Burs süresi, 12 ayı aşmamak koşuluyla, adaya TÜBİTAK tarafından tahsis edildiği bildirilen süre kadardır. Aylık burs miktarı Avrupa ülkeleri için en fazla 2.350 Avro, Birleşik Krallık için en fazla 2.050 GBP ve Diğer ülkeler için en fazla 2.600 Amerikan doları kadardır. Ödemeler aylık olarak yurt içinde veya yurt dışında bulunan banka hesaplarına yapılabilir.

Uçak bileti desteği aşağıdaki alternatifler dahilinde talep edilmesi halinde TÜBİTAK tarafından sağlanacaktır;

• Bursiyerin kendisi, eşi ve yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 18 yaşını doldurmamış 1 çocuğu için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş-dönüş uçak bileti

• Bursiyerin kendisi ve yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 18 yaşını doldurmamış 2 çocuğu için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş-dönüş uçak bileti,

• Bursiyerin kendisi, yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 12 yaşını doldurmamış olan 1 çocuğu ve yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle en az 1 aylık sigortalı bakıcısı için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş dönüş uçak bileti,

• Bursiyerin kendisi, yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 12 yaşını doldurmamış olan 1 çocuğu ve bursiyerin kendisinin veya eşinin annesi/ babası/kardeşi için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş dönüş uçak bileti.

Mevcut Çağrılar: 

• Eurostars-3 Programı Ulusal Çağrı Duyurusu (1709-EUREKA-EUROSTARS 2026/1)

Çağrı kapsamında, en az bir Türk ve Eurostars üye ülkesinden bir ortağın katılımıyla, pazara yönelik, yenilikçi ürün, süreç ve hizmet geliştirilmesi amacı taşıyan uluslararası Ar-Ge projeleri desteklenecektir. 2021-2027 yılları arasında yürütülecek Eurostars-3 kapsamında, yenilikçi KOBİ'lerin Ar-Ge, yenilik kapasitelerini ve üretkenliklerini artırmalarına destek verilerek, onların küresel değer zincirlerine ve yeni pazarlara erişmelerine yardımcı olmaları amaçlanmaktadır.

Çağrı kapsamında sunulan projelerde, sermaye şirketleri önderliğinde yükseköğretim kurumları, kamu araştırma merkez ve enstitüleri, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri, 6550 sayılı kanun kapsamındaki araştırma altyapılarının da ortak olarak yer alabilecektir.

Eurostars-3 Programı Ulusal Çağrı bütçesi 4.000.000 Avrodur. İlgili çağrıya başvuru yapacak projeler için (Türk proje ortakların) proje bütçesi 600.000 Avroyu geçemez. Türk kurum/kuruluşlarının yapacağı ortaklı proje başvurularında ise proje bütçesi en fazla 850.000 Avrodur. Sermaye şirketi dışındaki kurumların bütçesi toplam proje bütçesinin en fazla %50’si kadar olabilir ve projedeki toplam bütçesi 300.000 Avroyu geçemez.

Proje süresi en fazla 36 ay olabilir.

Milli Teknoloji Kulüpler Birliği (MTKB); üniversitelerde faaliyet gösteren, TÜBİTAK Bilim ve Toplum Başkanlığı'nın
belirlediği yetkinlik ölçütlerini sağlayan, teknoloji ve teknoloji girişimciliği alanında faaliyet gösteren kulüplerinin
oluşturduğu bir iş birliği ve koordinasyon platformudur.
TÜBİTAK Bilim ve Toplum Başkanlığı bünyesinde faaliyet gösterecek olan bu platform, kulüplerin teknoloji ve
yenilik ekosisteminde daha etkin yer almasını sağlamak amacıyla oluşturulmuştur.

