The referees assigned to evaluate the project perform their evaluations in accordance with the Practice Principles of this program and the contract made with them, by reviewing the project proposal document submitted by the companies in accordance with the evaluation report and guide and visiting the company on site (In some conditions, the referees may have the meeting with the company via video conference instaed of visiting the company), and submitting the report to TÜBİTAK in accordance with the guideline in electronic environment on PRODIS.
During the visits of the referees (In some conditions, the referees may have the meeting with the company via video conference instaed of visiting the company), the company is expected to make a presentation on the subject, the project manager, the staff and the technical consultants who will contribute to the project activities are expected to attend the meeting. Within the scope of the 2025 call of the "2209-B Industry Oriented Research Project Support Programme for Undergraduate Students" conducted by the TÜBİTAK Science Fellowships and Grant Programme Directorate (BİDEB), the scientific evaluation process of the submitted applications has been completed. Within the scope of 1007-Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Programme, TÜBİTAK SAVTAG has made a call for the Development of Paper Detectors Used in Chemical Warfare Agent (CWA) Point Detection/Diagnosis Project with Domestic and National Resources with the code 1007-SAVTAG-MSB-2024-02.
The aim of the project is to develop a portable, local and national system used for rapid and reliable detection/diagnosis of Chemical Warfare Agent (CWA) threats in the operational environment.
A CWA detection/diagnosis system will be designed, and it is aimed to develop prototype paper detectors that will be tested environmentally and in the field.
Applicants can receive the Call document request form/ SAVTAG Call Document Delivery Report in accordance with the “Defence Industry Security Regulation” by filling out the “Production Permit and Facility Security Certificate” link at https://www.tubitak.gov.tr/tr/destekler/kamu/ulusal-destek-programlari/1007/icerik-basvuru-. The EIC Pre-Accelerator Programme has been launched by the European Innovation Council (EIC) to support early-stage start-ups developing deep-tech solutions at Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to 6. The programme aims to strengthen the commercialisation capacities of innovative SMEs established in Widening countries under the Horizon Europe Programme, including Türkiye. Participants will benefit from mentoring, coaching, and training in areas such as business development, investor relations, intellectual property management, and market analysis. In addition, selected SMEs will gain access to international visibility, networking, and collaboration opportunities through the EIC Business Acceleration Services.
For the 2025 call, a total budget of €20 million has been allocated. Each project may receive between €300,000 and €500,000 in non-repayable grants. The funding rate is set at up to 70% of eligible costs, and the maximum project duration is limited to 24 months. The application period opened on 12 June 2025, and the deadline for submission is 18 November 2025.
Within this scope, a dedicated application form has been created under TÜBİTAK’s Coordinator Support Programme, implemented by the Department of International Cooperation, for applicants intending to submit proposals to this call launched under the Horizon Europe Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence Work Programme. The 2202 Science Olympiads Program, implemented by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), aims to increase middle and high school students’ interest in the fundamental sciences and computer science; to prepare students for the National Science Olympiads; to support their participation in International and Regional Science Olympiads; and to provide opportunities for instructors who will guide students preparing for the First Stage of the Science Olympiads to participate in the TÜBİTAK Olympiad Academy.
In this context, the 34th Science Olympiad First Stage Exam will be held for students and teachers in the following disciplines:

The main objective of the 2026 OH-TREAT Call, opened under Horizon Europe’s One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (OHAMR) Partnership, is to increase treatment success rates in humans, animals, and plants affected by bacterial or fungal infections by providing new therapeutic options while simultaneously reducing the risk of antimicrobial resistance within diverse One Health settings.
Research and innovation proposals submitted to the EUP OHAMR 2026 OH-TREAT Call must address one of the following topics:
Topic 1: Development of new combination treatments using existing or innovative antimicrobials and/or adjunctive therapies.
Topic 2: Development of tools and methods to improve adherence to treatment protocols.
Topic 3: Assessment of the impact of veterinary and agricultural antimicrobial use on AMR transmission to humans and the environment, supporting policy decisions on restricting certain antimicrobials for human-only use.
International project proposals must strictly comply with the call requirements. A project consortium must consist of at least three partners requesting funding from three different countries participating in the call. Each partner will receive support from their respective national funding agency.

