209-B Üniversite Öğrencileri Sanayiye Yönelik Araştırma Projeleri Desteği Programı” 2024/1 dönemi kapsamında yapılan başvuruların bilimsel değerlendirme sonuçları açıklandı.

İlgili proje önerilerinin, ulusal bilim ve teknoloji stratejileri ile uyumluluk, etik ilkeler, benzerlik kontrolü, ilgili belgelerin tamamlanması vb. süreçlerin ardından proje başlatma süreci aktif hale getirilecektir.

Başvuru durumu ile ilgili sonuçlar, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) üzerinden kullanıcı girişi yapılarak “Başvuru Durumu” alanından görülebilir.

E-BİDEB sistemimizde başvuru durumu “Başvurusu Reddedildi” olarak görülen öğrencilerimizin proje önerilerine ait değerlendirme raporları en geç 1 ay içerisinde gönderilecektir.

2209-B Üniversite Öğrencileri Sanayiye Yönelik Araştırma Projeleri Desteği Programı 2023 yılı 2. döneminde destek alan projeler için sonuç raporu yükleme ve projeden feragat etme son tarihleri 22.06.2025'e kadar 3 ay süre ile uzatılmıştır.

Projenin gerçekleştirileceği özel sektör kuruluşunun, 5746 sayılı Araştırma, Geliştirme ve Tasarım Faaliyetlerinin Desteklenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında Ar-Ge veya tasarım merkezi belgesi almış Ar-Ge birimlerine sahip Türkiye’de yerleşik sermaye şirketleri veya 4691 sayılı Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgeleri Kanunu kapsamındaki teknoparklar bünyesinde yerleşik sermaye şirketleri veya 4562 sayılı Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri Kanunu kapsamında faaliyet gösteren sanayi kuruluşları olması gerekmektedir.

2209-B Programı sonuç raporu yükleme son tarihi 2022 yılı 2. dönem için 20.10.2024'e (1 ay) kadar, 2023 yılı 1.dönem için ise 29.12.2024'e (3 ay) kadar  uzatılmıştır.

The first call of 2024 for 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program has been opened for applications. Applications can be submitted through tybs.tubitak.gov.tr until 01 November 2024 at 17.30

The private sector organization where the 2209-B project will be carried out must be capital companies established in Turkey with R&D units that have received an R&D or design center certificate within the scope of the law with the number of 5746 on Supporting Research, Development and Design Activities or capital companies established within techno-parks within the scope of the Technology Development Zones operating according to the law with the number of 4691, or industrial establishments operating within the scope of the Organized Industrial Zones Law operating according to the law with the number of 4562.

• Önlisans/Lisans öğrencilerinin hazırladıkları, sanayinin bir sorununu çözmeyi hedefleyen ve/veya sanayide uygulama potansiyeli olan ürün/yöntem/süreç iyileştirme ve/veya geliştirmeye yönelik araştırma konusuna sahip lisans projelerinin gerektirdiği makine/teçhizat, sarf malzemesi, kırtasiye giderleri, seyahat, hizmet alımı vb. giderler için destek sağlanır. Kongre/konferans katılım, yayın ve patent, konaklama veya gündelik (yeme-içme) masraflar 2209 proje desteği bütçesine dahil edilemez.

• Projede akademik danışman ve sanayi danışmanı aynı kişi olamaz.

Support is provided for the expenses of machinery/equipment, consumables, travel and service procurement required by the research projects prepared by undergraduate students Congress/conference participation, publication and patent, accommodation or daily (food and beverage) expenses cannot be included in the 2209-B programme support budget.

Başvurular internet üzerinden https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr adresine yapılır. Başvuru sahibinin sistem üzerinden başvurusuna dair son onayı sonrası, proje başvuru bilgileri ve ekleri salt okunur şekilde, akademik danışmanın sistemden çekilen e-posta adresine “danışman onayına” gönderilir. Akademik danışman bu aşamada başvuru sahibinin sisteme girdiği bilgilerin doğru olduğunu, danışmanlığı kabul ettiğini, başvuru yapılan projenin değerlendirileceği bilimsel ve teknolojik alanın doğru olduğunu, bölüm olanaklarının yeterli olduğunu ve programın yükümlülüklerine uyacaklarını yine sistem üzerinden taahhüt eder.

• Akademik danışmanın bu aşamada projeyi sistem üzerinden onaylaması halinde, başvuru başarılı bir şekilde tamamlanır.

• Akademik danışmanın bu aşamada projeyi sistem üzerinden onaylamayıp öğrenciye geri göndermesi halinde sistem öğrencinin düzenleme yapıp, tekrar akademik danışmana onaya göndermesine imkan verir. Başvuru sahibi ve akademik danışmanın onayı olmadan başvuru tamamlanamaz.

