İlk çağrıları 2023 Aralık ayında açılmış olan Koordinatörlüğünü Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’nın yürüttüğü Dünya Bankası Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesi kapsamında, 1833 SAYEM Yeşil Dönüşüm 2026-1 kodlu çağrının 2. Aşaması başvuruya açılmıştır. Program için uygunluk kontrolü başvuruları TEYDEB Proje Değerlendirme İzleme Sistemi (PRODİS) üzerinden 23 Şubat 2026- 23 Mart 2026 tarih aralığında alınmıştır.  İkinci aşama başvuruları ise, 08 Nisan 2026 -04 Haziran 2026 tarih aralığında alınacaktır. Birinci aşamaya başvuru yapmayan platformlar da 2. Aşamaya başvuru yapabileceklerdir. Bu çağrı, Dünya Bankası kapsamında açılan son 1833 Çağrısı olacaktır. 

1833 SAYEM Yeşil Dönüşüm 2026- 1. Çağrısında önemli güncellemeler yapılmıştır; 

1. Başvuru yönteminde güncelleme: Başvuru sürecinin verimliliğini artırmak ve başvuru sahiplerine daha etkin rehberlik sunmak amacıyla, asıl proje başvurusu öncesinde “Uygunluk Kontrolü” aşaması uygulanır. Bu aşama; başvuruların çağrı kapsamı ve temel koşullar açısından ön değerlendirilmesini, platformların programa doğru yönlendirilmesini ve ana başvuru hazırlık sürecinde zaman kaybının azaltılmasını hedefler. Platformlar tarafından, çağrıya başvuru yapılmadan önce PRODİS üzerinden uygunluk kontrolü için form doldurulur. Uygunluk kontrolü formu TÜBİTAK tarafından değerlendirilir. Değerlendirme sonunda kabul ret kararı verilmeyecek olup sadece öneri verilir.  Platformların bu öneriler doğrultusunda başvuruyu yapmaları beklenir. Bu aşamaya başvuru yapmayan platformlar da 2. Aşamaya başvuru yapabilir. 

2. Başvuru şartlarında güncelleme: Platform; yürütücü kuruluş dışında en az 3 ortaktan oluşmalı ve yürütücü kuruluş dâhil toplam ortak sayısı en fazla 10 olmalıdır. Önceki uygulamada ortaklar arasında Kurum, Ar-Ge/Tasarım Merkezi belgesine sahip sermaye şirketi ve KOBİ ölçeğindeki sermaye şirketi niteliğine sahip en az birer ortağın bulunmasına ilişkin zorunluluk aranmakta iken, yapılan güncelleme ile bu nitelik temelli zorunlu ortaklık şartı kaldırılmıştır. Yürütücü kuruluş başvuru şartında değişiklik olmamıştır. Platform, bir yürütücü kuruluşa ek olarak, nitelik şartı aranmadan en az 3 ortak kurum/kuruluştan oluşabilecektir.

3. Projenin başarı durumuna göre farklı geri ödeme oranlarındaki güncelleme:  Programın başarılı olması durumunda uygulanan hibeye dönüşme oranındaki %20 artış uygulaması kaldırılmıştır. Projeyi tamamlayan tüm platformlara aynı geri ödeme oranları uygulanacaktır.

4. 1832 ve 1833 Çağrılarında uygulanan destek kotası güncellemesi: Mevcut durumda Dünya Bankası desteği ile açılan 1832 ve 1833 Çağrıları kapsamında en fazla 2 destek alabilme kotası kaldırılmıştır.  Bunun yerine, kuruluş bazlı bütçe üst limiti takip edilecektir. Kuruluşlar bütçe durumlarına göre ikiden fazla destek alabileceklerdir. Program kapsamında daha önce destek almış kuruluşlar, 1833 programı kapsamında kalan limitlerini PRODİS üzerinden yapacakları yeni proje başvurusu aşamasında görebileceklerdir.

