The monitoring experts, assigned to monitor and to evaluate the project, review the monitoring report submitted by the firm and guide within the framework of the project proposal also support details/documents. They visit the company on site and submit the report to our Agency in accordance with the guide in the electronic environment on PRODIS.

DUYURU (10 Kasım 2021) : Tüm dünyada etkili olan COVID-19 pandemisi nedeni ile yaşanan problemler sonucunda yurt dışına çıkamayan ve çalışmalarını gerçekleştiremeyenlerin hak kaybına uğramaması için 2214-A Yurt Dışı Doktora Sırası Araştırma Burs Programı kapsamında 2020 yılı 1. dönem ve 2020 yılı 2. dönem bursiyerlerinin burs başlatma son tarihlerinin 5 Kasım 2022’ye ertelenmesi kararlaştırılmıştır.
Buna göre 2018 yılı 2. dönem ve 2019 yılı 1. dönem bursiyerlerinin burs başlatma son tarihleri 3 Şubat 2022’dir.

DUYURU (08 Kasım 2021) : Burs başlatma belgelerinden Yüklenme ve Müteselsil Kefalet Senedi Belgesi güncellenmiştir. Güncel belge için ekteki dosyayı inceleyiniz.
08 Kasım 2021 tarihinden önce düzenlenmiş kefalet senedi belgeleri kabul edilecek olup, bu tarihten itibaren yeni kefalet senedi belgesinin düzenlenmesi gerekmektedir.

Ayrıca başvuru sahipleri, başvuru durumları ile ilgili sonucu, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sisteminden (ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) kullanıcı girişi yaparak “Başvurularım” alanından görebilirler.
2021 yılı başvurularına dair bilgiler aşağıdaki gibidir:

Başvuruda bulunan 121 araştırmacıdan 113’ü bilimsel değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Toplamda 31 araştırmacı/proje desteklenmiştir. Başvuru sahiplerinin %25,6’sı, bilimsel değerlendirmeye alınan adayların %27,4’ü desteklenmiştir.

Desteklenecek araştırmacının, destek kararının bildirilmesinden itibaren en kısa süre içerisinde aşağıdaki belgeleri BİDEB’e göndermesi gerekmektedir:

• Başvuru sırasında sistem tarafından otomatik olarak oluşturulan “Onaylı Başvuru Belgesi”nin ıslak imzalı hali
• 1 adet proje önerisi (başvuru sahibi tarafından her sayfası paraflanmış olarak)
• Başvuru sahibinin kamu araştırma merkezlerinde (Bakanlık ve diğer devlet kurumlarına bağlı araştırma enstitüleri ve merkezleri) çalışıyor olması halinde; ilgili kamu araştırma merkezinin bağlı olduğu kamu kuruluşunun en üst yetkilisinden alınacak onay yazısı,
• Proje başlatılmadan önce etik kurul onayı, yasal/özel izin belgesi gerektirip gerektirmediği hususunun bir kez daha değerlendirilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Söz konusu onayların gerekliliği durumunda ilgili merciilere başvurularak temin edilecek belgelerin aslı veya aslı gibidir onaylı hali

Misyon

TÜBİTAK Temel Bilimler Araştırma Enstitüsü’nün misyonu dünyadaki temel bilim alanlarında yaşanan gelişmeler ışığında ve ülkemizin stratejik hedefleri göz önünde bulundurularak tanımlanmıştır:

TÜBİTAK Temel Bilimler Araştırma Enstitüsü’nün vizyonu aşağıdaki ilkelere dayanmaktadır:

Başkanlığımız bünyesinde yürütülen 2202 Bilim Olimpiyatları Programı kapsamında 32. Bilim Olimpiyatları Birinci Aşama sınavına 2024 yılında 9 dalda 14188 öğrenci başvurdu. 18 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde düzenlenen Birinci Aşama Sınavı sonucunda 515 öğrenci Yaz Okulu ve 2. Aşama Sınavına katılmaya hak kazandı.

14-20 Aralık 2024 tarihlerinde Ankara’da düzenlenen İkinci Aşama Sınavına 515 öğrenci katıldı. Sınav sonucunda yapılan değerlendirmelere göre 225 öğrenci madalya almaya hak kazanırken toplam 247 öğrenci Kış Okulu ve Takım Seçme Sınavına davet edildi.