Çağrının amacı;

• Teknoloji ve teknoloji girişimciliği alanında faaliyet gösteren öğrenci kulüplerini desteklemek ve öğrenci
  kulüpleri arasında sürdürülebilir bir iş birliği ağı oluşturmak,

• Öğrencilerin bilimsel düşünme, yenilikçi projeler üretme ve girişimcilik yetkinliklerini geliştirmelerini
  sağlamak,

• Kulüplerin, profesyonel mentorlar, alanında uzman konuşmacılarla buluşmasına katkı sunmak,

• Kulüplerin bir araya gelerek ortak projeler yürütmelerini, bilgi paylaşımını ve kapasite gelişimini teşvik
  etmek,

• Etkinlik ve proje desteği ile öğrenci kulüplerinin, Türkiye’nin Milli Teknoloji Hamlesine katkı sağlamasını
  teşvik etmektir.

  Çağrı kapsamında iki aşamalı başvuru yapılır. Birinci aşama Milli Teknoloji Kulüpler Birliği Platformu Üyelik Başvurusu, ikinci aşama Kulüp
  Geliştirme Destek başvurularını kapsar. 

Burs süresi, 12 ayı aşmamak koşuluyla, TÜBİTAK tarafından onaylanan süre kadardır. Aylık burs miktarı Avrupa ülkeleri için en fazla 1.700 Avro, Birleşik Krallık için 1.500 Sterlin ve diğer ülkeler için en fazla 1.900 Amerikan doları kadardır. Burs ödemeleri aylık olarak bursiyere ait yurt içinde veya yurt dışındaki bir banka hesabına yapılır.

4. Bursiyerin kendisi, yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibarıyla 12 yaşını doldurmamış olan 1 çocuğu ve bursiyerin kendisinin veya eşinin annesi/ babası/kardeşi için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş dönüş uçak bileti.

• Başvuru onaylandıktan sonra sistem tarafından oluşturulan yükümlülüklere uyulacağına ilişkin belge, başvuru sahibi ve proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından imzalanıp BİDEB tarafından talep edilmesi halinde sunulmak üzere proje yürütücüsü (2218 Yurt İçi Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programında proje danışmanı) tarafından muhafaza edilir.

• Performans göstergeleri için verilen puanların doğruluğundan başvuru sahibi ve proje yürütücüsü (2218 programı için proje danışmanı) birlikte sorumludur.

• Bursiyer, program mevzuatına uymak, başvuru safhasından itibaren gerçek dışı ve yanıltıcı bilgi vermemek ve bursiyer olarak desteklendiği projedeki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmekle sorumludur. Başvuru sırasında yanıltıcı veya gerçeğe aykırı bilgi verenler, hukuken sorumlu olacaklardır.

• Bursiyerin yükümlülüklerinden herhangi birini ihlal etmesi halinde GYK’nın değerlendirmesine göre bursiyerliği iptal edilebilir. Bu durumda kendisine yapılan tüm ödemeler, yükümlülükler çerçevesinde yasal faiziyle birlikte geri alınır.

• Burs/destek programından yararlanan kişiler, TÜBİTAK Araştırma ve Yayın Etiği Kurulu Yönetmeliği’nde belirtilen hükümler ve diğer evrensel etik kurallara uymak zorundadır.

• TÜBİTAK BİDEB tarafından bildirimler genellikle elektronik yolla yapılmaktadır. Bu nedenle tebligata elverişli bir elektronik adres verilmesi ve bilgilerin güncel tutulması gerekir.

Joint research projects on following thematic areas will be supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program and Cooperation Protocol between TÜBİTAK and the Agricultural Academy of Bulgaria (AA).

- Horticulture

- Field crops

- Sustainable Agriculture (including Animal Husbandry)

Scientists in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint research project must agree as project partners with the Bulgarian scientists with whom they will carry out the project. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

TÜBİTAK Merkez ve Enstitülerinde yürütülen projeler ile TÜBİTAK tarafından desteklenen araştırma projelerinde veya Yükseköğretim Kurulu’nun araştırma üniversitelerine yönelik başlattığı Araştırma Üniversiteleri Destek Programı (ADEP) tarafından desteklenen araştırma projelerine bursiyer olarak dahil edeceğiniz lisans öğrencisi (STAR Lisans) ve öğretmenlerin (STAR Öğretmen) Ar-Ge kültürü kazanmaları, araştırma ekosistemine ilk adımı atmaları ve araştırma yapmaya teşvik edilmeleri amacıyla hazırlanan 2247-C Stajyer Araştırmacı Burs Programı (STAR) yeniden çağrıya açılıyor. 