5. Çağrı kapsamı güncellemesi: Çağrı kapsamını belirleyen Yeşil Dönüşüm Ar-Ge ve Yenilik konu başlıkları genişletilmiştir. Sunulacak projelerin aşağıda belirtilen konu başlıklarından birinin kapsamına girmesi beklenmektedir: 

• İklim Değişikliği, Çevre ve Biyoçeşitlilik

• Temiz ve Döngüsel Ekonomi

• Temiz, Erişilebilir ve Güvenli Enerji Arzı

• Yeşil ve Sürdürülebilir Tarım

• Sürdürülebilir Akıllı Ulaşım

6. Kurumların bütçe güncellemesi: Kurumlar önceki çağrılarda 11 milyona kadar bütçe sunabiliyorken yeni çağrıda bir platformdaki tüm kuruluşların toplam bütçesinin % 25 ’i kadar bütçe sunabileceklerdir.

7. KOBİ’lerin bütçe güncellemesi: KOBİ ölçeğindeki kuruluşların bütçe üst limiti 18 milyon TL’den 28 milyon TL’ye çıkarılmıştır.

8. Banka Referans Mektubu güncellemesi: Başvuru sırasında kuruluşlardan alınan banka referans mektubu, sunulacak bütçenin en az %50’ si olacak şekilde istenirken, yeni uygulamada sunulacak bütçenin tamamı kadar talep edilmektedir. 

9. Program süresi üst sınırı güncellemesi: Program süresi üst sınırı 30 ay olarak güncellenmiştir.

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme, TÜBİTAK–the National Research Council of Italy (CNR) Bilateral Cooperation International Exchange Programme will provide comprehensive travel support for collaborative research projects proposed by researchers in Türkiye and Italy Italy (CNR institutes and organizations designated by CNR). In addition to the travel grant, TÜBİTAK will provide scholarship and representation-promotion grants.

Joint research projects from following thematic areas will be supported within the framework of this call “Biomedical Equipment Technologies”, “Artificial Intelligence–Assisted Healthcare”, “Factory Automation Systems”, “Internet of Things (IoT)”, “Mobile Communication Technologies”, “Robotics and Mechatronics”, “Robotics Applications in Agriculture, Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence”. 

Researchers in Türkiye who want to submit a joint research project should agree with researchers working in Italy, where they will carry out the project together as project partners. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

Robotaxi Full-Scale Autonomous Vehicle Competition is organized in two different categories, such as Ready Vehicle and Unique Vehicle, with the aim of contributing to the development of the autonomous vehicles, sensor technologies and ecosystem in areas such as autonomous control algorithms and artificial intelligence, as well as promoting the development of autonomous vehicle technologies in Türkiye.

The competition is open to high school, associate, undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, as well as graduates, studying in Türkiye or abroad. The teams that are successful in this stage will move on to the Critical Design Report phase. Based on the results of the Vehicle Test Video and Simulation Video, the teams that qualify for the final stage will be determined.

Robotaksi-Binek Otonom Araç Yarışması; otonom araçların, sensör teknolojilerinin ve otonom kontrol algoritmaları ile yapay zekâ gibi konularda ekosistemin gelişmesini sağlamanın yanında otonom araç teknolojilerinin ülkemizde geliştirilmesini sağlamak amacıyla Hazır Araç ve Özgün Araç olmak üzere iki farklı kategoride düzenleniyor.

Türkiye ve yurt dışında öğrenim gören lise, ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencileri ile mezunların başvurabildiği yarışmada başarılı takımları Kritik Tasarım Raporu aşaması bekliyor. Araç Test Videosu ile Simülasyon Videosu sonuçlarına göre de finale katılmaya hak kazanan takımlar belli olacak.

The European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) provides various scholarship and support programmes for scientists working in the field of life sciences. These programmes, which are financed by the European Molecular Biology Conference (EMBC) Member States and EMBO/EMBC global partners, provide grant, accommodation and networking support to the researchers.

EMBO Scientific Exchange Grants provide funding to researchers working in the field of life sciences to conduct research visits to laboratories in countries that are EMBC members or EMBO/EMBC global partners.

