Türkiye is a member of The International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), since 1989. ICGEB provides financial support to researchers working in the fields of basic life sciences, health services, industrial and agricultural biotechnology and bioengineering. Applications for ICGEB Doctoral and Postdoctoral Short and Long Term Research Fellowships are made twice a year, and the deadline for applications for the first term of 2026 is 31 March 2026.

Applications for the fellowships programmes are received by ICGEB online application sistem.

Türkiye’nin üyesi olduğu, Uluslararası Genetik Mühendisliği ve Biyoteknoloji Merkezi (International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology–ICGEB), bulaşıcı hastalıklar, bulaşıcı olmayan hastalıklar, medikal biyoteknoloji, endütriyel biyoteknoloji, bitki biyolojisi ve biyoteknoloji alanlarında faaliyet gösteren araştırmacılara araştırma fırsatı ve finansal destek sağlamaktadır. ICGEB araştırma burslarına başvurular yılda iki kere yapılmakta olup 2026 yılı birinci dönem başvuruları için son başvuru tarihi 31 Mart 2026’dir.

Applications for the BİDEB 2210-National MSc/MA Scholarship Programs 2026 First Term Calls have been opened as of 2 March 2026, and will remain available until 17:30 (UTC+3) on 24 March 2026.

Within the scope of the 2210 programmes, support is given to master students seeking to pursue a graduate degree in Türkiye. Applications for the 2026 calls of the programmes are now open.

The International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) that Türkiye has been a member since 1989, provides financial support to researchers conducting research and development activities in the fields of basic life sciences, health services, industrial and agricultural biotechnology and bioenergy.

All researchers working in a university or research institute any ICGEB Member State, including Türkiye, and working in the fields of basic life sciences, health services, industrial and agricultural biotechnology and bioenergy can apply to the programme.

 

Young scientists working at a university or research institute in Türkiye, who are not over 40 years old, have done research abroad for at least 2 years, and who’s return date back to Türkiye is not more than 2 years from the date of application, can apply to the programme.

The grant amount is up to 25,000 Euro per year for a maximum duration of 36 months.

Important Note:

In order to provide equal opportunity for applications from ICGEB member countries, the number of applications to be made from each member country has been determined as a maximum of 3 for the CRP and a maximum of 2 for the CRP Special Programme. In case these numbers are exceeded, the applications received are subject to a preliminary evaluation process by TÜBİTAK. In this process, TÜBİTAK will send the applications to external consultants who are experts in their fields according to the scientific evaluation criteria determined by ICGEB for preliminary evaluations of the ICGEB CRP and the CRP Special Programme. The applications which received the highest scores as a result of the preliminary evaluation process will be considered. In this scope, the first 3 of the applications made for the standard CRP and the first 2 of the applications made for the CRP Special Programme will be sent to the ICGEB CRP Office by the Türkiye ICGEB Liaison Officer, along with the "Endorsement" forms. 

Türkiye’nin 1989’dan beri üyesi olduğu Uluslararası Genetik Mühendisliği ve Biyoteknoloji Merkezi (International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology – ICGEB) temel yaşam bilimleri, sağlık hizmetleri, endüstriyel ve zirai biyoteknoloji ve biyoenerji alanlarında araştırma ve geliştirme faaliyetlerinde bulunan araştırmacılara finansal destek sağlamaktadır.

Programa, Türkiye’nin de yer aldığı, ICGEB üye ülkelerinden birinde bir üniversite veya araştırma enstitüsünde çalışmakta olan, temel yaşam bilimleri, sağlık hizmetleri, endüstriyel ve zirai biyoteknoloji ve biyoenerji alanlarında faaliyet gösteren tüm araştırmacılar başvuru yapabilir.

Genç araştırmacılara destek veren programa 40 yaşını aşmamış, en az 2 yıl yurt dışında araştırma yapmış ve başvurunun yapıldığı tarihte Türkiye’ye dönüşü 2 yılı geçmemiş, Türkiye’de bir üniversite veya araştırma enstitüsünde çalışmakta olan genç bilim insanları başvuru yapabilir.

