Eureka’nın önemli destek mekanizmalarından biri olan Eureka Network Projeleri kapsamında, “Uygulamalı Kuantum Teknolojileri” konulu çağrı, ülkemizin de dahil olduğu 11 ülkenin katılımıyla 6 Mayıs 2025 itibarıyla açılmıştır. Eureka’nın hedefleri doğrultusunda, ticarileşme potansiyeli yüksek ve pazara yönelik ürün, süreç ve hizmetlerin geliştirildiği projeler bu çağrı kapsamında desteklenecektir.

Çağrının Amacı

Kuantum teknolojisi, kuantum bilgi işlemenin bireysel yöntemlerinden algoritmalara ve çeşitli uygulamalarda kuantum bilgisayarların kullanımına kadar birçok teknoloji katmanını kapsamaktadır.

Çağrının temel amacı; mevcut teknolojilere kıyasla daha yüksek performans gösteren veya bu teknolojileri hızlandıran kuantum teknolojileri geliştiren ve bu sayede endüstri, bilim ve toplumla ilgili sorunların çözümüne katkı sağlayan kuruluşları desteklemektir.

Çağrı kapsamında proje önerileri, aşağıda belirtilen odak alanları çerçevesinde sunulabilir; ancak kuantum teknolojileri yalnızca bu alt başlıklarla sınırlı değildir.

• Eureka Network-Uygulamalı Kuantum Teknolojileri uluslararası çağrı metni için tıklayınız.

Eureka Network- Uygulamalı Kuantum Teknolojileri proje başvuruları 1719-Eureka Kuantum Teknolojileri kodlu ve Eureka Network 2025 Uygulamalı Kuantum Teknolojileri Çağrı Duyurusu başlıklı ulusal çağrı kuralları çerçevesinde yürütülecektir. 

Ulusal başvuru öncesinde çağrı metninin dikkatle incelenmesi gerekmektedir, başvuru kurallarına uyulmaması durumunda başvurunun değerlendirmeye alınmadan iade edilmesi söz konusu olabilir.

1719-Eureka Kuantum Teknolojileri kodlu çağrıya Ülkemizden sermaye şirketi statüsündeki firmalar, yükseköğretim kurumları, kamu araştırma merkez ve enstitüleri, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri ve 6550 sayılı kanun kapsamındaki araştırma altyapıları başvuruda bulunabilir. İlgili kurumların başvuruları en az bir sermaye şirketi ortaklığında kabul edilir. Çağrı kapsamında sunulan projelerde sermaye şirketi Yürütücü Kuruluş (Muhatap Kuruluş) olmalıdır.

Çağrı Başvuru Süreci

Başvurular uluslararası ve ulusal olmak üzere iki aşamalı olarak yürütülecektir: 

1. Aşama/Uluslararası Başvuru: Tüm ortakların, çağrı web sayfasında bulunan Eureka proje başvuru formunu çevrim içi olarak doldurmalıdır. 

2. Aşama/Ulusal Başvuru: Türkiye’den katılımcıların uluslararası başvuru formuyla birlikte TÜBİTAK 1719-Eureka Kuantum Teknolojileri ulusal çağrısına 31 Ekim 2025  tarihine kadar ulusal başvurularını yapmaları gerekmektedir ().

Representing Türkiye at the 42nd Balkan Mathematical Olympiad, our national team has won remarkable achievements by bringing great pride to our country.

Held in Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina from April 25 to 30, 2025, the 42nd Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) brought together 143 students from 23 countries. This prestigious international competition aims to support and encourage talented young mathematicians in the field of mathematics. Representing our country, our students won three Gold Medal and three Bronze Medals.

Under the 2202 Science Olympiads Program carried out by TÜBİTAK BİDEB, our young scientists, who were trained to represent our country at the international level, achieved the following outstanding results; Selim Doğan, Ahmet Kerem KAYA and Ege AKGÜN Gold Medals, Deniz Can KARAÇELEBİ, Mustafa DORTLUOĞLU and Ahmet Kerim RÜZGAR Bronze Medals.

