56. LİSE ÖĞRENCİLERİ ARAŞTIRMA PROJELERİ YARIŞMASI
BÖLGE AŞAMASI SONUÇLARI
Kurumumuz tarafından düzenlenen 56. Lise Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Yarışmasının bölge sergileri ve ödül töreni, 24-27 Şubat 2025 tarihleri arasında 12 bölgede eş zamanlı olarak tamamlanmıştır.
Bölge aşamasına katılım sağlayan öğrenci/öğrencilere ve varsa danışmanlarına/rehber öğretmenlerine yapılacak yol ödemeleri ve derece alan öğrenci/öğrencilere ve varsa danışmanlarına yapılacak ödül ödemeleri banka hesaplarına gönderilecektir. Bu kapsamda proje sahibi öğrencilerin ve varsa danışmanlarının ulaşım ve ödül ödemelerinin yapılabilmesi için ticari ve dijital olmayan (Papara, Tosla, Paycell, İninal vb. olmayan) kendi adlarına açılmış, bireysel bir vadesiz TL mevduat hesabına ait IBAN bilgisini en geç 10 Mart 2025 günü mesai bitimine kadar ARBİS hesaplarına kaydedilmesi gerekmektedir.
IBAN bilgileri, https://arbis.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden sisteme girilerek “Kişisel Bilgiler” başlığı altında bulunan “Banka Hesap ve Ödeme Bilgileri” ekranına kaydedilmelidir. Bu ekranda, “Hesap Adına” TL yazabilir, “Hesap Türünü” ise Kişisel olacak şekilde seçim yapabilirsiniz. Bu sayfada sadece tek bir IBAN kaydı olmalı ve bu kayıt “Varsayılan Yap” olarak seçilmelidir.
Öğrencilerin ailelerine veya başkasına ait IBAN bilgisi verilmesi durumunda ödeme işlemi yapılamayacaktır. 18 yaşın altında bulunan öğrenciler, velileri ile birlikte bankaya başvurarak kendi adlarına hesap açtırabilir.
Bölge Birinciliği ödülü alan projeler, yarışmanın final sergisine ve ödül törenine katılmaya hak kazanmıştır. Yarışmanın final aşaması Mayıs ayında Ankara’da düzenlenecektir. Final aşaması hakkında bilgilendirme daha sonra yapılacaktır.
ÖNEMLİ NOT:
Bölge değerlendirme sonuçlarına ilişkin detaylı bilgilendirme (puan tabloları) ile Katılım/Teşekkür belgeleri konusunda ilerleyen günlerde duyuru yapılacaktır.
Türkiye’nin ilk yerli ve Milli haberleşme uydusu olan TÜRKSAT 6A, görev yörüngesi olan 42° Doğu boylamına başarıyla yerleşti.
9 Temmuz 2024’te fırlatılan TÜRKSAT 6A, bu başarıya giden süreçte kritik adımları takvime uygun şekilde tamamladı. TÜRKSAT 6A, uzaya fırlatıldıktan sonra ilk olarak 50° Doğu boylamındaki test yörüngesine yerleşti. Burada gerçekleştirilen testlerin planlandığı gibi tamamlanmasının ardından 16 Aralık 2024’te nihai görev yörüngesi olan 42° Doğu boylamına geçiş süreci başladı. Bu süreçte gerçekleştirilen beş yörünge manevrasının ardından, uydu 28 Aralık 2024 itibarıyla başarıyla görev yörüngesine yerleştirildi.
Görev yörüngesindeki testler, 42° Doğu boylamında devam ederken yer kesimi faaliyetleri kapsamında fiziksel kurulumlar ve sanal istasyonlar tamamlanıp, yer istasyonu yazılımlarının kabul süreci ve son kullanıcı eğitimleri devam edecek. Bu süreçlerin tamamlanmasının ardından uydu, TÜRKSAT A.Ş.’ye devredilecek.
TÜRKSAT 6A, TÜBİTAK UZAY koordinasyonunda TUSAŞ, ASELSAN ve CTECH gibi yerli iş ortaklarının iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen proje, TÜBİTAK, Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı, Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığı ve TÜRKSAT A.Ş. tarafından fonlandı. Uydunun geliştirme sürecinde kullanılan yerli ekipmanlar, ülkemizin teknik kapasitesine önemli katkılar sağladı. 20’den fazla ulusal firma ve 400’e yakın uzmanın katkısıyla kritik alt sistemler yerli imkanlarla geliştirildi.
Uzay çalışmalarında ülkemizi bir adım ileri taşıyan bu proje, Türkiye’nin haberleşme uydusu geliştirebilen 11 ülke arasına girmesini sağlayarak uzay alanındaki bağımsızlığını pekiştirdi.
TÜRKSAT 6A, 15 yılı aşkın hizmet süresi boyunca Türkiye’nin haberleşme kapasitesini artırmak ve yedeklemekle kalmayacak, Avrupa, Kuzey Afrika ve Asya’yı kapsayan geniş bir bölgeye erişim sağlayacak.