2024 yılı çağrısına çıkılacak STAR programı kapsamında proje yürütücüleri projelerinde görev almak üzere aşağıdaki kategorilerde talepte bulunabileceklerdir.

Since 2007, TÜBİTAK Science and Society Directorate have been supporting projects that aim to carry out scientific activities for different segments of society, from preschool children to undergraduate students and teachers.

The 2025 call for 4004 Education in Nature and Science Camps/Schools Support Program for Science and Society Support Programs, which aim to promote the development of science culture and communication within society, has been published.

Several significant updates and improvements have been made for the 2025 call period. The key changes include: 

• Updates have been made to the scope of the 4004 Program.

• The thematic call areas in the 4004 Program have been revised in line with the 12th Development Plan and the 2030 Industry and Technology Strategy, taking into account critical technology areas and priority R&D and innovation topics.

• The maximum support limit, PTI amount, and project team fees have been increased.

• The percentage allocated for the machinery and equipment expenses has been updated.

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme and under the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation and its implementation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS), joint research projects to be carried out between researchers in Türkiye and Slovakia will be supported.

The 6th International Joint Transnational Call (JTC6) launched by the ERA4Health Partnership has been announced under the theme "Understanding the Interactions Between Cardiovascular Diseases and Comorbidities and/or Their Therapeutic Treatments (InterHeart)." This call aims to support research that conducts an in-depth examination of the interactions between cardiovascular diseases and other organs and systems. The ERA4Health Partnership aims to promote international and multidisciplinary collaborations to comprehensively investigate the interactions between cardiovascular diseases and other organs and systems. The aim is to facilitate research teams in better understanding these interactions and developing new therapeutic approaches and solutions. 

The aim of the call is to support research that:

• build our understanding of molecular and cellular mechanisms governing interactions between the cardiovascular system and the other organs/systems when at least one of the two presents a pathological state,

• build a comprehensive approach to understanding cardiovascular disease interactions, combining basic research, clinical translation, and digital innovation through international collaboration,

• enable transnational collaboration of multidisciplinary scientists from different countries to work together across borders, taking advantage of complementary expertise and leveraging diverse patient populations and sets of data.

In addition to submitting project applications to the call secretariat, it is mandatory for researchers from Türkiye participating in the projects to also submit a national project application to TÜBİTAK. Project proposals submitted from Türkiye under this call will be supported through TÜBİTAK's 1071 Support Programme for Increasing Capacity to Benefit from International Research Funds and Participation in International R&D Cooperation. Failure to comply with the application rules may result in the application being returned without evaluation. Therefore, it is essential to thoroughly review the national application rules before submission.

Organised for the first time in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), TEKNOFEST TRNC 2025 brought together thousands of young people passionate about technology and science for four days. TÜBİTAK attracted great interest especially from children and young people with its main stand, thematic tents, workshops and exhibitions at the festival.

Scientific Workshops and Innovative Experiences

TÜBİTAK brought science and technology together with visitors of all ages with the participation of BİLGEM, MAM, RUTE, SAGE, UME and UZAY institutes under the coordination of the Science and Society Directorate. Participants were offered an interactive experience with fun design workshops such as periscope, phenakistoscope, balance bird, kaleidoscope as well as applied activities such as virtual reality.

Social Innovation Competitions and International Participation

Organised as part of the festival, the TÜBİTAK Social Innovation Competition Tent hosted 86 finalist teams from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, TRNC, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Participants presented their projects aiming to provide social benefits to the jury members and visitors.