We wholeheartedly congratulate our students who represented our country at the 42nd Balkan Mathematical Olympiad and demonstrated their exceptional talent as future scientists. Ülkemizi temsilen 42. Balkan Matematik Olimpiyatı’na katılan milli takımımız, büyük bir gurur yaşattı.

25-30 Nisan 2025 tarihlerinde Bosna Hersek’in Saraybosna şehrinde düzenlenen ve 23 ülkeden 143 öğrencinin yarıştığı uluslararası düzeyde matematik alanında yetenekli öğrencileri desteklemeyi ve teşvik etmeyi amaçlayan 42. Balkan Matematik Olimpiyatı’nda ülkemizi temsil eden öğrencilerimiz, 3 Altın ve 3 Bronz Madalya kazandılar.

Representing Türkiye at the 14th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad, our national team has returned home with remarkable achievements, bringing great pride to our country.

Held in Pristina, Kosovo, from April 11 to 17, 2025, the 14th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) brought together 235 students from 60 countries. This prestigious international competition aims to support and encourage talented young women in the field of mathematics. Representing our country, our students won one Gold Medal, two Silver Medals, and one Honorable Mention.

Under the 2202 Science Olympiads Program carried out by TÜBİTAK, our young female scientists, who were trained to represent our country at the international level, achieved the following outstanding results; Defne Hergül: Gold Medal, Bengisu Demirbaş and Ilgın Şekerli: Silver Medals, Sude Tuncer: Honorable Mention.

A Proud Achievement at One of the World's Most Prestigious Chemistry Olympiads: The International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad

Türkiye has once again made its mark on the global scientific stage. At the 59th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad (IMChO)—recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious and challenging chemistry competitions—all members of the Turkish National Team earned medals, making the nation proud.

Held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, from May 5 to 13, 2025, the Olympiad brought together 192 outstanding students from 39 countries. Trained under TÜBİTAK's 2202 Science Olympiads Program, our students returned home with 2 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals.

Dünyanın En Zorlu Kimya Olimpiyatlarından Biri Olan Uluslararası Mendeleev Kimya Olimpiyatı’nda Gururlandıran Başarı.

Türkiye, uluslararası bilim arenasında yeni bir başarıya daha imza attı. Dünyanın en prestijli ve zorlu kimya olimpiyatlarından biri olarak kabul edilen 59. Uluslararası Mendeleev Kimya Olimpiyatı (IMChO)'nda, Türk Milli Takımının tüm üyeleri madalya kazanarak göğsümüzü kabarttı.

5–13 Mayıs 2025 tarihleri arasında Brezilya’nın Belo Horizonte şehrinde düzenlenen ve 39 ülkeden 192 seçkin öğrencinin katıldığı olimpiyatta, TÜBİTAK 2202 Bilim Olimpiyatları Programı kapsamında yetiştirilen öğrencilerimiz 2 Gümüş ve 2 Bronz Madalya ile ülkemize döndü.

Our national team participated in the 25th Asian Physics Olympiad representing Türkiye and achieved a great success by making our country proud.

In the Olympiad, which was held in Dahran, Saudi Arabia between May 4-12, 2025, 240 students from 30 countries competed and our students achieved a total of 8 degrees, including 1 silver, 5 bronze and 2 honorable mentions. With this result, Türkiye achieved the highest number of degrees in the history of the Asian Physics Olympics.

One of our students trained within the scope of the 2202 Science Olympiads Program carried out within TÜBİTAK:

Oytun Er, Muhammed Doğan Önal, Şenol Tarhan, Halil İbrahim Yenitürk and İclal Asya Aksoy bronze medal,

11. BİLİM FUARLARI SLOGANI

TÜBİTAK ile Hayal Et, Bilimle Geleceği İnşa Et!

