Supported projects are evaluated only electronically via the online application (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System -PRODİS) at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr

For supported projects, the R&D Assistance Request Form is filled in PRODİS and submitted to TÜBİTAK in six-month periods. The observers who are assigned to monitor the project, prepare the Periodic Monitoring Report by reviewing the AGY303 Report and visiting the company on site. And then, they submitted their report to TÜBİTAK in the electronic environment on PRODİS. Project expenditures are supported within the framework of observers’ opinion and support decision letter.

In the last period of the project, the Project Result Report is submitted by the company.

During the visits of the observers, the company is expected to make a presentation on the subject, and also, the project manager, the staff and the technical consultants, if any, are expected to be present during the visit. Observers can request the explanations they need from the company before preparing the report.

Bu çağrının amacı, Avrupa Birliği fonlarından ülkemize geri dönüş oranını artırmak için araştırmacıların önemli bir keşif ve/veya buluş yapma potansiyeli içeren ERC’ye yeniden sunacakları proje önerilerini iyileştirmek/güçlendirmek ve Avrupa Araştırma Konseyi (ERC)’den destek alabilmelerini sağlamak için destek vermektir. Bu çağrının amacı, Avrupa Birliği fonlarından ülkemize geri dönüş oranını artırmak için araştırmacıların önemli bir keşif ve/veya buluş yapma potansiyeli içeren projelerini iyileştirmek/güçlendirmek ve Avrupa Araştırma Konseyi (ERC)’den destek alabilmelerini sağlamak için destek vermektir. Bu program kapsamında hibe destek olarak;

• Araştırma projesi desteği

sağlanır.

The aim of this call is to provide support for researchers in order to improve/strengthen their projects having potential to make significant discoveries and/or inventions and be able to receive support from the European Research Council (ERC) for increasing the rate of return to our country from the European Union funds. Within the scope of this program;
Grant for scientific research is provided.

Destek süresi en fazla 24 aydır. Destek sonrasında taahhüt edilen ERC başvurularının yapılabilmesi için çalışma süresinin titizlikle belirlenmesi önem arz etmektedir.

Program kapsamında;

Duration of support is maximum 24 months.
Within the scope of the program;

• ERC’ye sunulan ve son başvuru tarihi itibari ile 3 yıl içerisinde fonlanmamış (Başlangıç Desteği, Konsolide Desteği, Gelişmiş Destek ve Sinerji Destek) ancak son değerlendirme aşamasından “A” veya “B” puanı alan proje sahibi olmak 

• ERC’ye tekrar başvuruyu taahhüt etmek

• Proje yürütücüsünün Türkiye’de yerleşik bir araştırma kurumunda çalışıyor ya da TÜBİTAK’tan alınacak desteğin başlama tarihi itibarıyla çalışacak olması

• Program desteği sonrasında ERC desteği almaya hak kazanırsa projesini Türkiye’de yürütmek

• Having a project application submitted to ERC and not funded within the last 3 years as of the application deadline, but received grade "A" or "B" from the second phase;

• Commitment to reapply to ERC;

• The researcher is employed by a research institution that resides in Türkiye or will be employed as of the start date of the support to be received from TÜBİTAK;

• Executing his/her project in Türkiye