‘Beyond the Horizon’ Space Exhibition attracted great interest

The ‘Beyond the Horizon’ Space Exhibition, organised by TÜBİTAK Science and Society Directorate, introduced Türkiye's manned space missions and domestic space projects. An interactive experience was offered to the participants with astronaut modules, experimental setups and mission simulations. The content on Türkiye's first astronaut Alper Gezeravcı and Tuva Cihangir Atasever, who performed a suborbital flight, was among the most popular sections of the exhibition.

In addition, Alper Gezeravcı and Tuva Cihangir Atasever came together with science lovers at the signing ceremonies. 

Emphasised Message to Youth from President Erdoğan

Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who came to the area on the third day of the festival, said, ‘We will continue to be here for many centuries with TEKNOFEST youth, our works rising all over Northern Cyprus, and our strategic projects.’ Mr. Erdoğan said, ‘I would like to thank each and every one of our young people who filled this area to the brim, who blew a magnificent technology wind in Cyprus with their love. I am proud of you’.

Reminding that the 11th TEKNOFEST was organised in TRNC this year, President Erdoğan stated that 15 thousand 750 teams and 47 thousand 865 competitors from 22 countries applied and 268 teams and 1083 competitors from 6 countries were finalists. He congratulated the young people who ranked in the competitions.

Mr. Erdoğan stated that there was a great effort behind each work exhibited from drone championship to flying car simulation competition, from social innovation to tourism technologies, from robotics to software and said, ‘This is not just a festival; it is a strong step taken by a nation, two states, one heart to the common future’.

Awards found their owners

President Erdoğan also gave the first prizes to the winners of the competitions organised within the scope of TEKNOFEST TRNC.

The second prizes were also awarded on the last day of the festival. The awards of the winners of the Social Innovation Competition were presented by TRNC President Mr Ersin Tatar, Vice President Mr Cevdet Yılmaz, Minister of Industry and Technology Mr Mehmet Fatih Kacır, TEKNOFEST Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr Selçuk Bayraktar, President of Defence Industry Mr Haluk Görgün and President of TÜBİTAK Prof. Dr. Orhan Aydın. 

Vice President of the Republic Mr Cevdet Yılmaz and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of KADEM Ms Sümeyye Erdoğan Bayraktar also visited the Social Innovation competition stands.

High Level Visit to TÜBİTAK

During the festival, TÜBİTAK's stand was visited by high-level protocol members such as TRNC President Mr Ersin Tatar, Minister of Industry and Technology Mr Mehmet Fatih Kacır and TEKNOFEST Chairman Mr Selçuk Bayraktar.

Prof. Dr. Orhan Aydın, President of TÜBİTAK, made one-to-one contact with young people in TÜBİTAK main tent and thematic tents, and also visited university stands.

TEKNOFEST TRNC was held at the old Ercan Airport under the auspices of the Presidency of the TRNC and under the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Technology Team Foundation of Türkiye (T3 Foundation), with the participation of 132 institutions, including public institutions, technology companies, universities and media organisations.

Activities under the second phase of the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP), implemented by TÜBİTAK in collaboration with UNIDO, will continue in 2025. Key national stakeholders of the programme include the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

In the second phase of the project, in addition to transforming cleantech solutions into innovative ventures through the accelerator and competition, the programme aims to support cleantech entrepreneurs in preparing for national and global markets through components such as technology validation and investment readiness.

Applications for the GCIP Türkiye 2025 Accelerator will be accepted until the 5 June 2025.  The application deadline is 23:59 (UTC +3) on 5 June 2025.

Awards by TÜBİTAK in scope of the GCIP Türkiye 2025 Accelerator

At the end of the GCIP Türkiye 2025 Accelerator, winning teams will be awarded by TÜBİTAK. Awards that will be presented by TÜBİTAK, are below:

• First Prize: 600.000 TRY
• Second Prize: 450.000 TRY
• Third Prize: 300.000 TRY

Additionally, the top 10 finalist teams of GCIP Türkiye 2025 Accelerator will benefit from extra scoring advantages within TÜBİTAK TEYDEB funding programmes.

