Pilot Implementation for The Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index
According to the decree “Developing Policy Tools to Trigger Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Universities [2011/104]” which was approved in the 23rd meeting of the Supreme Council of Science and Technology (SCST), a High Level Working Group for preparing The Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index has been established. In the second meeting of the High Level Working Group, a decision was made through developing a pilot implementation.
In this context, a pilot implementation developed and has been assessed first by a Technical Working Group and then by representatives from selected 16 universities for the pilot implementation, in a meeting that was held on May 28th, 2012 at TUBITAK-UZAY.