Programın destek kapsamı en fazla 36 ay süreyle yıllık azami 25.000 avrodur.

Önemli Bilgi:

ICGEB üye ülkelerinden gelen başvurulara fırsat eşitliği sağlamak amacıyla, her üye ülkeden yapılacak başvuru sayısı CRP için en fazla 3, CRP Özel Programı için ise en fazla 2 olarak belirlemiştir. Bu sayıların aşılması durumunda, alınan başvurular TÜBİTAK tarafından ön değerlendirme sürecine tabi tutulmaktadır. Bu süreçte TÜBİTAK, başvuruları CRP ve CRP Özel Programı ön değerlendirmesi için ICGEB tarafından belirlenen bilimsel değerlendirme kriterlerine göre konularında uzman dış danışmanlara gönderecektir. Ön değerlendirme sonucunda oluşturulan listede en yüksek puanı alan başvurular değerlendirmeye alınacaktır. Bu kapsamda, CRP için yapılan başvurulardan ilk 3’ü, CRP Özel Programı için yapılan başvurulardan ise ilk 2’si, Türkiye’den yapılan başvurular olarak, Türkiye ICGEB Liaison Officer’ı tarafından, “Endorsement” formları ile birlikte ICGEB CRP Ofisi’ne gönderilecektir. 

 

4005 Programı Başvuruları Sona Erdi!

13. Dönem 4005 Yenilikçi Eğitim Uygulamaları Destekleme Programı başvuru süreci 8 Aralık 2025 saat 17:30 itibariyle sona ermiştir. E-imza süreci başarılı bir şekilde tamamlanan proje başvuruları için değerlendirme süreçleri başlamıştır.

Innovative Educational Applications Support Programme was launched in 2013 and designed for graduate students, academicians in universities, permanent teachers working actively in an institution, and employees of science centers run by public and municipal affiliates. Innovative Educational Applications Support Programme covers interactive activities that provide the students with the necessary knowledge and skills through innovative approaches to arouse interest and curiosity in their branches, develop positive attitudes, increase their motivation and enable them to learn. Since 2018, the project coordinator should have a Ph.D. degree.

Ar-Ge, bilimsel ve teknik bilgi birikimini artırmak amacıyla, sistematik bir temelde yürütülen yenilikçi faaliyetler ve oluşan bilgi birikiminin yeni uygulamalarda (ürün, süreç) kullanımıdır. Yenilik ise, bir fikri, geliştirilmiş, iyileştirilmiş ya da yeni ve satılabilir bir ürüne veya sürece dönüştürmeye yönelik bir dizi bilimsel, teknolojik, mali ve ticari faaliyeti ifade eder.

1507 KOBİ Ar-Ge Başlangıç Destek Programı ile Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) ölçeğindeki kuruluşların teknoloji ve yenilik kapasitelerinin geliştirilerek daha rekabetçi olmaları, sistematik proje yapabilmeleri, katma değeri yüksek ürün geliştirebilmeleri, kurumsal araştırma teknoloji geliştirme kültürüne sahip olmaları, ulusal ve uluslararası destek programlarında daha etkin yer almaları hedeflenmektedir.

1507 KOBİ Ar-Ge Destek Programı çağrılı olarak yürütülmektedir.

Sağlanan destek, hibe şeklindedir (geri ödemesizdir).

Çağrı duyurusunda aksi belirtilmediği sürece projeler için konu sınırlaması yoktur. Tüm sektörlerden ve tüm teknoloji alanlarındaki Ar-Ge projeleri için başvuru yapılabilir.

Proje destek süresi çağrı duyurusunda belirtilir ve Programın Uygulama Esasları gereği 18 ayı aşamaz.  İkisi ortaklı olmak kaydıyla firmanın ilk 5 projesinin TÜBİTAK tarafından desteklenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çağrı kapsamında sunulacak proje sayısı sınırı vb. diğer özel koşullar çağrı duyurularında belirtilir.

R&D is innovative activities carried out on a systematic basis in order to increase scientific and technical knowledge, and the use of knowledge in new applications (product, process). Innovation, on the other hand, refers to a set of scientific, technological, financial and commercial activities aimed at transforming an idea into an improved or new and salable product or process.

