The Turkish national team, representing our country at the 30th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad, has made us proud by returning home with multiple medals.
At the Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO) held in Struga, North Macedonia, from 15-20 June 2026, with the participation of 133 outstanding students from 23 countries, students trained under the TÜBİTAK 2202 Science Olympiads Program returned home with 1 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

Bileşen 3: SAYEM Yeşil Dönüşüm Desteği
Özel sektör, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle yenilik platformları oluşturularak, ülkemizin yeşil büyümesine katkı sağlayacak katma değeri yüksek ürün veya ürün grubu geliştirilmesi için bir teknoloji ekosistemi olan Sanayiye Yönelik Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Ağları (SAYEM) desteklenecektir.
Türkiye'de sanayinin sürdürülebilir ve verimli yeşil dönüşümüne katkıda bulunan Ar-Ge, prototip geliştirme, standart geliştirme ile yeni ürün veya süreç geliştirme faaliyetlerine odaklanılacaktır.
Özel sektör öncülüğünde, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle ihtisaslaşmış Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Platformlarının kurulması, bu platformlar aracılığıyla Ürünleştirme Yol Haritalarının oluşturulması ve bu çerçevede yeşil dönüşüme yönelik ürün veya ürün gruplarına yönelik Ar-Ge ve yenilik faaliyetlerini içeren Ürünleştirme Programları desteklenecektir.
Hedeflenen ürün veya ürün grubunun THS 5 ve üzeri teknolojiler kullanılarak son kullanıcılar ile işbirliği içerisinde THS 9’a ulaştırılması ve başarılı bir şekilde ticarileştirilmesi beklenmektedir.
Platformların, Ar-Ge projesi yönetimi tecrübesine sahip büyük veya orta ölçekli bir yürütücü kuruluş tarafından yönetilmesi beklenmektedir. Ek olarak, platformda aşağıdaki kurum/kuruluş tiplerinden en az birer ortak bulunması gerekmektedir.

İlgili destek kapsamında destek süresi en fazla 36 ay; destek bütçesi platform başına en fazla 300.000.000 TL olarak uygulanacaktır.
Platform kapsamında proje bütçesi üst limiti KOBİ’ler için 15 Milyon TL, büyük ölçekli firmalar için 60 Milyon TL ve araştırma kurumları için 10 Milyon TL’dir.
Platform bünyesinde yer alan sermaye şirketlerine faizsiz geri ödemeli finansman sağlanacaktır. Destek oranı sırasıyla büyük şirketler için %70, KOBİ’ler için %80, deprem bölgesindeki KOBI’ler için ise %90’dır.
Bahse konu finansmanın, büyük şirketler için %50’si; KOBİ’ler için %40’ı geri ödenmek üzere firmalardan talep edilecektir. Bu oranlar proje sonunda çağrıda belirtilen başarı kriterlerinin karşılanması durumunda büyük şirketler için %30’a; KOBİ’ler için %20’ye düşecektir. Kullanılacak desteğin geri ödemesi proje bittikten 1 yıl sonra başlayacaktır.
Ayrıca destek kapsamında araştırma kurumlarına %100 hibe destek sağlanacaktır.

This year, 24 of our students with 14 projects participated in the International Regeneron ISEF Science and Engineering Competition representing our country. The 3 of our students who are owners of 3 projects won the grand awards given by the ISEF organization and special awards given by various organizations. Two of our projects that successfully represented our country won both the special award and the ISEF grand award.
Of the 24 students who represented our country with 14 projects in the 75th International Regeneron ISEF Science and Engineering Competition held in Columbus, USA between May 10-16, 2025; 3 of our students, the owners of 3 projects, won the grand prizes and special prizes given by the ISEF organization. Two of our students won both the special award and the ISEF grand award.