Bu çağrı döneminde ilk kez "Fuar Sloganı" uygulaması başlatılmış ve başvuru sürecinde yürütücülerden bilim fuarı için bir slogan önerisi sunmaları istenmiştir. Bu uygulamanın amacı, gelen öneriler arasından bir slogan seçilerek 11. Bilim Fuarları döneminde gerçekleştirilecek tüm fuarların duyuru ve sosyal medya paylaşımlarında ortak bir slogan kullanımı sağlamaktır.

Öneriler arasından seçilen slogan, 4006 sonuçları açıklanırken kullanılmış olan "TÜBİTAK ile Hayal Et, Bilimle Geleceği İnşa Et!" sloganıdır.  

Kullanılması zorunlu olmamakla birlikte bu sloganın fuar paylaşımlarında kullanılması önerilmektedir. 

TÜBİTAK Science Award: It is awarded to living scientists who have made significant contributions to science at the international level with their studies in Türkiye.

The candidate should be under the age of 40 on the first day of the year when the award is given. Application and Evaluation Process

Candidates for the Incentive Award can apply personally or be nominated. Individual applications cannot be made for the Science, Special and Service Awards, a nomination is required.

The following institutions or individuals can nominate to TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards 

• Those who have received TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service Award or TÜBİTAK-TWAS Science Award in the past

• Council of Higher Education

• Türkiye Academy Of Sciences

• Senates or Boards of Directors of Universities

• The highest decision-making bodies of public and private sector institutions and organizations operating in scientific and technological fields

• TÜBİTAK R&D and R&D Facility Units Boards of Directors and TÜBİTAK Research Groups Executive Committees (in their fields of activity). 

Applications for TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are made through the Awards Application System, which can be accessed at https://oduller.tubitak.gov.tr The candidate who will apply for the award and the nominating person or the highest official of the institution/organization must have a current registration in ARBİS, otherwise they must complete a "New User Registration". 

The requested documents must be completely uploaded to the Application System. 

After the application phase is completed, the "Acceptance Commitment and Declaration Form" must be signed with an e-signature by the candidate and the person nominating the candidate or the highest authorized manager of the nominating institution/organization. Candidates who are abroad and cannot use e-signature during the application can sign the printout of the application form and send the scanned version of the relevant form first by e-mail and then by mail or courier to our contact address below. 

The nominator must add the type of award which has previously received from TÜBİTAK and the year of receiving the award to the relevant tab in the application system. If the nominator is the university senate/board of directors, the rector's signature must be present in the application system. If the vice rector has been given power of attorney regarding the work and transactions related to TÜBİTAK Award applications, or if the vice rector is deputizing the rector at the time the application is made, the relevant power of attorney document must be uploaded to the system.

Only one of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Award categories can be applied in the same period.

Applications can be made maximum 3 times for each type of award: Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards. Applications made before 2010 are not included in this number.

Candidates born in 1984 or before cannot apply for the Incentive Award.

For female applicants, one year is added to the age limit of 40 for each birth.

Those who applied for the TÜBA-The Young Scientists Award Programme (GEBİP) and the International TÜBA Academy Prizes in 2025 cannot apply for the TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards in 2025. If it is determined that a candidate has applied to these awards, their application will be deemed invalid.

For Science, Special and Incentive Awards; Candidates are expected to explain their reasons for deserving the award in a maximum of 750 words and to support this explanation with publications to which primary contributions have been made. A copy of the 5 publications specified in the "Publications Selected Within the Framework of Reason" heading should be uploaded to the "Additional Files". The candidate's contributions to these 5 publications and the candidate’s contribution to these publications should be explained in a maximum of 250 words. If the candidate has contributed to more than one subject, all but the most significant contribution should be separated by subject. A copy of each of the maximum 15 publications under the heading "Other Scientific Publications within the Framework of Justification" should be uploaded to the "Additional Files" and a description text not exceeding 500 words should be added.