Dedicated Support for Women Entrepreneurs from the Ministry of Family and Social Services within GCIP Türkiye 2025

The GCIP Türkiye 2025 Accelerator Programme aims to enhance the success of women entrepreneurs in cleantech through tailored accelerator activities.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the following categories of support will be provided to women entrepreneurs:

• Support for Pioneering Woman Entrepreneur in Social Impact: 275.000 TRY
• Most Innovative Woman Entrepreneur Support: 275.000 TRY
• Best Progressing Woman Entrepreneur Support: 275.000 TRY
• Young Woman Entrepreneur Support: 275.000 TRY

To further support the commercialization, investment readiness, and internationalization of products developed by women entrepreneurs in the cleantech domain, a "Cleantech Investment Readiness and Internationalization Module for Women Entrepreneurs" will be carried out.

Among the teams selected for the GCIP Accelerators, those with at least one female founder or a female senior executive will be eligible for this module.

Within the scope of the module, experts will assess the investment readiness of participating ventures through a multidimensional evaluation. Specialized mentors will be assigned based on specific needs, and the module will include masterclasses and investor meetings.

Call for the Inclusive Green Transition 2025 Accelerator under the Project "Supporting the Inclusion of Migrants in Türkiye’s Transition to a Green Economy"

Alongside with the GCIP Türkiye 2025 Accelerator Call, the “Inclusive Green Transition 2025 Accelerator Call” will also be launched within the scope of the project “Supporting the Inclusion of Migrants in Türkiye’s Transition to a Green Economy”, jointly implemented by TÜBİTAK and UNIDO and funded by the Multi-Partner Trust Fund (MPTF). This new accelerator was inspired by the GCIP Türkiye model and will accept applications during the same application period.

The Inclusive Green Transition Accelerator Call is open to technology-based innovative solutions that contribute to the creation of environmentally friendly, sustainable, and climate-neutral societies.

Applications for the Inclusive Green Transition 2025 Accelerator will be accepted until the 5 June 2025.  The application deadline is 23:59 (UTC +3) on 5 June 2025.

Teams selected through the evaluation panels under both GCIP Türkiye 2025 and the Inclusive Green Transition Accelerator Calls will have the opportunity to enhance their innovative cleantech business ideas through training and mentorship offered during the GCIP Türkiye 2025 National Academy in July 2025.

Between July and November 2025, selected teams will participate in online training sessions delivered by The Network for Global Innovation (NGIN), GCIP’s global partner responsible for accelerator content. Teams will also work on deliverables throughout the training, guided by general and thematic mentors assigned to each team.

Turkish principal investigator (PI) willing to apply to TUBITAK 2501 Joint Research Program needs to find a US research partner either with an ongoing NSF research grant or planning to apply to a new NSF research grant program. One-sided applications will be rejected. For the Turkish side to be funded by TUBITAK, each proposal should be reviewed and found eligible for funding separately by each national institution.

Turkish researchers need to apply to TUBITAK 2501 Joint Research Program while the US researchers need to find a suitable funding program among any of the NSF grants open for application.  Consequently, the NSF grant program and its deadline vary depending on the thematic field and the NSF division conducting the grant program.

With this support model, it is aimed for customer organizations that need artificial intelligence solutions to produce solutions by forming consortiums with at least one company as a technology provider, at least one university research laboratory/centre or public research centre/institute experienced in this field, and the TÜBİTAK Artificial Intelligence Institute.

The scope of support for the accepted projects will be sent to the organizations' KEP addresses, and the contracts, with wet signatures, will be sent to the mailing addresses of the customer organizations by courier. For rejected projects, reasoned rejection decisions will be sent to the KEP addresses of the organizations.

Applications for the 2025 1st Term of the 1001 - The Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Programme, carried out by the Directorate for Research Funding Programmes (ARDEB), can now be submitted through https://ardeb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr as of 10 February 2025.