Madalya kazanan öğrenciler, üniversite sınavında ek katsayı, lisans bursiyeri olma, mentorluk desteği ve para ödülü hakları kazandı.

Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) ölçeğindeki kuruluşların Ar-Ge nitelikli yenilik faaliyetleri yapmaya özendirilmesi ve Ar-Ge kapasitelerinin geliştirilmesi ile gereksinim duyulan teknoloji alanlarında yerlileşmenin artmasını hedefleyen 1501 Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı 2024-2 Çağrısının sonuçları açıklandı.

Desteklenmesine karar verilen projeler ile ret kararı verilen projelerin listelerine aşağıdaki bağlantılardan ulaşabilirsiniz.

Projeleri destek kapsamına alınan kuruluşlarımızı tebrik eder, ret kararı verilen kuruluşlarımıza ise başvurularını revize ederek, 1501 2025-1 Çağrısına başvuruda bulunabileceklerini hatırlatmak isteriz.

Projelerin değerlendirme süreçlerinde görev alan Kurul üyelerimize ve hakemlerimize değerli katkılarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Firmalar proje önerileri ile ilgili son durumu eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresi üzerinden proje bilgileri sayfasından erişim sağlayabilirler.

Kabul edilen projeler için destek kapsamı ve sözleşmeler KEP adreslerine gönderilecektir. Kuruluşlar, gönderilen bilgi notuna göre sözleşmeleri imzalayarak 1 nüsha TÜBİTAK'a iletmelidirler. Reddedilen projeler için gerekçeli ret kararı ise kuruluşların PRODİS sisteminde kayıtlı KEP adreslerine gönderilecektir.

Çağrı Bütçesi:

Desteklenecek projelerde Türk tarafına, Proje Teşvik İkramiyesi (PTİ) ve Kurum Hissesi hariç olmak üzere en fazla 3.000.000 TL maddi katkı sağlanacaktır.

Proje Süresi Üst Sınırı:

Çağrı kapsamında sunulacak projelerin süresi en fazla 24 ay olabilir. 

Başvuru Tarihleri

Çağrı açılış tarihi 04 Ağustos 2025, son başvuru tarihi ise 04 Kasım 2025 olarak belirlenmiştir.

ÖNEMLİ UYARI: Sistemde yaşanabilecek yoğunluklar düşünülerek başvuruların son gün ve son saate bırakılmaması önerilmektedir. Başvuru tarih ve saatinden sonra sistem tekrar açılmayacaktır.

Yurt içinde* ve yurt dışında gerçekleştirilen bilimsel yarışma ve ilgili etkinliklere katılmak isteyen öğrencilere, mezunlara ve öğrenci ve/veya mezunlardan oluşan takımlara destek sağlanır. Destek almaya hak kazanan kişi ya da takımların desteklerden faydalanma süresi en fazla 12 (on iki) ay ile sınırlıdır. Değerlendirme sonucuna göre destek kapsamı ve miktarı TÜBİTAK tarafından belirlenir. 

4001-A Ulusal Yarışma/Etkinlik Katılım Desteği kapsamında verilebilecek destek kalemleri:

• Yarışma/Etkinlik başvuru/kayıt ücreti desteği
• Yarışmaya/Etkinliğe katılım için geliştirilen projeye ilişkin olmak şartıyla demirbaş ve sarf malzeme desteği

Desteğin Başlatılma Yöntemi

Burs almaya hak kazanan başvuru sahipleri BİDEB Proje Takip Sistemi (PTS) üzerinden burs başlatma talebinde bulunması gerekmektedir. Talep burs başlama tarihinden en az bir (1) ay önce gönderilmelidir. Talep oluşturulduktan sonra “TÜBİTAK ile araştırmanın yürütüleceği kurum/kuruluş imzalanacak destek sözleşmesi” BİDEB tarafından hazırlanarak başvuru sahibine e-posta ile iletilir.

Desteğin Başlatılması İçin İstenen Belgeler

• Aday bir kuruluşta çalışıyorsa, araştırma süresince adayın ücretli veya ücretsiz izinli olacağını belirten, çalıştığı kurum/kuruluşun en üst yetkilisinden alınmış izin belgesi,

• Başvuru aşamasında mezuniyet beyan formu ibraz edilmesi durumunda mezun belgesi,

• Gerekli ise etik kurul izin belgesi.

