2216 “Research Fellowship Program for International Researchers” applications for 2015 (first term) is opening.
Applications will be accepted beginning on March 16th. The application deadline is April 20th at 17.30 (Local time).

With the new regulations;
“A letter of acceptance/invitation signed by highest authority of hosting institution (for universities: rector or vice rector)” is not required to submit at the application stage. Instead, applicants who will be accepted should submit the letter of acceptance/invitation to start their fellowship.