Revisions have been made on the application and evaluation forms of the programme. For applications to be evaluated, the updated application form and its attachments on the programme web page must be filled out and uploaded to the ARDEB Project Application System. Project proposals submitted with outdated application forms will not be evaluated and will be returned.

The deadline for online applications of project proposals to be submitted in the first term of 2025 has been determined as 27 March 2025, and the deadline for completing the e-signature process of the said projects has been determined as 03 April 2025.

The results of the TÜBİTAK Science Olympiad First Stage Exam, held on 17 May 2025, in 81 provincial centers and the KKTC, with 19,447 students and teachers applying, have been announced.

A total of 18,463 students applied for the exam in 9 disciplines, and based on the evaluations, 509 students have qualified to participate in the summer school and the Second Stage Exam.

Additionally, 984 teachers applied in the 9 disciplines, and 156 teachers have qualified to receive training from the TÜBİTAK Olympiad Academy.

The summer school program and teacher’s training program will be announced on the website at a later date.

The call titled “Development of New Lines/Varieties and Rootstocks Compatible with Climate Change, Resistant/Tolerant to Abiotic and Biotic Stress Conditions in Vegetable, Maize, and Sunflower Seeds,” in which the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is the client institution, within the scope of the TÜBİTAK Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Programme (1007 Programme), with the aim of developing new competitive, qualified lines/varieties and rootstocks that are tolerant/resistant to abiotic and biotic stress conditions caused by global climate change, ensuring the supply of efficient and high-quality products in vegetable, maize, and sunflower seeds, has had its first stage application deadline extended to 22 November 2024.

The deadline for submitting and approving project proposals in the online application system has been set as 22 November 2024, at 23:59 (UTC+3).

Within the scope of the 2025 call of the "2209-A Research Project Support Programme for Undergraduate Students," conducted by the TÜBİTAK Science Fellowships and Grant Programme Directorate (BİDEB), the scientific evaluation process of the submitted applications has been completed. The projects to be supported will be finalised following the completion of the conditional acceptance stage.

Results regarding application status can be viewed via the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System logging in and checking the "Application Status” section.

Evaluation forms for project proposals whose application status appears as "Application Rejected" in the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System will be sent starting from 18 May 2026.

Savunma sanayi alanında gerçekleştirdiği başarılı projelerle Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri’nin (TSK) vurucu gücünü artıran TÜBİTAK, savaş uçaklarında kullanılan bombaları akıllı hale getiren Hassas Güdüm Kiti’ni (HGK) geliştirdi. Dünyada sadece 4 ülkenin üretebildiği HGK’lar ile uçaklar hedefi 25 kilometre uzaklıktan noktasal olarak vurabiliyor.

Uçaktan atılan bombalara güdüm yeteneği kazandıran HGK’lar TÜBİTAK mühendislerinin 5 yıllık çalışması sonucu geliştirildi. Ar-Ge’si tamamlanan HGK’lar güdümsüz bombaların üzerine giydirilecek şekilde tasarlandı. Akıllı hale getirilen bombalar, koordinatları belirlenen hedefi uydu ve özel algılayıcıları yardımıyla 6 metre gibi düşük bir sapma değeri ile yok ediyor. Böylece ortadan kaldırılması istenen hedef dışındaki yerlere zarar verilmeden harekat yapılabiliyor.

Savaş uçakları normal bombaları 5-6 kilometre uzaklıktan atarken, HGK’larda bu uzaklık 25 kilometreye çıkıyor. Üzerindeki ilave kanatçıkları ve özel yüzeyi ile akıllı bombalar havada süzülerek yol alıyor. Uçak tehlikeli bölgeye girmeden görevini güvenli bir şekilde tamamlıyor.

Nasıl Önceliklendiriliyor?

TÜBİTAK’a iletilen proje önerileri, TÜBİTAK Öncelikli Ar-Ge ve Yenilik konularında yer alan öncelikli konulardan en az birine hizmet ediyorsa ve projelerin öncelikli konunun teknolojik hazırlık seviyesi aralığında çalışmaları yürütmesi planlanıyorsa; destek programlarının değerlendirme aşamasında önceliklendirilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi kapsamında, belirlenen öncelikli teknolojiler ve uygulamalar “Teknoloji Odaklı Sanayi Hamlesi” çağrıları ile yer almakta ve desteklenmektedir.