Publications that constitute a primary contribution to a candidate's application (The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason) cannot be used in another candidate's application for the same type of award. TÜBİTAK has the right to investigate the statement for publications declared to have made primary contributions. Although it is declared that the candidate has made a primary contribution to the relevant publication, if it is determined that the candidate has not made a primary contribution to any of these publications, the application will not be evaluated. In addition, “The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason” must be independent of the candidate's doctorate study.

For the Service Award; applications must include the reasons why candidates deserve the award and the relevant document supporting these reasons, if any. In the justification; It should be explained in a maximum of 750 words within the scope of the following subjects;

• To train scientists

• To work for the institutionalization of the branch of science in which the candidate belongs to

• How the candidate has provided superior service to the development of science and technology in Türkiye, 

• Establishing or significantly contributing to the establishment of scientific institutions and organizations.

TÜBİTAK Science, Special and Service Awards are given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences. The Incentive Award is given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Polar Studies. 

The number of Science Awards cannot exceed eight, the number of Special Awards cannot exceed four, the number of Service Awards cannot exceed four, and the number of Incentive Awards cannot exceed twenty.

Plaques and certificates are given according to the type of Science, Special, Service and Incentive awards. For the Science and Special Awards, the equivalent of 10 full gold coins and for the Incentive Award, the equivalent of 5 full gold coins are deposited into bank accounts in Turkish Lira.

All evaluations and opinions formed during the award evaluation process, as well as the names of the referees/advisors whose evaluations were consulted and the opinions given by them, are confidential and are outside the scope of the right to information in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 26 of Law No. 4982.

Applications will be accepted until 02/06/2025, at 17.00 (UTC+3).

The winners of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are announced in the same year and the awards are given to their winners at a ceremony.

TÜBİTAK Science, Special and Service Awards are given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences. The Incentive Award is given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Polar Studies. 

The number of Science Awards cannot exceed eight, the number of Special Awards cannot exceed four, the number of Service Awards cannot exceed four, and the number of Incentive Awards cannot exceed twenty.

Plaques and certificates are given according to the type of Science, Special, Service and Incentive awards. For the Science and Special Awards, the equivalent of 10 full gold coins and for the Incentive Award, the equivalent of 5 full gold coins are deposited into bank accounts in Turkish Lira.

All evaluations and opinions formed during the award evaluation process, as well as the names of the referees/advisors whose evaluations were consulted and the opinions given by them, are confidential and are outside the scope of the right to information in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 26 of Law No. 4982.

Applications will be accepted until 16/06/2025, at 17.00 (UTC+3).

The winners of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are announced in the same year and the awards are given to their winners at a ceremony.

2025 yılında Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu (TÜBİTAK) tarafından; Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödülleri olmak üzere dört kategoride ödül verilecektir.

Bilim Ödülü: Ülkemizde yaptığı çalışmalarla bilime uluslararası düzeyde önemli katkılarda bulunmuş hayattaki bilim insanlarına verilir.

Özel Ödül: Bilim Ödülü eş değeri olarak yurt dışında yaptığı çalışmalarla bilime uluslararası düzeyde katkıda bulunmuş, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı, hayattaki bilim insanlarına verilir.

Teşvik Ödülü: Yaptığı çalışmalarla bilime gelecekte uluslararası düzeyde önemli katkılarda bulunabilecek niteliklere sahip olduğunu kanıtlamış, ödülün verildiği yılın ilk gününde 40 yaşını geçmemiş, Türkiye’de yerleşik hayattaki bilim insanlarına verilir.

Başvuru ve Değerlendirme Süreci

Teşvik Ödülü’ne adaylar kişisel olarak başvurabilir veya aday gösterilebilirler. Bilim, Özel ve Hizmet Ödüllerine kişisel başvuru yapılamamakta, aday gösterilmek gerekmektedir.   