Eligibility:

• Being an active researcher at any stage in their career with at least 1 year of graduate research experience at the time of application*;

• Currently working in a research laboratory in EMBC members or EMBO/EMBC global partners and their research area being in the field of life sciences and related to EMBO subject areas;

• Applying for a scientific exchange in a research laboratory in EMBC members or EMBO/EMBC global partners excluding the country in which their current laboratory is located**;

• Not applying to work in a laboratory that the applicant has previously worked or visited;

• Not applying to attend courses, workshops or symposia;

• Returning to their own laboratory upon the completion of the scientific exchange and staying there for at least 6 months is required.

* Candidates with a medical degree (M.D.), independent researchers and research technicians are also eligible to apply provided they have at least 1 year of graduate research experience and their research area is in the field of life sciences and related to EMBO subject areas.

** Only in exceptional cases, the grants may be awarded for research visits outside the countries that are EMBC members or EMBO/EMBC global partners. For such cases, it is essential to provide a justification for why there is no appropriate expertise or technology in EMBC members or EMBO/EMBC global partners.

Benefits:

• Grant is awarded for visits of 1 week up to 3 months.

• Grantees can stay longer than 3 months (with a maximum of 6 months) during their visits, but the EMBO grant must be used for the first 3 months of the visit.

• Grant contributes towards travel costs and subsistence of the fellow but not of any dependents with the subsistence rate and travel allowance depending on the country being visited.

• No fund can be provided for additional expenses other than these items.

Türkiye’nin de üyesi olduğu Avrupa Moleküler Biyoloji Konferansı (European Molecular Biology Conference–EMBC) üye ve iş birliği ortağı olan ülkeler tarafından finanse edilen bu programlar araştırmacılara hibe, dolaşım ve bilimsel ağ oluşturma desteği sağlamaktadır.

Bu desteklerden biri olan EMBO Bilimsel Değişim Hibeleri (Scientific Exchange Grants) ile yaşam bilimleri alanında çalışan araştırmacılara, EMBC üye veya iş birliği ortağı olan ülkelerdeki araştırma laboratuvarlarına bilimsel ziyaret gerçekleştirme olanağı sunulmaktadır.

Başvuru Koşulları:

• Kariyerinin herhangi bir aşamasında aktif araştırmacı olmak ve başvuru sırasında en az 1 yıl lisansüstü araştırma deneyimine sahip olmak*;

• EMBC üye veya iş birliği ortağı olan ülkelerdeki araştırma laboratuvarlarında çalışıyor olmak ve araştırma alanları EMBO çalışma alanlarına uygun olmak;

• Hâlihazırda çalışmakta olduğu laboratuvarın bulunduğu ülke dışındaki EMBC üye veya iş birliği ortağı olan ülkelerdeki araştırma laboratuvarlarında bilimsel değişim yapmak amacıyla başvuru yapmak**;

• Daha önce çalışılan veya ziyaret edilen bir laboratuvar için başvuru yapmamak;

• Kurslara, çalıştaylara veya sempozyumlara katılmak için başvuru yapmamak;

• Bilimsel değişimin tamamlanmasının ardından kendi laboratuvarına dönmek ve orada en az 6 ay bulunmak gereklidir.

* Programa en az 1 yıl lisansüstü araştırma deneyimine sahip olan ve araştırma alanları EMBO çalışma alanlarına uygun olan tıp doktoru (M.D.) ve bağımsız araştırmacılar ile araştırma teknisyenleri de başvuru yapabilirler.

** Bilimsel değişim hibeleri istisnai durumlarda EMBC üye veya iş birliği ortağı olan ülkeler dışındaki ülkelere bilimsel ziyaret yapmak amacıyla sağlanabilir. İstisnai durumdan faydalanmak için EMBC üye veya iş birliği ortağı olan ülkelerde bilimsel değişime konu uzmanlık veya teknolojinin neden bulunmadığına ilişkin gerekçe sunulması gerekmektedir.