Milli Teknoloji Hamlesinin ana bileşenlerinden olan beşeri sermaye gelişimine katkı sağlamak hedefiyle, öğrenimini sürdüren lise öğrencileri ile lise üzeri eğitim düzeyine sahip öğrenci ve mezunların proje üretmelerini, geri bildirimler yoluyla projelerini geliştirmelerini, geliştirdikleri projelere yönelik düzenlenen yurt içi ve yurt dışı bilimsel ve/veya teknolojik yarışma ve ilgili etkinliklere katılmalarını teşvik etmek amacıyla açılan programımızın 3. çağrı dönemi başvuruları devam ediyor.
Ulaşım sponsoru Türk Hava Yolları olan program kapsamında, “4001-A Ulusal Yarışma/Etkinlik Katılım Desteği” çağrısı ile yurt içinde düzenlenen yarışma ve etkinliklere, “4001-B Uluslararası Yarışma/Etkinlik Katılım Desteği” çağrısı ile de yurt dışında düzenlenen yarışma ve etkinliklere katılım için destek verilecektir.

Application Forms
WARNING: Current "Application Form and its Annexes (Annex-1 References, Annex-2 Budget and Justification)" regarding the program to which you are going to apply should be filled and uploaded to the online application system.
In order for the project to be evaluated, the Application Form should be prepared in Arial 9 font, no changes should be made in the current format, it should not exceed 25 pages except for ANNEX-1 and ANNEX-2, and the size of each file to be uploaded to the system should not exceed 20MB. Please note that if the specified conditions are not met, your project proposal will not be evaluated and returned!
The following documents must be submitted fully in desired format within the time given by the relevant Research Support Group; If it is decided to support the project. If the documents cannot be obtained within the given time, the project will not be implemented.

As part of the human capital development component of the National Technology Initiative, 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Programme aims to contribute to our country's progress in science and technology, and within this scope, the evaluation process for applications submitted to the 11th term 4006-A and 4006-B calls has been completed.
A total of 142.455 project applications were submitted by 9.635 schools, based on 63 thematic topics and 12 main areas outlined in the call texts, aligning with the priority fields of the science, technology and innovation ecosystem.
To enhance the quality of the projects, all applications underwent a similarity check. As a result, 109.010 projects from 7.225 schools advanced to the scientific evaluation stage, where they were reviewed by 1.054 external consultants (academics and experts).
Following the scientific evaluation process, 58,775 projects, prepared by thousands of middle and high school students from 3,670 schools across 81 provinces, have been deemed eligible for support.
We congratulate our young scientists and wish them to make significant contributions to our country and humanity through their scientific projects, both today and in the future. We also sincerely thank all the teachers and students who contributed during the application process.

1812 - TÜBİTAK Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program- Within the scope of the 2025-1 BiGG Investment call, entrepreneurs who qualify for support with the Excellence Seal will receive an investment equivalent to 3% equity from the TÜBİTAK BiGG Fund.
Business plans receiving co-investment can benefit from the fast support application. In this regard, legal entities acting on behalf of the implementing organization, either through an implementing organization or according to the contract among themselves, will be able to co-invest with the TÜBİTAK BiGG Fund within the framework of the 1812-TÜBİTAK Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program. The Excellence Seal will be awarded without a panel evaluation for business plans that fulfil the co-investment commitment. This matter will be evaluated by the Group Executive Board, considering the opinion of the BiGG Investment Fund, and the Presidency will decide. Evaluations for all business plan applications made in response to the call for co-investment commitments will not be expected to be completed.
Additionally, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and TÜBİTAK can collaborate to make extra investments in ventures within the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) scope.
Business idea applications will be accepted by 149 Implementing Organizations untill 7/3/2025. Implementing Organizations will carry out activities such as gathering and evaluating entrepreneurs' business ideas, transforming selected ideas into business plans, providing training, guidance, incubation, and services to verify business ideas. Business plans approved for the 2nd Stage by Implementing Organizations can be submitted to TÜBİTAK between 10/3/2025–14/3/2025. BiGG Implementing Organizations will accept business idea applications in six thematic areas, as announced on their websites. STAR aims to encourage undergraduate students and teachers to engage in research by participating in scientific projects. STAR Programme 2026/1 Call is open for project managers who can request scholars and teachers for their projects that are funded by TÜBİTAK, conducted in TÜBITAK institutes or funded by Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of Council Of Higher Education (YÖK).