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerine;

• Geçmişte TÜBİTAK Bilim, Özel, Hizmet Ödülü veya TÜBİTAK-TWAS Bilim Ödülü almış olanlar

• Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK)

• Türkiye Bilimler Akademisi Konseyi

• Üniversitelerin Senatoları veya Yönetim Kurulları

• Bilimsel ve teknolojik alanlarda faaliyet gösteren kamu ve özel sektör kurum ve kuruluşlarının en üst karar alma organları
• TÜBİTAK Ar-Ge ve Ar-Ge Kolaylık Birimleri Yönetim Kurulları ve TÜBİTAK Araştırma Grupları Yürütme Komiteleri (kendi faaliyet alanlarında) 

aday gösterebilirler.

TÜBİTAK Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerine başvurular https://oduller.tubitak.gov.tr internet adresinden erişilecek “Ödüller Başvuru Sistemi” üzerinden gerçekleşmektedir. Ödüle başvuru yapacak aday ve aday gösteren kişi veya kurum/kuruluşun en üst yetkilisinin ARBİS’te güncel kaydının olması, yoksa “Yeni Kullanıcı Kaydı” gerçekleştirmesi ve talep edilen belgelerin “Başvuru Sistemine” eksiksiz yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Başvuru aşaması tamamlandıktan sonra “Kabul Taahhüt ve Beyan Formu” aday ve aday gösteren kişi veya aday gösteren kurum/kuruluşun en üst yetkili yöneticisi tarafından e-imza ile imzalanmalıdır. Başvuru esnasında yurt dışında olup ve e-imza kullanamayan adaylar, başvuru formunun çıktısını imzaladıktan sonra ilgili formun taranmış halini öncelikle e-postayla daha sonra aşağıdaki iletişim adresimize posta ya da kargoyla iletebilirler. 

Aday gösteren kişi daha önce TÜBİTAK’tan aldığı ödül türünü ve ödül alma yılını başvuru sisteminde ilgili sekmeye eklemelidir. Aday gösteren üniversite senatosu/yönetim kurulu ise başvuru sisteminde rektörün imzası olmalıdır.  TÜBİTAK Ödül başvurularına ilişkin iş ve işlemler hakkında rektör yardımcısına vekâlet verilmişse ya da başvurunun yapıldığı esnada rektör yardımcısı rektöre vekâlet ediyorsa ilgili vekâlet belgesi sisteme yüklenmelidir. Vekâlet geçerlilik tarihleri başvurunun e-imza ile tamamlandığı tarihi kapsamalıdır. 

Aynı dönemde Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödülü kategorilerinden yalnızca birine başvurulabilir. 

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerinden her bir ödül türüne en çok 3 kez başvuru yapılabilir. 2010 yılından önceki başvurular bu sayıya dâhil değildir. 

1984 yılı ve öncesi doğumlu adaylar, Teşvik Ödülüne başvuru yapamaz. 

Kadın başvuru sahiplerinin her doğumu için 40 yaş sınırına bir yıl ilave edilir.

2025 yılında TÜBA -Üstün Başarılı Genç Bilim İnsanı Ödülleri (GEBİP) ve Uluslararası TÜBA Akademi Ödüllerine başvuru yapanlar 2025 yılı TÜBİTAK Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerine başvuru yapamaz. Adayın bu ödüllere başvurusunun tespit edilmesi durumunda başvurusu geçersiz sayılacaktır. 

Bilim, Özel ve Teşvik Ödülleri için; Adayların ödülü hak etme gerekçelerinin en fazla 750 kelimeyle açıklanması ve bu açıklamanın, hazırlanmasında birinci derecede katkı sağlanan yayınlarla desteklenmesi beklenmektedir.