4006-C Bilim Fuarları Festivali Desteğinin 2. Çağrısı Yayınlandı!

4006-TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı kapsamında desteklenen projelerin il ve ilçe düzeyinde düzenlenecek festivaller aracılığıyla daha geniş kitlelerle buluşturulması amacıyla açılan 4006-C Bilim Fuarları Festivali Desteğinin 2. çağrısı yayınlanmıştır. 

Bu çağrı ile okullarda sergilenen projelerin toplumun her kesiminden vatandaşlara ulaştırılması ve bilimsel farkındalığın yaygınlaştırılması hedeflenirken; aynı zamanda bilimsel merakın artırılması ve aynı il/ilçede bilim fuarı gerçekleştirmiş okullar arasında bilgi alışverişini mümkün kılacak bir etkileşim ortamının oluşturulması da amaçlanmaktadır.

The 2202 Science Olympiads Program, implemented by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), aims to increase middle and high school students’ interest in the fundamental sciences and computer science; to prepare students for the National Science Olympiads; to support their participation in International and Regional Science Olympiads; and to provide opportunities for instructors who will guide students preparing for the First Stage of the Science Olympiads to participate in the TÜBİTAK Olympiad Academy.

In this context, the 34th Science Olympiad First Stage Exam will be held for students and teachers in the following disciplines:

• Astronomy and Astrophysics

• Computer Science

• Biology

• Geography

• Physics

• Chemistry

• Mathematics

• Middle School Computer Science

• Middle School Mathematics

The exam will take place on 16 May 2026, in 81 provincial centers across Türkiye and in Lefkoşa, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In case of force majeure preventing the exam from being conducted at the preferred exam center, candidates may be assigned to the nearest available exam center.

Applications will be open until 21 April 2026, at 17:30 (UTC+3). Individual applications must be submitted through TÜBİTAK Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi (TYBS).

Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu (TÜBİTAK) tarafından yürütülen 2202 Bilim Olimpiyatları Programı ile ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerinin temel bilimler ve bilgisayar alanlarına ilgilerini artırmak, öğrencileri Ulusal Bilim Olimpiyatlarına hazırlamak, uluslararası ve bölgesel bilim olimpiyatlarına katılımlarını desteklemek ve Bilim Olimpiyatları Birinci Aşama Sınavı’na hazırlanan öğrencilere rehberlik edecek eğitmenlerin TÜBİTAK Olimpiyat Akademisi’ne katılımlarına imkân sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır.

Bu kapsamda, 34. Bilim Olimpiyatları Birinci Aşama Sınavı, öğrenciler ve öğretmenler için gerçekleştirilecektir.

Astronomi ve Astrofizik, Bilgisayar, Biyoloji, Coğrafya, Fizik, Kimya, Matematik, Ortaokul Bilgisayar, Ortaokul Matematik dallarında  16 Mayıs 2026  tarihinde  81 il merkezinde ve Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde (Lefkoşa) Bilim Olimpiyatları Birinci Aşama Sınavı düzenlenecektir. Mücbir sebeplerle talep edilen sınav merkezinde sınav yapılamaması hâlinde tercih edilen sınav merkezine en yakın sınav merkezinde sınav yapılabilir.

Application and Evaluation Process:

Candidates for the Incentive Award can apply personally or be nominated. Individual applications cannot be made for the Science, Special and Service Awards, a nomination is required.

The following institutions or individuals can nominate to TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards.

• Those who have received TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service Award or TÜBİTAK-TWAS Science Award in the past,

• Council of Higher Education,

• Türkiye Academy Of Sciences,

• Senates or Boards of Directors of Universities,

• The highest decision-making bodies of public and private sector institutions and organizations operating in scientific and technological fields,

• TÜBİTAK R&D and R&D Facility Units Boards of Directors and TÜBİTAK Research Groups Executive Committees (in their fields of activity). 