With the 1507 SME R&D Startup Support Program, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can be more competitive by improving their technology and innovation capacities, be able to carry out systematic projects, develop products with high added value, have a corporate research technology development culture, national and international support to take part more effectively in their programmes.

1507 SME R&D Support Program is carried out on call.

The support provided is in the form of grants (non-refundable).

Unless otherwise stated in the call announcement, there is no subject limitation for projects. Applications can be made for R&D projects from all sectors and all technology fields.

The project support period is specified in the call announcement and cannot exceed 18 months in accordance with the Implementation Principles of the Program. The project budget is maximum 3.000,000 TL. It is aimed to support the first 5 projects of the company, both of which are partners, by TUBITAK. Limit on the number of projects to be submitted within the scope of the call, etc. other special conditions are specified in the call announcements.

Destek Kapsamı

1507- KOBİ Ar-Ge Başlangıç Destek Programı kapsamında, yenilik tanımı çerçevesinde; yeni bir ürün üretilmesi, mevcut bir ürünün geliştirilmesi, iyileştirilmesi, ürün kalitesi veya standardının yükseltilmesi veya maliyet düşürücü nitelikte yeni tekniklerin, yeni üretim teknolojilerinin geliştirilmesi konularında yürütülen Ar-Ge nitelikli projeler desteklenmektedir. Programın destek oranı % 75 olarak uygulanır.

 

Program kapsamında desteklenen gider kalemleri aşağıda belirtilmiştir.

a) Personel giderleri,

b) Seyahat giderleri,

c) Alet, teçhizat, yazılım ve yayın alım giderleri,

d) Malzeme ve sarf giderleri,

e) Yurt içi ve yurt dışı danışmanlık hizmeti ve diğer hizmet alım giderleri,

f) Ar-Ge kurum ve kuruluşlarına yaptırılan Ar-Ge hizmet giderleri.

Scope of Support

Within the scope of the 1507- SME R&D Initial Support Program, within the framework of the definition of innovation; R&D projects are supported to produce a new product, to develop or improve an existing product, to increase product quality or standard, or to develop new techniques and production technologies with a cost-reducing nature. The support rate of the program is applied as 75%.

The items of expenses supported within the scope of the program are listed below.

a) Personnel expenses,

b) Travel expenses,

c) Equipment, software and publication purchase expenses,

d) Material and consumable expenses,

e) Domestic and international consultancy services and other service procurement expenses,

f) R&D service expenses related with R&D institutions and organizations.

Süreç
  • Proje önerileri PRODİS (Proje Değerlendirme ve İzleme Sistemi) (http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr) üzerinden TÜBİTAK’a gönderilir.
  • Proje önerileri alanında uzman kişiler ve kurullar tarafından değerlendirilir ve uygun bulunan projeler desteklenir.
  • Desteklenen projeler için firma ile TÜBİTAK arasında bir sözleşme imzalanır.
  • Firma projeyi yürütür ve altışar aylık dönemlerde proje giderlerini ve proje faaliyetlerini içeren dönem raporunu (Ar-Ge Yardımı İstek Formu) TÜBİTAK’a sunar.
  • İzleme aşamasında TÜBİTAK alanında uzman bir izleyici görevlendirir, projelerin ilerleyişini izler ve destek ödemesini yapar.
  • Projenin son döneminde ilave olarak bir Proje Sonuç Raporu hazırlanır.
  • Tamamlanan projenin Ticarileşme Süreçleri takip edilir.
Progress

Project proposals are sent to TÜBİTAK via PRODİS (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System) (http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr). Project proposals are evaluated by experts and committees, and projects elected are supported. A contract is signed between the company and TUBITAK for the supported projects.

The company carries out the project and submits the period report (R&D Assistance Request Form) containing the project expenses and project activities to TÜBİTAK in six-month periods. During the monitoring phase, TÜBİTAK assigns an expert audience, monitors the progress of the projects and makes the support payment.

An additional Project Final Report is prepared in the last period of the project.
