When and how can I apply?
All applicants must register in the Researcher Information System (ARBIS), designed and developed by TÜBİTAK from the following link https://arbis.tubitak.gov.tr/home.jsf before submitting their application electronically via TÜBİTAK fellowship application portal, which can be reached at http://e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr/ within the dates announced in the call announcement.

2219 Yurt Dışı Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Burs Programı 2025 yılı çağrısı başvuruları, TÜBİTAK Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi (https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr/) üzerinden Başvuru Yönetimi/Açık Çağrılar bölümünden 1 Eylül 2025 (saat 17:30) tarihine kadar alınacaktır.
Başvuru süresince başvuru bilgilerinizi https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr/ adresindeki “Başvurularım” sekmesinden görüntüleyebilir, başvurunuzu son başvuru tarihi saat 17:30'a kadar değiştirebilirsiniz.

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye grants fellowships for scientists/researchers planning to do research abroad in the areas of Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Engineering and Technological Sciences. Maximum duration of the fellowship is 12 months. Fellows are required to use their fellowships within 12 months after notification of the fellowship.
Fellowship Details:
A monthly stipend of 2600 USD/2350 EUR (maximum).
Travel costs (round trip) for both fellow and his/her spouse.
The payments are deposited to the fellow's bank account opened either in Türkiye or in the host country.
The fellows are required to return to Türkiye after completing their research and fullfill their compulsory service
Destek Kapsamı
Program kapsamında; ülkemizin öncelikli ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, araştırmacıların bilimsel üretkenliğini artırmak, uluslararası işbirliklerini güçlendirmek ve alanlarında yenilikçi yöntem ve yaklaşımlar edinerek akademik yetkinliklerini geliştirmelerini sağlamak amacıyla bilim insanlarına destek verilmektedir.

Bursiyerin kendisi dâhil toplamda 3 kişi için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş dönüş uçak bileti desteği sağlanır.

Burs Miktarı ve Ödeme Koşulları
Burs süresi, 12 ayı aşmamak koşuluyla, adaya TÜBİTAK tarafından tahsis edildiği bildirilen süre kadardır. Aylık burs miktarı Avrupa ülkeleri için en fazla 2.350 Avro, Birleşik Krallık için en fazla 2.050 GBP ve Diğer ülkeler için en fazla 2.600 Amerikan doları kadardır. Ödemeler aylık olarak yurt içinde veya yurt dışında bulunan banka hesaplarına yapılabilir.
Uçak bileti desteği aşağıdaki alternatifler dahilinde talep edilmesi halinde TÜBİTAK tarafından sağlanacaktır;
Bursiyerin kendisi, eşi ve yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 18 yaşını doldurmamış 1 çocuğu için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş-dönüş uçak bileti
Bursiyerin kendisi ve yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 18 yaşını doldurmamış 2 çocuğu için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş-dönüş uçak bileti,
Bursiyerin kendisi, yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 12 yaşını doldurmamış olan 1 çocuğu ve yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle en az 1 aylık sigortalı bakıcısı için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş dönüş uçak bileti,
Bursiyerin kendisi, yurt dışına çıkış tarihi itibariyle 12 yaşını doldurmamış olan 1 çocuğu ve bursiyerin kendisinin veya eşinin annesi/ babası/kardeşi için yurt dışına tek seferlik gidiş dönüş uçak bileti.
