TÜBİTAK ile ABD Ulusal Bilim Vakfı (National Science Foundation-NSF) arasındaki işbirliği çerçevesinde Türk ve ABD'li bilim insanları arasında ortak projeler desteklenmektir. Bu kapsamda "2501 - Araştırma Projeleri- NSF ile İkili İşbirliği Destek Programı" ve "2501 - Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Projeleri - NSF ile İkili İşbirliği Destek Programı" başlıkları altında iki adet çağrı başvuruya açıktır.
TÜBİTAK-NSF işbirliği projelerinde Türk tarafına TÜBİTAK tarafından yurtdışı seyahat desteği ve araştırma desteği verilmektedir.
TÜBİTAK'a yapılacak proje başvurularının elektronik başvuru sistemi üzerinden yapılması gerekmektedir.
In the frame of the letters of intention signed in 1996 between the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TUBITAK) and the National Science Foundation (NSF); research projects conducted by Turkish and US researchers are funded.
Turkish project groups are funded by TUBITAK and the grant covers both research and international travel expenses.
The support program is always open for the application of Turkish researchers.
Each succesful Turkish project group is funded up to 3.000.000 TL.
Turkish research groups need to apply through TUBITAK Project Application System.