The Driving Urban Transitions to a Sustainable Future Partnership 2025 call (DUT 2025 Call), supported under the Horizon Europe Programme, will support multi-partner, international research and/or innovation projects that address urban challenges to help cities transition to a more sustainable economy and functionality. Projects supported under the "DUT 2025 Call" will be evaluated by an international panel of judges and will be funded by the countries' national funding bodies. The calls, which will support a variety of activities from strategic urban research to applied urban research or the implementation of urban innovations, are open to interdisciplinary studies. The international consortium submitting the project must consist of three different institutions from at least three different countries participating in the program. Joint project proposals prepared under the call must comply with the international call application requirements.
The call will be conducted through a two-stage international and two-stage national application process. The international consortium's project application must be submitted electronically by the international project coordinator via https://www.uefiscdi-direct.ro/ by 13:00 (CET) on 17 September 2025. In addition to this international application, Turkish institutions/organizations participating in the project must also submit a preliminary project national application to TÜBİTAK via uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr by 24 November 2025 (23:59 CET) and complete the electronic signature by 28 November 2025 (23:59 CET). The call will be published on PBS under the heading "Multi-Cooperation Support Programs (Phase 1)" as "DUT_2025_1." The international consortium's second-stage project application must be submitted by the international project coordinator by 23 April 2026 (13:00 CEST). The results of the second-stage international independent expert/panel evaluation, coordinated by the call secretariat, will be accepted by TÜBİTAK as the final evaluation result. Supported projects will be determined based on the peer-review results at the Call Steering Committee meeting, where all funders are represented. Projects that fail to receive national support under the relevant call are not eligible. Only Turkish institutions/organizations participating in projects that receive positive results from the second-stage international independent expert/panel evaluation, coordinated by the call secretariat, must submit their second-stage national application to TÜBİTAK via PBS with an electronic signature. TÜBİTAK will also announce the second-stage application dates to these institutions/organizations. Turkish institutions/organizations participating in successful international projects within the scope of the call will be supported by TÜBİTAK in accordance with national rules.

A. Principal investigators (PI), Researchers (excluding researchers outside Türkiye) and Consultants:

· should have four years of university undergraduate education at least.
Researchers or consultants in project team (excluding retirees and post-doctoral researchers not working in any institution/organization) should be permanent staff of the contributory institution/organization (university, public institution, private institution) where they are working.
Principal investigator, researchers and consultants (except for researchers/consultants outside Türkiye) should reside in Turkey. Non-Turkish citizens can be principal investigator/researcher/consultant in a project if they are working in an institution located in Türkiye.
Person who has academic title of professor cannot take part in projects as researcher.
A person who has a contribution less than 10% of the project workload cannot be researcher in projects but can be consultant. A consultant (*) is allowed if the project requires special expertise on a specific subject. The number of consultants in a project is limited to the number of specific subjects in the project. The role of consultant in the project should be explained in detail in the project proposal.
Retirees who do not work in any organization can take part in the project team as PI, researcher or consultant and post-doctoral researchers can take part in the project team as PI or researcher, provided that they do not receive Project Incentive Bonus (PTI). (In accordance with paragraph 2 in Article 16 of The Law on the Establishment of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, only those who are permanent staff of public institutions or organizations can be paid PTI.) In order for the retirees and post-doctoral researchers to become PI, it is necessary them to get approval on that they can take part in the project from the senior authority of the institution / organization where the project will be carried out.
People working in TÜBİTAK Headquarters / Institutes cannot take part as PI / researchers / consultants in the projects proposed under this program.
TÜBİTAK ARDEB Governing Board and Advisory Board members can be PI or researcher, but they cannot be consultant (**) if they are still working in those positions during the application.

Undergraduate, graduate students (except for special students and prep students) and “Research Assistants” studying in higher education institutions in Türkiye and post-doc researchers can take part as scholar in projects.
Undergraduate scholar should not work in any institution. If the student fails the class, scholarship is stopped. At most, 4 undergrad scholars can take part in one project.

Bu amaçla hayata geçirilen 1801 kodlu Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri İçin Geri Ödemeli ve Hibe Destek Programı kapsamında 1832 kodlu Sanayide Yeşil Dönüşüm programının yeni 02.12.2024 itibari ile açılmış olup, başvurular 31.01.2025 tarihinde kadar alınacaktır.
Bu çağrı kapsamında firmaların yeşil dönüşüm faaliyetlerine yönelik daha önce yapılan Ar-Ge çalışmaları ile elde edilmiş olan prototiplerin ticarileşme öncesi faaliyetleri desteklenecektir. Söz konusu çalışmalar daha önce TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB tarafından desteklenmiş Ar-Ge projelerinin devamı niteliğinde olabilecektir. Program kapsamında; Türkiye’de lisans veya lisansüstü eğitimlerine devam eden üstün başarılı öğrenciler ile yaptığı çalışmalarla bilime gelecekte ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde önemli katkılarda bulunabilecek niteliklere sahip doktora dereceli genç araştırmacıların, güncel bilimsel konuları ve geleceğe yönelik araştırma alanlarını konu alarak Nobel ödüllü bilim insanları ile genç araştırmacıları ders, panel ve seminerler gibi çeşitli platformlarda buluşturmayı amaçlayan “Lindau Nobel Ödüllü Bilim İnsanları Toplantıları”na katılımları için destek verilir.

4006-TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programının 12. çağrı dönemi başvuruları 3 Kasım 2025 (saat 17.30) tarihine kadar devam etmektedir.
Destek miktarlarına ilişkin yapılması planlanan güncellemeye ait süreçler tamamlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, bilim fuarı destek miktarları çağrı metinlerinde de güncellenmiş olup aşağıdaki şekilde belirlenmiştir.

