14 Şubat 2022 tarihinde sonuçlanacak çağrıya yapılacak başvurularda, aşağıda yer alan teknoloji hazırlık seviyesi (THS) soru setinin ilgili bölümünün doldurularak başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.

1004 - Mükemmeliyet Merkezi Destek Programı “Yüksek Teknoloji Platformları” 2. çağrısı 15 Eylül 2021 tarihi itibariyle açıldı.

Çağrı kapsamında oluşturulacak araştırma programları, tek fazlı olarak desteklenecektir. Desteklenecek araştırma programlarına 50 milyon TL’ye kadar bütçe verilebilecektir.

Başvurular https://ardeb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden çevrimiçi alınacaktır.

Çevrimiçi başvurunun ve e-imza sürecinin tamamlanması için son tarih 14 Şubat 2022 saat 23:59 olarak belirlenmiştir.

Çağrı kapsamında, araştırma ve aday araştırma üniversiteleri, 11. Kalkınma Planındaki öncelikli sektörler/alt alanlar ve üniversitelerin yetkinlikleri dikkate alınarak atanan ihtisas alanlarında başvuru yapabileceklerdir.

6550 sayılı Kanun kapsamında yeterlik almış altyapılar için başvuru yapabilecekleri yüksek teknoloji alanlarına bilgi iletişim teknolojileri eklenmiştir.

“Yeşil Mutabakata Uyum Kapsamındaki Öncelikli Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Konuları”nda sunulan projeler öncelikli olarak desteklenecektir.

Could you please indicate the support provided to the researcher and his/her research within the scope of the programs? What do these programs promise for supported scientists and researchers who wish to conduct research in Türkiye and contribute to Türkiye's advancement in technology and innovation?

In our calls, we provide opportunities for our researchers to realize their research objectives in our country and encourage them to work with our country's ecosystem and achieve new achievements. We offer a package of 10 different fellowships and support incentives to the researcher, the research project, the research team, and his/her family comprehensively. In this context, monthly scholarship for the coordinator during the support period, initial research grant that is given as a fixed sum at the beginning of the project, support for the research project with a duration of at least 24 and at most 36 months according to the content of the research project, scholarship expenses for five graduate students or post-doctoral researchers for strengthening research teams, project incentive bonus for researchers who will take part in the research project, and an institution share for the host institution or organization. In addition to the research project support, which varies from project to project and amounts to a maximum of 1.650.000 thousand Turkish Liras, the initial research grant is given as 4.700.000 Turkish Liras for experienced leading researchers and 2.350.000 Turkish Liras for young researchers. In addition, a family life expense scholarship and travel support for the arrival to Türkiye for the coordinator, spouse, and children, if any, and health insurance support are provided. As a new incentive, mentoring support is provided by our International Leading Researchers, who were previously supported in the previous calls. This incentive will also provide essential guidance for increasing the impact potential of our researchers within our ecosystem. Moreover, if the education period of the graduate students who are scholarship holders exceeds the project duration, our support continues.

The upper limits of the budget for funding programmes carried out by ARDEB (the Directorate for Research Funding Programmes) that are listed in the table below have been increased. 

The updated upper limits will be in force as of the first term of 2025 for the 1001 Programme, and will be in force for the applications made as of 11 November 2024 to the other funding programmes mentioned in the table below.

If additional funding is required for ongoing projects, a decision will be made accordingly upon the request of the Principal Investigator (PI) and based on the evaluation conducted by the Research Support Group.

Yeni limitler 1001- Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Projelerini Destekleme Programı için 2025 yılı 1. döneminden itibaren; aşağıda adı geçen diğer destek programlarında ise 11 Kasım 2024 tarihinden itibaren yapılacak başvurularda geçerli olacaktır.

The call titled “Impact Analysis of Social and Economic Support Services and Strengthening the Service Model” is now open. The call, in which the Republic Of Türkiye, Ministry of Family And Social Services is the client institution, aims to increase the effectiveness of the “Social and Economic Support” service for children and families and improve the quality of the service in line with the goals of ensuring that children are raised in a family environment, protected from all kinds of risks, and expand family-oriented care services within the scope of the TÜBİTAK Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Programme (1007 Programme).

Çocukların her türlü riskten korunarak aile ortamında yetiştirilmelerini sağlamak ve aile odaklı bakım hizmetlerini yaygınlaştırmak hedefleri doğrultusunda “Sosyal ve Ekonomik Destek” (SED) hizmetinin çocuklara ve ailelere yönelik etkililiğinin artırılması ve hizmet kalitesinin geliştirilmesi amacıyla TÜBİTAK Kamu Kurumları Araştırma ve Geliştirme Projelerini Destekleme Programı (1007 Programı) kapsamında Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığının müşteri kurum olarak yer aldığı “Sosyal ve Ekonomik Destek Hizmetlerinin (SED) Etki Analizi ve Hizmet Modelinin Güçlendirilmesi” başlıklı çağrı, Kamu Araştırmaları Destek Grubu (KAMAG) tarafından yayınlanmıştır.

Çağrı kapsamında doğrudan 2. aşama başvuruları alınacaktır.  Proje önerilerinin çevrim içi başvuru sistemine kaydedilerek onaylanması için son tarih 2 Aralık 2024 saat 23:59 olarak belirlenmiştir.