Burs başlatma talebinin onaylanabilmesi ve sözleşmenin hazırlanması için, bilgilendirme belgesindeki 4 ve 5 numaralı maddelerde yer alan bilgi/belgelerin talebe mutlaka eklenmesi gerekmektedir.

Two periods are defined in the calendar year. The first period covers the date ranges from 1 January to 30 June, and the second period from 1 July to 31 December. The work done in the project, the progress of the project according to the projected target and the project expenses are submitted to TUBITAK with the Term Reports. The Term Report is submitted by the end of the second month following the end of the period. If the project has completed periods as of the contract date, the reports for the said periods are submitted to TUBITAK at the latest by the end of the second month following the contract date.

After the end of the project support period, a process can be run for a maximum of 60 months in order to monitor the commercialization of the project outputs and the duration can be changed by TÜBİTAK. This process is a process in which the success of commercialization will be followed in the long term and has been defined as three periods. The first commercialization period means the end of the first year after the project support end date, the second commercialization period means the end of the third year after the project support end date, the third commercialization period means the end of the fifth year after the project support end date.

The call titled “Capacity Development of Specialized Women's Shelters” is now open. The call, in which the Republic Of Türkiye, Ministry of Family And Social Services is the client institution, aims to specialize and develop the capacities of women's shelters, which provide services to protect women who are subjected to physical, emotional, sexual, economic and verbal abuse or violence, to provide psycho-social support, to strengthen them and to meet the needs of women and their children, if any, during this period, by adopting a risk and need-based approach within the scope of the TÜBİTAK Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Program (1007 Programme).

• Declarations of Acceptance and Commitment pages,
• Institutional R&D Capability Self-Assessment Form (Private sector organizations must submit the Institutional R&D Capability Self-Assessment Form in every project application, when public R&D units and R&D centers in universities apply to the 1007 Program for the first time.),
• TÜBİTAK Presidency Approval Letter (In case there is an executive/researcher/consultant from TUBITAK Centers/Institutes in the project team),
• Other requested documents specific to the call.

While applying for the project, the most up-to-date versions of the aforementioned forms/documents must be downloaded from the electronic application system.

Second Stage Documentation

Documents to be submitted with wet signature in the second stage:

• Declarations of Acceptance and Commitment pages,
• Relevant documents Containing Project Team's Signatures,
• Workload Commitment Document,
• Other requested documents specific to the call.

Not all electronic application printouts should be submitted. If a document other than the specified documents is submitted, it will not be considered in the evaluation.

The deadline for online applications of project proposals to be submitted in the second term of 2025 has been determined as 15/09/2025, and the deadline for completing the e-signature process of the said projects has been determined as 18/09/2025.

1001 - The Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Programme carried out by the Directorate for Research Funding Programmes (ARDEB) Applications for the 2nd Term of 2024, can now be submitted via https://ardeb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr as of 9 August 2024.

The upper limits of scholarships that can be paid from the project budget to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and postdoctoral researchers taking part on projects supported within the scope of the 1001 Program have been updated as of 1 July 2024. The current scholarship amounts have been published on the web page.

The deadline for online applications of the project proposals to be submitted in the 2nd term of 2024 is 23 September 2024, and the deadline for completing the e-signature process of these projects is 26 September 2024. It is important to ensure that project proposal approvals and the e-signature process are completed within the specified time frames

With the aim of contributing to the development of human capital, which is one of the main components of the National Technology Initiative, the 2nd term calls for our program, established to encourage high school students, as well as students and recent graduates* with post-secondary education level, to produce projects, improve their projects through feedback, and participate in national and international scientific competitions and related events related to the projects they develop, have been opened.

Within the scope of the Program, for which Turkish Airlines is the transportation sponsor, support will be provided for participation in competitions and events held in Turkey through the “4001-A National Competition/Event Participation Support” call, and for participation in competitions and events held abroad through the “4001-B International Competition/Event Participation Support” call.

Within the scope of the 2nd term calls, applications can be made via http://bilimtoplum-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr until 31 December 2024 (17:30).
