No. The applications for the program can be made only online during the determined application process. Documents sent by post during the application period are not accepted.

The Vertical Landing Rocket Competition aims to ensure that the rockets designed by the teams can be adapted to the Aerial Suspension System (e.g., crane) provided by the Competition Committee, and that they can descend in a controlled manner using a Cold Gas Propulsion System after being released.
According to the results of the Launch Preparation Report, the successful teams have qualified to conduct test launches. Following the test launches and flight readiness assessments of the competition vehicles to be held at TÜBİTAK SAGE Lalahan Campus between 18–22 August 2025, the teams eligible to participate in the competition will be determined.

Dikey İnişli Roket Yarışması ile takımların tasarlayacakları roketin, Yarışma Komitesi tarafından sağlanacak olan Havada Askıda Tutma Sistemi (örneğin vinç) ile adaptasyonunu sağlayacak, Roketin serbest bırakılmasına müteakip Soğuk Gaz İtki Sistemi kullanarak kontrollü bir şekilde yere inmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Atışa Hazırlık Raporu sonuçlarına göre deneme atışı yapmaya hak kazanan takımLAR belli oldu. 18 – 22 Ağustos tarihleri arasında TÜBİTAK SAGE Lalahan Yerleşkesi’nde gerçekleştirilecek deneme atışları ve yarışma aracı uçuşa elverişlilik değerlendirmelerinin tamamlanması ile yarışmaya katılmaya hak kazanan takımlar belli olacak.

TÜBİTAK-MAM KARE ile ARDEB tarafından belirlenen koşullar çerçevesinde açılan 2026 Yılı “Kutup-1001” ve “Kutup Yabancı Araştırma Üssü Katılım” proje çağrılarının son başvuru tarihi güncellenmiştir. Çevrim içi başvurunun tamamlanması için son tarih 22/08/2025 saat 23.59, çevrim içi başvurusu tamamlanmış olan projelerin elektronik imza işlemleri için son tarih ise 25/08/2025 saat 23.59 olarak belirlenmiştir. Projenize ilişkin çevrim içi başvuru onayı ve elektronik imza sürecini belirtilen tarihlere kadar tamamlamanızı önemle rica ederiz.
When and how can I apply?
To be able to submit the online application form to TÜBİTAK, the candidate must first create a profile on the platform in the TÜBİTAK Researcher Information System (ARBIS) that is available at https://arbis.tubitak.gov.tr The information of the researchers in the Researcher Information System (ARBIS) to apply for the programme and the academic advisor(s) in Türkiye must be up-to-date before applying online.
Applications are submitted online via the TÜBİTAK online application system through TYBS within the dates indicated in the call announcement.