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) is the leading agency for management, funding and conduct of research in Türkiye. It was established in 1963 with a mission to advance science and technology, conduct research and support Turkish researchers. The Council is an autonomous institution and is governed by a Scientific Board whose members are selected from prominent scholars from universities, industry and research institutions.
TÜBİTAK is responsible for promoting, developing, organizing, conducting and coordinating research and development in line with national targets and priorities.
TÜBİTAK acts as an advisory agency to the Turkish Government on science and research issues, and is the secretariat of the Supreme Council for Science and Technology (SCST), the highest S&T policy making body in Türkiye.
Setting its vision as to be an innovative, guiding, participating and cooperating institution in the fields of science and technology, which serves for improvement of the life standards of our society and sustainable development of our country, TÜBİTAK not only supports innovation, academic and industrial R&D studies but also in line with national priorities develops scientific and technological policies and manages R&D institutes, carrying on research, technology and development studies. Furthermore, TÜBİTAK funds research projects carried out in universities and other public and private organizations, conducts research on strategic areas, develops support programs for public and private sectors, publishes scientific journals, popular science magazines and books, organizes science and society activities and supports undergraduate and graduate students through scholarships.
The results of the applications for the 2nd call of the 4006-C Science Fair Festival have been announced. The festival was launched with the aim of bringing projects supported under the 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Program to wider audiences through festivals to be organized at the provincial and district levels.
Within the scope of the call, a total of 69 science fair festival applications from 43 provinces have been selected for support.

Within the framework of the National Technology Initiative, as our country is progressing confidently on its journey in science and technology, the 12th term calls of the 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Programme, through which our students gain experience in preparing and presenting scientific projects, have been announced.
The programme supports science fairs in which students from grades 5 to 12 develop projects based on thematic topics determined in line with national priorities and current trends in science and technology. Since its launch in 2013, millions of students across all 81 provinces of our country have gained experience in preparing and presenting scientific projects.

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme, TÜBİTAK–National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation (NASRI) Bilateral Cooperation International Exchange Programme will provide comprehensive travel support for collaborative research projects proposed by researchers in Türkiye and Albania. In addition to the travel grant, TÜBİTAK will provide scholarship and representation-promotion grants.
Joint research projects from following thematic areas will be supported within the framework of this call: “Health”, “Food, Agriculture and Livestock Breeding”, Environment”, Social Sciences”, Information and Communication Technologies”.
Researchers in Türkiye who want to submit a joint research project should agree with researchers working in Albania, where they will carry out the project together as project partners. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

ANNOUNCEMENT (January 12, 2026): The 1st call text of 2026 has been announced. Applications will begin on February 9, 2026, and will be accepted through TÜBİTAK Management Information System (https://tybs.tubitak.gov.tr) until 5:30 pm on March 3, 2026.
Within the scope of the Performance-Based Scholarships Program for PhD and Post-Doc Scholars, it is provided a performance-based scholarship for doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers who take part in TÜBİTAK-supported projects as a scholar. The aim is to encourage scholars to do research, to ensure project belonging, to increase their performance and motivation, and to strengthen the research ecosystem.
There are two scholarship periods covering February-July and August-January. Applications are received in August for the February-July scholarship period and in February for the August-January scholarship period. PhD and Post-Doc scholars in TÜBİTAK-supported projects can apply the programme every six months and can receive a monthly grant according to total performance score. Scholarship payments are made collectively for six-month periods. The monthly scholarship amount varies according to the performance score.
Supported projects are evaluated only electronically via the online application (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System -PRODİS) at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr
For supported projects, the R&D Assistance Request Form is filled in PRODİS and submitted to TÜBİTAK in six-month periods. The observers who are assigned to monitor the project, prepare the Periodic Monitoring Report by reviewing the AGY303 Report and visiting the company on site. And then, they submitted their report to TÜBİTAK in the electronic environment on PRODİS. Project expenditures are supported within the framework of observers’ opinion and support decision letter.
In the last period of the project, the Project Result Report is submitted by the company.
During the visits of the observers, the company is expected to make a presentation on the subject, and also, the project manager, the staff and the technical consultants, if any, are expected to be present during the visit. Observers can request the explanations they need from the company before preparing the report.
Under the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program, joint projects will be supported within the framework of the collaboration protocol between TÜBİTAK and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The call is open to all thematic areas.
Researchers in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint project must agree to a partnership with researchers in France, who will collaborate on the project. Applications submitted unilaterally will not be accepted.
Within the scope of the call, which will remain open until 17:30 (UTC+3) on the 17 June 2026, project applications to TÜBİTAK must submitted through the Electronic Project Application System.

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program and under the cooperation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) joint research projects on “Energy” and “Advanced Materials” to be carried out between the scientists of the two countries will be supported.