In addition, our institution has been participating in the competition as an ISEF Special Award Organization since 2023, and as a result of the evaluations made this year, 5 projects selected in the fields of “Cellular and Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Astronomy and Systems Software” were awarded the TÜBİTAK Special Award. The International Regeneron ISEF Science and Engineering Fair is the world's largest science competition organized by the Society for Science & the Public, in collaboration with many other corporate and academic sponsors, at the high school level in various cities in the United States. 1,657 students with 1,304 projects from 62 countries participated in the competition, which was held for the 75th time this year in Columbus, USA.
In the international call on Lightweighting Technologies opened within the scope of Eureka Network projects, products, processes or services that can be put on the market through international R&D projects involving organizations from at least two EUREKA member countries (provided that at least one is an EU member or a Horizon European Associated country) is intended to be revealed.
As part of the Eureka Network Projects, a significant support initiative within Eureka, the "Lightweighting Technologies" call is set to commence on 29 May 2024 with 14 countries. Aligned with Eureka's goals, it aims to provide support for projects demonstrating high potential for commercialization, focusing on the development of market-oriented products, processes, and services.
Lightweighting technology is the key enabling technology to reduce weight, save materials and increase recycling while the functionality remains or is improved. Smart lightweight design, bio-based raw materials, reuse, remanufacturing and recycled material streams are crucial parameters. Digital solutions for calculation models, production processes and the like are key tools for driving the success of lightweight innovation. Lightweighting technology provides environmental-friendly solutions, while at the same time adding commercial value across all industries.
Companies with capital companies, higher education institutions, public research centres and institutes, training and research hospitals, and research infrastructures covered by Law No. 6550 are eligible to apply for the call code 1719-Eureka Lightweighting Technologies. Applications from relevant institutions are considered in collaboration with at least one capital company.
The budget of the international call on Lightweighting Technologies is 2,500,000 Euros. For projects that will apply to the relevant call (Turkish project partners), the project budget cannot exceed 500,000 Euros. The budget of institutions other than capital companies can be up to 50% of the total project budget.
The maximum project duration is 36 months.

Collaborative international R&D, innovation and technology development projects can help society prepare for, respond to and recover from different kinds of disasters. R&D and innovation products and solutions can save life, prevent or limit environmental catastrophes and help society prepare for a future where climate change is expected to increase the frequency and scale of many kinds of disasters.
Call-Specific Requirements:
Projects should target at least one catastrophe category and have a clear disaster-related application.
Projects should seek to produce a product, method, or service for commercialization, and project results (such as launch) should be implemented within 24 months after project completion.
Projects may create entirely new innovations or adapt, modify, and reuse existing technologies that are already in use or planned for various application areas. Although the beginning point for technology readiness varies each project, it is assumed that no project will begin with a technology readiness level (TRL) less than 4.

Representing Türkiye at the 15th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad, our national team has returned home with remarkable achievements, bringing great pride to our country.
Held in Bordeaux, France, 9-15 April 2026, the 15th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) brought together 260 students from 67 countries. This prestigious international competition aims to support and encourage talented young women in the field of mathematics. Representing our country, our students won two Gold Medals and two Silver Medals.
Under the 2202 Science Olympiads Program carried out by TÜBİTAK, our young female scientists, who were trained to represent our country at the international level, achieved the following outstanding results; Defne Hergül and Bengisu Demirbaş: gold medal, Ilgın Şekerli and Elif Kiraz: silver medals.

The Biotechnology Innovation Competition, organized under the technical leadership of TÜBİTAK MAM (Marmara Research Center) and the overall coordination of the Directorate for Science and Society (BİTO), aims to encourage studies in innovation and high technology, raise awareness in different fields of biotechnology, and support innovative ideas to be developed in this field. Biotechnology refers to the use of biological systems to develop new products, methods, and organisms aimed at improving human, animal, agricultural, and environmental well-being. Organized in 2026 in three different categories, namely the High School Category, University-Level Idea Category, and University-Level Project Category, the Biotechnology Innovation Competition expects the core components of the data, products, and processes developed within its scope to be based on biological systems.
The Biotechnology Innovation Competition is open to high school, associate, undergraduate, and graduate students aged 14–30 studying in Türkiye or abroad. Teams that have successfully passed the Project Preliminary Evaluation Report stage are now eligible to submit their Detailed Project Reports. Teams that successfully complete the Detailed Project Report stage will be invited to the competition finals to present their projects to the jury.

The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP), supported by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Global Environment Facility, supports next-generation clean technology innovators who will provide sustainable solutions for combating climate change, ensuring a just energy transition, and achieving low-carbon sustainable development.
The SME Support Program for 1707 Order Based R&D Projects with GCIP Partners aims to transform solution proposals, designed to meet the needs of Customer Organizations, into R&D activities by SMEs accepted into the GCIP Turkey Accelerator program, and to achieve commercializable outputs. Through co-financing, TÜBİTAK, the Customer Organization, and UNIDO will enable SMEs to carry out demand-driven R&D activities in this important process.
SMEs are delivering innovative products and processes with ready customers. The program provides a basis for sharing financial risks among industrial organizations and for reaching agreements on intellectual property rights. It also allows organizations with relatively more project management experience to transfer their know-how to SMEs.

