The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) continues to contribute to research and development efforts in line with Türkiye’s goal of becoming a leading country in science and technology. The 2026/1 call for 2205–Undergraduate Scholarship Program run by TÜBİTAK Science Fellowships and Grant Programmes Directorate (BİDEB), has been opened for applications. The program aims to encourage students who have successfully passed the university entrance exam to pursue undergraduate studies in basic sciences as well as social and humanities fields, and to support the undergraduate education of students who have achieved outstanding success in science olympiads and research project competitions. 

Applications will be accepted online through the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System until 17:30 (UTC+3) on 24 March 2026.

Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu (TÜBİTAK), Türkiye’nin bilim ve teknoloji alanında öncü ülke olma hedefi doğrultusunda yapılacak çalışmalara katkı sağlamayı sürdürüyor. Üniversite sınavında başarılı olan öğrencileri lisans eğitimlerinde temel bilimler ile sosyal ve beşeri bilimlere yönlendirmek ve bilim olimpiyatları ile araştırma projeleri yarışmalarında üstün başarı gösteren öğrencilerin lisans öğrenimlerini desteklemek amacıyla TÜBİTAK Bilim İnsanı Destek Programları Başkanlığı (BİDEB) tarafından yürütülen 2205–Lisans Burs Programı 2026 yılı 1. dönem çağrısı başvuruya açılmıştır.

Başvurular, 24 Mart 2026 saat 17:30’a kadar BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi üzerinden çevrim içi olarak alınacaktır.

Science Festivals Support Programme has been launched in 2015. This program aims to create awareness on basic scientific concepts and to promote the curiosity, research, questioning, and learning behavior in public, by science communication, exploitation of scientific knowledge to a large community, understanding of the interaction between science and technology via exhibitions, shows, performances, laboratory applications, science games, contests, and interviews. Universities, science centers of public or local administrations, municipalities, and other public bodies may apply for getting support in the organization of science festivals in their premises, region, or city.