Öncelikli Ar-Ge ve yenilik konuları, tüm destek ve burs programlarında, ekosistemin yönelimine ışık tutmaktadır.

Birinci Aşama Değerlendirmesi (Ön İnceleme)

Çevrimiçi olarak alınan başvurular, ilk olarak Bölge Koordinatörlükleri tarafından incelenir, eksik ve/veya hatalı belge ile yapılan başvurular yarışmadan elenir.

İkinci Aşama Değerlendirmesi

Birinci aşamayı geçen projeler, alanında uzman bilim insanları tarafından değerlendirilir ve başarılı bulunan projeler, Bölge Koordinatörlükleri tarafından final yarışmasına davet edilir.

Final Yarışması

Final yarışmasında projeler, akademisyenlerden oluşan jüri tarafından mülakat yoluyla değerlendirilir. Mülakat sırasında proje sahibi öğrencilerin sunum yapmaları beklenir. Başarılı bulunan projelere Birincilik, İkincilik, Üçüncülük ve Teşvik ödülleri verilir. Derece alan öğrencilere para ödülü ve başarı belgesi, danışmanlara para ödülü verilir. Final yarışmasına davet edilen öğrencilerin yol giderleri belirlenen rayiç bedeller üzerinden karşılanır, konaklama ve yemek hizmetleri ise TÜBİTAK tarafından belirlenen tesislerde sağlanır.

Final yarışmasına davet edilen öğrencilerin aşağıdaki hususlara dikkat etmesi gerekmektedir:

İki veya üç öğrencinin yer aldığı projelerin final yarışmasına davet edilmeleri durumunda, yarışma ve sunumda tüm öğrencilerin bulunması zorunludur. Zorunlu durumlarda katılım sağlanamaması halinde öğrencilerin projede bulunan diğer başvuru sahiplerine muvafakatname vermeleri gerekir, aksi halde proje yarışmadan elenir.

Ticari bir değeri olduğu düşünülen projeler için yarışmadan önce TÜBİTAK’ın patent desteklerinin incelenmesi ve www.turkpatent.gov.tr adresinden patent başvurusunda bulunulması önerilir.

Proje başvurularının değerlendirmesi, akademisyenler tarafından objektif olarak yapılır. Jüri kararı kesindir ve değerlendirme sonucuna yargı yolu dışında itiraz kabul edilmez.

TÜBİTAK Temel Bilimler Araştırma Enstitüsü (TBAE), temel bilimin çeşitli dallarında ve disiplinler arası alanlarda oldukça geniş bir yelpazede nitelikli bilgi üretmek, uluslararası düzeyde bilimsel etkinlikler gerçekleştirmek ve Türkiye’ye bilimsel rekabet gücü kazandırmak yönündeki çabalarını arttırmaya yönelik önemli adımlar atmaya devam ediyor. Bu doğrultuda, 25-29 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında, "Radyokimya ve Medikal Radyoizotoplar" konulu uluslararası bir yaz okulu düzenlenecektir.

Bu yaz okulu, tıbbi ve endüstriyel uygulamalara yönelik radyoizotop üretimi ve yönetim teknolojilerinin çeşitli yönlerini kapsamaktadır. Katılımcılara hem teorik altyapı hem de uygulamalı teknikler sunulacaktır. Yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında çeşitli üniversitelerde çalışan konularında uzman eğitmenler tarafından verilecek olan derslerde nükleer kimya, analitik yöntemler, kalite kontrol süreçleri ile preklinik ve klinik uygulamalara değinilecektir. Radyofarmasötik laboratuvar oturumlarında ise radyofarmasötiklerin üretim ve uygulama tekniklerine, tanısal yöntemlere ve teranostik yaklaşımlara odaklanılacaktır.