The 2026 results of the 2204-A High School Students Research Projects Competition, which aims to encourage research in basic, social, and applied sciences and to contribute to scientific development through innovative projects, have been announced.
During the 2026 call period of the 2204-A High School Students Research Projects Competition carried out under the of our Presidency, a total of 29,739 project applications were received with the participation of 52,045 students, thereby reaching a record level of applications.
The applied projects were evaluated by academicians working at various universities in our country during the preliminary evaluation phase of the competition and as a result of this evaluation, a total of 2,592 students, the owners of 1,200 projects, were entitled to exhibit their projects in the regional competition.

Held in Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina from April 25 to 30, 2025, the 42nd Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) brought together 143 students from 23 countries. This prestigious international competition aims to support and encourage talented young mathematicians in the field of mathematics. Representing our country, our students won three Gold Medal and three Bronze Medals.

A Proud Achievement at One of the World's Most Prestigious Chemistry Olympiads: The International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad
Türkiye has once again made its mark on the global scientific stage. At the 59th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad (IMChO)—recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious and challenging chemistry competitions—all members of the Turkish National Team earned medals, making the nation proud.
Held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, from May 5 to 13, 2025, the Olympiad brought together 192 outstanding students from 39 countries. Trained under TÜBİTAK's 2202 Science Olympiads Program, our students returned home with 2 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals.

The 8th European Junior Olympiad in Informatics was held this year in Chisinau, Moldova on 16-22 August 2024 with the participation of 98 students from 26 countries.
Our young scientists, who have been trained to represent our country in the international arena within the scope of 2202 Science Olympiads conducted under TÜBİTAK, proudly fly our flag with their success in all competitions they participate in. In this context, our national team won 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals at the 8th European Junior Olympiad in Informatics, in which 4 of our students participated. Yunus Emre ARTAL won Gold medal, Mustafa Selim ÖZEKİNCİ won Silver medal, Efe GÜNGÖR and Teoman Ata KORKMAZ won Bronze medals.
We congratulate our national team students, the pride of our country, who successfully waved our flag by winning the gold medal for the first time in the Olympiads in which we have participated since 2019.
We extend our gratitude to all the students who participated in the Olympiad, their families, teachers, and all the academicians involved in the training, especially our Committee Chairs.
The international call on Lightweighting Technologies launched under the Eureka Network projects aims to develop marketable products, processes, or services through international R&D projects involving at least two Eureka member countries (with at least one being an EU member or an Associated Horizon Europe country).

The Applied Quantum Technologies Call, which was open from 1 February 2024 to 9 May 2024, under the Eureka Network Projects, has been successfully completed with the participation of 16 countries, including Türkiye.
In parallel with this international call, a national call with the code 1719-Eureka Quantum Technologies was opened. A total of 5 project proposals were received from partnerships consisting of capital companies, higher education institutions, public research centers and institutes, training and research hospitals, and research infrastructures within the scope of Law No. 6550.
As a result of evaluations made with national and international funding organizations, it has been decided to support 3 projects.
We congratulate the organizations whose projects have been supported and remind those whose proposals were rejected that they can revise their applications in collaboration with their international partners and reapply for the call, which is planned to be opened in a similar time frame in 2025.

In this context, our national team won 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze medals at the 65th International Mathematical Olympiad organized with the participation of 6 students. Barış KOYUNCU and Mehmet Can BAŞTEMİR won gold medals, Hakan GÖKDOĞAN and Mehmet Burak GÖNÜL won Silver medals and İrem Gülce YAZGAN and Selim DOĞAN won Bronze medals.
Additionally, İrem Gülce YAZGAN was awarded the Mirzakhani Award for being one of the top five female students from different continents who achieved the highest scores in the Olympiad.

Endeks kapsamında en girişimci ve yenilikçi 50 üniversite, "bilimsel ve teknolojik araştırma yetkinliği", "fikri mülkiyet havuzu", "işbirliği ve etkileşim" ile "ekonomik ve toplumsal katkı" boyutları altında 23 göstergeye göre sıralanarak kamu oyu ile paylaşılmaktadır.