1071 Programı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK ile Slovak Bilimler Akademisi (SAS) arasındaki Bilimsel ve Teknolojik İş Birliği Anlaşması ve ilgili uygulama protokolü çerçevesinde açılan çağrı kapsamında, iki ülkenin bilim insanları tarafından ortaklaşa gerçekleştirilecek araştırma projeleri desteklenecektir.
Çağrı kapsamında aşağıdaki tematik alanlarda başvurular kabul edilecektir:
Sağlık: Sağlık uygulamalarında yapay zekâ, ilaç araştırmaları.
Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri (BİT): Sensör teknolojileri, yaşam kalitesine yönelik BİT uygulamaları
İleri Malzemeler / Teknolojiler: Biyomalzemeler, nanomalzemeler, fonksiyonel malzemeler
Çevre / Küresel Değişim: İklim değişikliği, çevre, biyoçeşitlilik, toplumsal dönüşüm
Ortak araştırma projesi önermek isteyen Türkiye’deki bilim insanlarının, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecek Slovakya’da çalışan bilim insanları ile proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.

a. Bilim Fuarları Festivali desteğine yalnızca İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlükleri tarafından başvuru yapılabilir.
b. Başvurular, İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlükleri bünyesinde görev yapan kişiler tarafından yapılabilir. İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürleri yürütücü olamazlar.
c. Başvuruların 4006-TÜBİTAK Destekleme Programı İl MEM Ar-Ge Temsilcisi olarak görev yapan kişiler tarafından yapılması önerilir. Başvurunun İl MEM Ar-Ge Temsilcileri tarafından yapılmaması durumunda başvuru sürecinde festivalde sergilenecek projelerin seçiminin ilgili ilin 4006 Programı İl MEM Ar-Ge Temsilcisi koordinasyonunda gerçekleştirilmesi önerilir.
d. Her bir İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünden yalnızca 1 (bir) Bilim Fuarı Festivali başvurusu yapılabilir. Bir ilden hem İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü tarafından hem de ile bağlı bir İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü tarafından başvuru yapılması durumunda bir alt proje hem ilin hem ilçenin başvurusunda yer alabilir (yani bir alt proje farklı festivaller kapsamında iki defa seçilebilir).
e. İl/İlçesinde toplam 10 Bilim Fuarından daha az bilim fuarı desteklenmiş/gerçekleştirilmiş İl/İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlükleri başvuruda bulunamaz.
f. Festivalde sergilenecek projelerin çoğunluğunun tasarım türünden olması beklenmektedir.
g. Yürürlükte olmayan bilim fuarı projeleri (desteklenmeye hak kazanamamış projeler ve destek hakkı kazanmış ancak sözleşme e-imza süreci tamamlanmamış projeler) ile Bilim Fuarları Festivaline başvuru yapılamaz.
h. Bilim Fuarları Festivalinde sergilenecek projelerde görev alacak öğrenci ve öğretmenler, Bilim Fuarlarında ilgili proje kapsamında görev alan kişiler olmalıdır.
i. Bilim Fuarı Festivali, başvuru yapılan il/ilçede herkesin erişimine açık ve ulaşımı kolay bir alanda yapılmalıdır.
j. Bilim Fuarı Festivali en az 2 gün süresince (tam gün açık kalacak şekilde) 10.00-17.00 saatleri arasında gerçekleştirilmelidir.
k. 4006-C Bilim Fuarları Festivali kapsamında yürütücü kurum/kuruluşun bulunduğu ilde TÜBİTAK destekli bilim merkezinin mevcut olması durumunda bilim merkezi ile iş birliği yapılması (alan tahsisi, etkinlik/atölye katkısı vb.) zorunludur. Buna ilişkin destek mektubunun/protokolün başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.

Aynı dönemde birden fazla başvuruda ve/veya önceki dönemlerde desteği devam eden bir 2209-A ya da 2209-B projesinde yer alınmamış olunması,
Daha önce aynı proje için TÜBİTAK’tan destek alınmamış olması gerekmektedir.
Öğrenciler programa bireysel veya ekip halinde başvuru yapabilirler. Tüm başvurularda proje yürütücüsü ve akademik danışman TÜBİTAK’a karşı müteselsilen sorumludur. Bir projede proje yürütücüsü dışında en fazla 4 proje ortağı yer alabilir.
Aynı dönem içinde bir akademik danışman en fazla 5 projede görev alabilir.
Proje başlığı; araştırmanın amacını ve içeriğini yansıtan, açık ve anlaşılabilir şekilde bilimsel ifadeler kullanılarak belirlenmelidir.
Proje başlığı ve proje önerisi dahil olmak üzere başvuru kapsamında sunulan tüm belgelerde herhangi bir kurum, kuruluş, firma, ticari ürün ya da marka öne çıkarılmamalıdır. Ayrıca; dil, din, ırk, mezhep, milliyet, renk, cinsiyet, siyasi görüş, felsefi inanç, ulusal ya da sosyal köken, doğum, ekonomik durum gibi sebeplerle ayrımcılık yapan, dışlayıcı veya rencide edici hiçbir ifade kullanılmamalıdır.