Applications for TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are made through the Awards Application System, which can be accessed via the website. The candidate who will apply for the award and the nominating person or the highest official of the institution/organization must have a current registration in ARBİS, otherwise they must complete a "New User Registration". 

The requested documents must be completely uploaded to the Application System. 

After the application phase is completed, the "Acceptance Commitment and Declaration Form" must be signed with an e-signature by the candidate and the person nominating the candidate or the highest authorized manager of the nominating institution/organization. Candidates who are abroad and cannot use e-signature during the application can sign the printout of the application form and send the scanned version of the relevant form first by e-mail and then by mail or courier to our contact address below. 

If the nominee has previously received the TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service Award, or the TÜBİTAK-TWAS Science Award, they must add the type of award they received from TÜBİTAK and the year they received it in the relevant section of the application system. If the nominator is the university senate/board of directors, the rector's signature must be present in the application system. If the vice rector has been given power of attorney regarding the work and transactions related to TÜBİTAK Award applications, or if the vice rector is deputizing the rector at the time the application is made, the relevant power of attorney document must be uploaded to the system.

Only one of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Award categories can be applied in the same period.

Applications can be made maximum 3 times for each type of award: Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards. Applications made before 2010 are not included in this number.

Candidates born in 1985 or before cannot apply for the Incentive Award. For female applicants, one year is added to the age limit of 40 for each birth.

Those who applied for the TÜBA-The Young Scientists Award Programme (GEBİP) and/or the International TÜBA Academy Prizes in 2026 cannot apply for the TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards in 2026. If it is determined that a candidate has applied to these awards, their application will be deemed invalid.

For Science, Special and Incentive Awards: Candidates are expected to explain their reasons for deserving the award in a maximum of 750 words and to support this explanation with publications to which primary contributions have been made. A copy of the 5 publications specified in the "Publications Selected Within the Framework of Reason" heading should be uploaded to the "Additional Files". The candidate's contributions to these 5 publications and the candidate’s contribution to these publications should be explained in a maximum of 250 words. If the candidate has contributed to more than one subject, all but the most significant contribution should be separated by subject. A copy of each of the maximum 15 publications under the heading "Other Scientific Publications within the Framework of Justification" should be uploaded to the "Additional Files" and a description text not exceeding 500 words should be added.

Publications that constitute a primary contribution to a candidate's application (The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason) cannot be used in another candidate's application for the same type of award. TÜBİTAK has the right to investigate the statement for publications declared to have made primary contributions. Although it is declared that the candidate has made a primary contribution to the relevant publication, if it is determined that the candidate has not made a primary contribution to any of these publications, the application will not be evaluated. In addition, “The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason” must be independent of the candidate's doctorate study.

For the Service Award: applications must include the reasons why candidates deserve the award and the relevant document supporting these reasons, if any. In the justification; It should be explained in a maximum of 750 words within the scope of the following subjects;

• To train scientists

• To work for the institutionalization of the branch of science in which the candidate belongs to

• How the candidate has provided superior service to the development of science and technology in Türkiye, 

• Establishing or significantly contributing to the establishment of scientific institutions and organizations.

TÜBİTAK Science, Special and Service Awards are given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences. The Incentive Award is given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Polar Studies. 

The number of Science Awards cannot exceed eight, the number of Special Awards cannot exceed four, the number of Service Awards cannot exceed four, and the number of Incentive Awards cannot exceed twenty.

Plaques and certificates are given according to the type of Science, Special, Service and Incentive awards. For the Science and Special Awards, the equivalent of 10 full gold coins and for the Incentive Award, the equivalent of 5 full gold coins are deposited into bank accounts in Turkish Lira.

All evaluations and opinions formed during the award evaluation process, as well as the names of the referees/advisors whose evaluations were consulted and the opinions given by them, are confidential and are outside the scope of the right to information in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 26 of Law No. 4982.

Applications will be accepted until 22 May 2026, at 17.00 (UTC+3).

The winners of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are announced in the same year and the awards are given to their winners at a ceremony.