EUREKA Nedir?
EUREKA, Avrupa ülkelerindeki sanayi ve araştırma kuruluşlarının dünya pazarlarındaki rekabet gücünü artıracak ileri teknolojilerin, ürünlerin ve hizmetlerin araştırılması ve geliştirilmesini, ülkeler arasında ortak projeler oluşturulmasını ve yürütülmesini teşvik etmek için kurulan bir uluslararası işbirliği platformudur.
EUREKA, 1985 yılında Türkiye’nin de içinde bulunduğu 18 Avrupa ülkesi ve AB Komisyonu tarafından kurulmuştur. Zaman içerisinde EUREKA ağının etkisinin ve işlevselliğinin artmasıyla EUREKA programına üye ülkelerin sayısı, Avrupa dışından ülkelerin de bu ağa katılabilmeleriyle birlikte Kanada, Güney Kore, Güney Afrika, Singapur ve Brezilya gibi ülkelerin katılımlarıyla artarak 48’e yükselmiştir.
EUREKA Araçları Nelerdir?
EUREKA bünyesinde farklı ihtiyaçlara karşılık verecek şekilde çeşitli araçlar bulunmaktadır.
Bu araçlardan herhangi bir tanesi aracılığıyla yapılan proje başvuruları desteklenmeye değer görülmesi halinde ulusal fonlar tarafından desteklenmektedir. Ulusal kurallarla uluslararası işbirliği imkanı tanıyan platformun en önemli özelliklerinden bir tanesi konu güdümü olmayan (bottom-up) çağrılar açmasıdır.
Yalnızca Eurostars Programı kapsamında Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından başarı ile tamamlanan projeler için ülkelere proje bütçesinin %25’ine kadar geri ödeme yapılmaktadır.
Sanayi–Sanayi Ar-Ge ve İnovasyon Uluslararası İşbirlikleri için EUREKA Programı kapsamında yürütülen araçlara ülkemiz sanayi kuruluşlarının katılımı mümkün olabilmektedir. EUREKA ağı ile uluslararası işbirlikleri oluşturulurken, projeler ulusal kaynaklarla desteklenmektedir. TÜBİTAK, EUREKA Network ve küme araçlarına yapılan başvuruların süreçlerini TEYDEB 1509 – Uluslararası Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı doğrultusunda yürütmektedir. Eurostars projeleri ise 1709 Destek Programı kapsamında desteklenmektedir. EUREKA projelerine katılan büyük ölçekli firmaların projelerine %60 oranında, KOBİ’lere ise %75 oranında hibe destek sağlanmaktadır.
EUREKA'nın destek mekanizmalarından biri olan EUREKA Network Projeleri, pazara yakın yenilikçi Ar-Ge projelerinin ulusal kaynaklarla desteklendiği bir uluslararası işbirliği aracıdır. Bu program kapsamında, ülkemizden en az bir kuruluşun, EUREKA üyesi 50’ye yakın ülkeden en az bir ortakla konsorsiyum oluşturarak başvuru yapması gerekmektedir. EUREKA Network Projeleri için herhangi bir konu sınırlaması bulunmamakta olup, geniş bir inovasyon yelpazesini kapsayacak şekilde çok çeşitli sektörlerde proje başvurusu yapılabilmektedir.
EUREKA Network Projeleri, farklı çağrı türleri üzerinden başvuruya açılabilmektedir:
Sürekli Açık Çağrılar (bottom-up open calls): Belirli bir kapanış tarihi bulunmaksızın, yıl boyunca başvuru yapılabilen çağrılardır. Herhangi bir tematik sınırlama olmaksızın, uygun ortaklarla yapılan işbirlikleri bu kapsamda desteklenebilir.
Tematik Çağrılar: Belirli bir konu veya sektöre (örneğin, uygulamalı kuantum teknolojileri, hafifletme, afetlerde dirençlilik vb.) odaklanmış sınırlı süreli çağrılardır.
Coğrafi Odaklı Çağrılar (region-focused calls): Belirli ülkeler arasında (örneğin, Türkiye–İspanya İkili Çağrısı, Batı Balkan Çağrısı vb.) işbirliğini teşvik etmek amacıyla açılan, genellikle sınırlı süreli olan çağrılardır.
EUREKA Network Projeleri başvuruları, her ülkenin ulusal fonlama kurumu tarafından kendi değerlendirme süreçlerine göre değerlendirilmekte ve bütün taraflarca desteklenmesine karar verilen projeler ulusal fonlarla desteklenmektedir.