“Gerekçe Çerçevesinde Seçilmiş Yayın Bilgileri” başlığında yer alan ve hazırlanmasında birinci derecede katkı sağlanan 5 yayının birer örneği, “Ek Dosyalar” başlığına yüklenmelidir. Adayın bu 5 yayınla yaptığı katkılar ile bu yayınlardaki katkı payı en fazla 250 kelimeyle açıklanmalıdır. Eğer adayın birden fazla konuda katkısı varsa, asıl önemli katkısı dışındakiler konulara göre ayrılmalıdır. “Gerekçe Çerçevesinde Diğer Bilimsel Yayınlar” başlığında yer alan en fazla 15 yayının birer örneği “Ek Dosyalar” başlığına yüklenmeli ve konulara göre ayrılan katkılar hakkında 500 kelimeyi geçmeyen bir açıklama yazısı eklenmelidir. 

Bir adayın başvurusundaki asıl önemli katkıda birinci derecede esas olan yayınlar (Gerekçe çerçevesinde seçilmiş 5 yayın), başka bir adayın aynı türde ödüle başvurusunda kullanılamaz. TÜBİTAK, birinci derecede katkı sağlandığı beyan edilen yayınlar için bu beyanı araştırma hakkına sahiptir. İlgili yayında birinci derecede katkı sağlandığı beyan edilmesine karşın, bu yayınlardan herhangi birinde adayın birinci derecede katkısı olmamasının tespit edilmesi durumunda başvuru değerlendirmeye alınmaz. Ayrıca, gerekçe çerçevesinde seçilmiş 5 yayının, adayın doktora çalışmasından bağımsız olması gerekmektedir.

Hizmet Ödülü için; Başvurular, adayların ödülü hak etme gerekçeleri ve varsa bu gerekçeyi destekleyen ilgili dokümanı içermelidir. Gerekçede; adayın bilim insanı yetiştirmek, mensup olduğu bilim dalının kurumsallaşması için çalışmalar yapmak, bilimsel kurum ve kuruluşlar kurmak veya kurulmasına önemli ölçüde katkıda bulunmak bakımlarından ülkemizdeki bilim ve teknolojinin gelişmesine ne şekilde üstün hizmette bulunduğu en fazla 750 kelimeyle açıklanmalıdır. Aday gösterilecek kişinin hayatta olmaması durumunda başvuru formu indirilip, doldurularak varsa eklenecek diğer belgelerle birlikte aşağıda yer alan adrese iletilmelidir. Vefat etmiş adaylar için doldurulacak başvuru formu için oduller@tubitak.gov.tr adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. 

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet Ödülleri; Temel Bilimler, Mühendislik Bilimleri, Sağlık Bilimleri ile Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler alanlarında, Teşvik Ödülü; Temel Bilimler, Mühendislik Bilimleri, Sağlık Bilimleri, Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler ile Kutup Çalışmaları alanlarında verilir. Bilim Ödülü sayısı sekizi, Özel Ödül sayısı dördü, Hizmet Ödülü sayısı dördü ve Teşvik Ödülü sayısı yirmiyi geçemez.  

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik ödüllerinin türüne göre plaket ve berat verilir. Bilim ve Özel Ödülleri için 10 tam altın karşılığı, Teşvik Ödülü için 5 tam altın karşılığı tutar Türk Lirası olarak banka hesaplarına yatırılır. Bilim ve Teşvik Ödülü alanlara ayrıca, her yıl Yönetim Kurulunca belirlenen miktarda (2025 yılı için 2.400.000TL) yurt içinde yürüteceği araştırmalarda kullanılmak üzere araştırma desteği verilir.

Ödül değerlendirme sürecinde yapılan tüm değerlendirme ve oluşturulan görüşler ile değerlendirmelerine başvurulan hakem/danışman isimleri ve bunlar tarafından verilen görüşler gizli olup sayılanlar 4982 sayılı Kanun’un 26’ncı maddesinin birinci fıkrası gereğince bilgi edinme hakkı kapsamı dışındadır.

Başvurular 16 Haziran 2025 Pazartesi günü, saat 17.00’ye kadar kabul edilecektir. 

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerini kazananlar, aynı yıl içinde açıklanır ve ödüller düzenlenecek bir törenle sahiplerine verilir.