• Bu süreçlerin takibi proje yürütücüsünün sorumluluğundadır.

Son başvuru tarihine kadar başvuru sahibi ve akademik danışman tarafından onaylanmayan başvurular değerlendirmeye alınmaz. BİDEB'e posta ile gönderilen belgeler işleme alınmayacak ve imha edilecektir.

Applications are made as online at TYBS. After the applicant's final approval of his application through the system, project application information and attachments are sent in read-only form to the academic consultant's e-mail address retrieved from the system for "consultant approval". At this stage, the academic consultant undertakes through the system that the information entered by the applicant into the system is correct, that he/she accepts the consultancy, that the scientific and technological field in which the applied project will be evaluated is correct, that the department's facilities are sufficient, and that they will comply with the obligations of the programme.

Araştırma projeleri en çok 12 aylık süre ile desteklenir.  Destek alanlar destek kararının TÜBİTAK web sayfasında ilan edilmesini takip eden en çok bir yıl içinde projesini tamamlamak zorundadır.

Maksimum destek tutarı 12.000 TL'dir.

Online başvuruda girişi yapılacak IBAN numarası mutlaka proje yürütücüsü öğrenciye ait olmalıdır.

Öğrenci ve danışmanlara harcırah ya da yevmiye ödemesi yapılmamaktadır.

Konaklama harcamaları destek kapsamına dahil edilemez.

Research projects are supported for a maximum period of 12 months. Support recipients must complete their project within one year at most following the announcement of the support decision on the TUBİTAK website.

As of 01.01.2024, the maximum support amount is 12000 TL. There will be no additional budget application for those who were entitled to support in previous periods, including the 2023/1 period.

The IBAN number to be entered in the online application must belong to the student project manager.

1.000 TL per project for academic and industry consultants will be paid after the completion of the project. A consultant can receive consultant fee for a maximum of two projects per the relevant application period.

Accommodation expenses cannot be included in the support.

1. Başvuru sahibinin ön lisans veya lisans öğrenimi* görüyor olması,

2. Projenin akademik** ve sanayi danışmanları rehberliğinde yapılıyor olması,

3. Aynı dönemde birden fazla başvuruda ve/veya önceki dönemlerde desteği devam eden bir 2209-A ya da 2209-B projesinde yer alınmamış olunması,

4. Daha önce aynı proje için TÜBİTAK’tan destek alınmamış olması,

gerekmektedir.

* Açıköğretim ve hazırlık sınıfı öğrencileri başvuru yapamazlar.
** Akademik danışmanın güncel YÖK kaydının olması zorunludur.

Programa, öğrenciler bireysel veya takım halinde başvuru yapabilirler. Takım halinde başvuru yapılması durumunda öğrencilerden biri Proje Yürütücüsü olarak TÜBİTAK’a karşı sorumludur. Bir projede proje yürütücüsü dışında en fazla 4 proje ortağı yer alabilir.

Application Conditions

• The applicant must be studying for an undergraduate degree*,

• The project is carried out under the guidance of an academic** and industry consultant

• Not being involved in more than one application in the same period and/or in a 2209-A or 2209-B project whose support continues in previous periods,

• No support must have been received from TUBITAK before for the same project.

• Students can apply to the programme individually or as a team. In case of application as a team, one of the students is responsible to TUBİTAK as the Project Manager. A maximum of 3 project partners other than the project manager can take part in a Project team.

* Open education and preparatory class students cannot apply.

** Research assistants and lecturers can also be academic consultants.

• Industry approval letter prepared in the format determined by TUBİTAK, obtained from the private sector organization with which the project will be carried out

• Başvurular https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr adresi üzerinden çevrimiçi olarak yapılır. Elektronik başvuru sistemine yüklenen dosyaların açıldığının ve doğruluğunun başvuru sahibi tarafından kontrol edilmesi gerekmektedir. Son başvuru günü mesai bitiminde (17.30) sistem başvuruya kapatılır. Çevrimiçi başvuru haricinde, BİDEB’e e-posta/posta ile veya başvuruların kapanmasından sonra gönderilen belgeler değerlendirmeye alınmaz ve imha edilir.

   

Applications are made online at TYBS. The applicant must check that the files uploaded to the electronic application system have been opened and are correct. The system will be closed for applications at the end of the working day (17.30) on the application deadline. Except for online application, documents sent to BIDEB by e-mail/mail or after the applications are closed will not be evaluated and will be destroyed.

Retraction of the application can be done at any stage of application process. Retraction can be made by removing approval through the system during the application period. After the application period is over, a signed petition stating the application year and period must be sent to BIDEB address for retraction during the evaluation phase. After the petition reaches BIDEB, the update process is carried out.