EUREKA'nın destek mekanizmalarından biri olan Eurostars, Avrupa Komisyonu ve Eurostars üye ülkelerinin Avrupa’daki KOBİ’lerin rekabetçiliğinin arttırılması için yürüttükleri KOBİ’lere özel, hızlı ve etkin bir destek programıdır. Eurostars kapsamında herhangi bir teknoloji alanı ve sektör ayrımı yapmaksızın Ar-Ge odaklı faaliyetler yürüten KOBİ’lerin ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerin uluslararası Ar-Ge projeleri desteklenmektedir. Proje başvurular her sene 2 çağrı kesim tarihinde www.eurostars-eureka.eu aracılığı ile doğrudan EUREKA Sekretaryasına yapılmaktadır.
Yenilikçi KOBİ’ler ana ortak (proje koordinatörü) olarak Eurostars projesi başlatabilirler. Ulusal kurallara uygun olarak projelere büyük işletme, üniversite ve araştırma kurumları da dahil edilebilmektedir. 2021-2027 yılları arasında yürütülmesi planlanan Eurostars-3 Programı kapsamında, Kurumumuz TEYDEB 1709 kodlu Yenilik ve Destek Programı kapsamında ülkemizde yerleşik sermaye şirketleri, yükseköğretim kurumları, kamu araştırma merkez ve enstitüleri, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri ve 6550 sayılı kanun kapsamındaki araştırma altyapılarını destekleyebilmektedir. Eurostars projeleri aşağıdaki nitelikleri sağlamalıdır:
Avrupa’nın öncü firmaları tarafından uzun dönemli ve stratejik öneme sahip, Avrupa’nın rekabetçiliğine katkı sağlayacak teknolojilerin geliştirilebilmesi için sunulacak projeleri desteklemek üzere oluşturulan girişimlerdir. Hem KOBİ’lerin hem de büyük ölçekli firmaların ihtiyaçlarını göz önünde tutan EUREKA Kümeleri, endüstriyel yenilik ve ekonomik büyüme için birer hızlandırıcı işlevi görmektedir.
EUREKA Kümeleri kendi teknoloji alanları çerçevesinde yenilikçi, sanayi girişimiyle oluşturulmuş, pazara yakın projeleri desteklemek üzere faaliyet yürütmektedir. Yönetim mekanizmalarında sanayi kuruluşlarının önemli rolü olması sayesinde EUREKA Kümeleri bilimsel çalışmaların pazara ulaşabilmesi için önemli birer araçlardır. Bu yapıları sayesinde EUREKA Kümeleri, Avrupa çapındaki rekabetçi projelerin ulusal fonlarla buluşmasına aracılık etmektedir.
2021 yılı itibari ile EUREKA Kümeleri yeniden tasarlanmış yapısı ile faaliyet göstermeye başlamıştır. Kamu otoriteleri ve endüstrinin öncelikli alanlarını konsolide şekilde dikkate alarak oluşturulan çok yıllı plan (MAP) ve yıllık uygulama planına (AOP) dayanarak açılan çağrılar ile ülkelerden gelecek fon taahhüdünün artması hedeflenmiştir. 2022 yılı itibari ile aktif olan 5 küme (ITEA, Celtic-Next, Xecs, Smart, Eurogia ) bulunmaktadır.
Küme projelerinde bir veya iki aşaması başvuru süreci işletilmektedir. Birinci ve ikinci aşamada gerçekleştirilen uluslararası değerlendirme sonrasında etiket (label) almaya hak kazanan projeler ulusal başvuru yapmaya davet edilmektedir. Etiket alınmış olması projenin fon alacağı anlamına gelmemektedir. Türkiye, sadece label almayı başarmış olan proje önerilerini ulusal başvuruya (1509 Destek Programına başvuru) davet etmektedir.
Türkiye’nin EUREKA kümelerinde aktifliği sadece proje başvurularında değil aynı zamanda küme yönetimlerinde yer alan Türk firmaların fazlalığı ile de göze çarpmaktadır. ITEA- Kümesinin başkanlığı, Celtic-Next Kümesinin başkan yardımcılığı ve Eurogia kümesinin Genel Müdürlüğü Türk firmaların temsilcileri tarafından yürütülmektedir. Bununla birlikte küme yönetim kurullarında çok sayıda Türk firma görev almaktadır.
4.1. Innowwide
Yenilikçi KOBİ'ler için Avrupa Ortaklığı/Eurostars (The European Partnership on Innovative SMES / Innowwide), Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından finanse edilen, KOBİ’lerin hedef bölgelere özel uluslararası fizibilite projelerinin desteklendiği bir programdır. Innowwide kapsamında herhangi bir teknoloji alanı ve sektör ayrımı bulunmamaktadır.
Fizibilite proje önerilerinin sunulduğu Innowwide çağrılarında, proje başına 60.000 Avro hibe verilmektedir. Çağrılar, https://eurekanetwork.org/programmes/innowwide/ sayfasından duyurulmaktadır.
Proje önerileri için hedef bölge/ülke seçilmesi ve orada yerel bir paydaş ile ortaklık kurulması beklenmektedir. En fazla altı ay sürecek projelerde, KOBİ'lerin yenilikçi projeler veya çözümler için piyasa fizibilite çalışmaları yürütmesi ve seçilen hedef ülkede yerel uzmanlarla çalışması hedeflenmektedir.
Çağrı kapsamında başarılı bulunan fizibilite proje önerilerinin finansmanı Avrupa Birliği tarafından sağlanmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği tarafından sağlanacak finansman, Afrika, Amerika, Asya veya Pasifik'teki bir paydaş ile proje ortaklığı kuran Avrupa Birliği Üye Ülkeleri veya Türkiye, İzlanda, İsrail, Norveç veya Birleşik Krallık ülkelerindeki KOBİ'ler içindir. Çağrı kapsamında sağlanan finansmandan yalnızca Avrupa Birliği üye ülkeleri veya Ufuk Avrupa Asosiye ülkelerindeki KOBİ'ler yararlanabilse de, seçilen hedef ülkedeki ortaktan altyüklenici olarak hizmet alınabilmektedir. Altyüklenici ortaklar ile proje başvurusu öncesinde bir taahhüt imzalanması gerekmektedir.
Başvurular Avrupa Birliği Üye Ülkeleri veya Türkiye, İzlanda, İsrail, Norveç veya Birleşik Krallık ülkelerindeki KOBİ'ler tarafından SmartSimple platform (https://eureka.smartsimple.ie/) üzerinden yapılmaktadır.
Yenilikçi KOBİ'ler için Avrupa Ortaklığı/Innowwide çağrılarına başvurmadan önce mutlaka rehber dokümanları, başvuru formu örneğini ve diğer formları https://eurekanetwork.org/programmes/innowwide/ sayfasından inceleyebilirsiniz.
4.2. Globalstars
Globalstars, EUREKA üyesi olmayan üçüncü ülkeler ile işbirliği yapmak amacıyla proje önerilerini desteklemek için üye ülkelerin ilgilerine göre seçilen bir ülke ile bazen tematik odağı olan çağrılar açılmasını sağlayan bir araçtır. Üye ülkelerin ilgisini ölçmek üzere yapılan “Küresel İşbirliği Anketi”nin çıktılarına odaklanarak hedef ülkeler belirlenmektedir. Geçmişte Singapur ile açılan iki Globalstars çağrısı sonrasın ülkesine olan ilgiden memnun kalan Singapur EUREKA’ya asosiye üye olmak üzere başvurmuş ve bu üyelik başvuru kabul edilmiştir. Bu anlamda Globalstars aracı EUREKA’nın Stratejik Yol Haritası’nda yer alan küresel erişim hedefine katkı sağlayan bir araçtır.
4.3. Investment Readiness Programme (IRP)
The EUREKA Joint Investment Readiness Programme (JIRP) (2019-2021), 13 EUREKA ülkesi işbirliğiyle (Danimarka, Finlandiya, Fransa, Almanya, Litvanya, Hollanda, Norveç, Portekiz, Slovenya, İsveç, İsviçre, İspanya, Birleşik Krallık) oluşturulmuş ve Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından finanse edilen bir girişim olarak kurulmuştur.
Bu girişimin başarıya ulaştığı sonucuna dayanarak EUREKA, (artık kendi kimliğine sahip olan) Yatırıma Hazırlık Programı (IRP) tasarlamıştır.
Program, yenilikçi KOBİ'lerin ve start-up'ların yatırıma hazır olma durumlarını artırmayı ve büyümelerini desteklemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Program ile hedef ülkelerdeki KOBİ'lere/start-up’lara hızlandırma hizmetleri (finansman sağlanmıyor) verilmektedir.
