2232-B Uluslararası Genç Araştırmacılar Programı 2025 Yılı Çağrısı Başvuruları Devam Ediyor!

Başvurular TÜBİTAK Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi (TYBS) üzerinden 27 Eylül 2025 – 30 Aralık 2025 (Saat 17.30 GMT+3) tarihleri arasında alınacaktır.

Program kapsamında ülkemiz için stratejik öneme sahip araştırma alanlarında yürütülecek projelere katkı sağlamak amacıyla; alanlarında yaptıkları üst düzey bilim ve/veya teknoloji odaklı araştırmalarıyla öne çıkmış, yurt dışında çalışma deneyimi bulunan 40 yaş altındaki genç araştırmacıların; Türkiye’ye gelmelerini teşvik etmek ve çalışmalarını Türkiye’deki devlet veya vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarında, kamu kurumlarında, 6550 kapsamında yeterlik almış araştırma altyapılarında, TÜBİTAK Araştırma Merkez veya Enstitülerinde, Ar-Ge veya tasarım merkezine sahip özel sektör kuruluşlarında ya da teknoparklar bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren Türkiye’deki yerleşik sermaye şirketlerinde sürdürebilmeleri için destek verilmektedir.

2232 - B International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers Programme is Still Open for Application!

Applications will be received through the TÜBİTAK Management Information System (TYBS) between 27 September 2025 and 30 December 2025 (17.30 GMT+3).

In order to contribute to projects that will be executed in research fields that are of strategic importance for our country within the scope of the programme, it is aimed to promote young researchers under the age of 40 who have come to the fore with their high-level science and/or technology-oriented research in their fields and who have experience to work in an international environment, to conduct their research in Türkiye, and to provide support for them to pursue their work in state or foundation universities, public institutions, research infrastructures deemed competent within the scope of Law no. 6550, TÜBİTAK Research Centers or Institutes, private sector companies with R&D or design centres, or equity companies settled in Türkiye operating within techno parks.

Bu program ile

• Yürütücüye yönelik burs, 

• Yürütücünün varsa eş veya çocuğu için aile yaşam gideri bursu, 

• Araştırma başlangıç paketi ödeneği, 

• Araştırma projesi desteği, 

• Araştırma ekibinin oluşturulması desteği, (Türkiye’de yürütülecek araştırma kapsamında, araştırma ekibinde yer alacak lisansüstü öğrenciler ve doktora sonrası araştırmacıdan oluşan en fazla 5 bursiyerin burs giderleri)

• Araştırma projesinde yer alacak araştırmacılara verilecek PTİ (en fazla 5 araştırmacı),

• Ev sahibi kurum/kuruluşa Kurum Hissesi, 

• Yürütücü ile eş ve çocukları için sağlık sigortası desteği,

• Yürütücü ile eş ve çocukları için yol desteği, 

• 2232 proje yürütücüleri tarafından yönderlik desteği sağlanır.

* Proje ekibinde yer alacak bursiyerlerin en fazla ikisi yüksek lisans öğrencisi, en fazla biri ise doktora sonrası araştırmacı olabilir.

Destek süresi en az 24 ay, en fazla 36 aydır.

The programme will include:

• Scholarship for the coordinator, 

• Family allowance (if applicable), 

• Initial research grant, 

• Research project grant,

• Grant intended for establishing a research team (scholarship for up to 5 graduate students and post-doctoral researchers within the scope of the research to be conducted in Türkiye), 

• Project Incentive Bonus for researchers involved within the scope of the research project (up to 5 researchers),

• Institutional share allowance for host institution, 

• Health insurance for the coordinator and his/her family,

• Travel allowance for the coordinator and his/her family and

• Mentorship support, provided by 2232 project leaders.

*A maximum of two scholarship holders in the project team can be master’s student, and at most one can be a post-doctoral researcher.
Fellowship period is minimum 24 months and maximum 36 months.

• Programa başvuracak araştırmacıların çağrının açıldığı gün itibarıyla 40 yaşını doldurmamış olması gerekmektedir.

• Programa başvuracak araştırmacıların, çağrının açıldığı gün itibarıyla son 3 yıl içinde 1 yıldan fazla Türkiye’de bulunmamış ve çağrının açıldığı gün itibarıyla Türkiye’de çalışmıyor olmaları gerekmektedir. GYK tarafından kabul edilecek mücbir sebepler ile mecburi askerlik hizmeti bu sürenin dışında tutulur.

• Çağrının açıldığı gün itibarıyla aşağıdaki çalışma deneyimlerinin herhangi birinin sağlanması gerekir.

  • Son 4 yıl içerisinde doktora eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra yurt dışında en az 1 yıl doktora sonrası çalışma deneyimine sahip kariyerinin başında olan araştırmacılar.

  • Yurt dışında lisans eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra en az 1 yıl özel sektör bünyesinde çalışmış olmak şartıyla 4 yıl tam zamanlı araştırma deneyimi olan araştırmacılar (Yurt dışında tamamlanmış tezli yüksek lisans eğitiminin en fazla 1 yılı ya da tamamlanmış doktora eğitiminin en fazla 3 yılı bu kapsamda araştırma deneyimine dahil edilebilir).

• Başvuracak araştırmacıların aşağıdaki koşullardan en az birini sağlaması gerekmektedir.

  • Çağrının açıldığı gün itibarıyla, son 5 yılın herhangi bir yılında Thomson Reuters tarafından yayınlanan “En Fazla Atıf Alan Araştırmacılar Listesinde” bulunmak

  • Çağrının açıldığı gün itibarıyla, son 5 yılın herhangi bir yılında aşağıdaki sıralamalardan birinde bulunan kurumlarda toplamda en az 12 ay çalışmış olmak:

    • QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) veya THE (Times Higher Education) Dünya Üniversite Sıralaması çalışmaları kapsamında alan bazında yapılan sıralamalarda ilk 150 üniversite.

    • Avrupa Komisyonu Ortak Araştırma Merkezi tarafından yayınlanmış Dünyada En Çok Ar-Ge Harcaması Yapan İlk 2500 Şirket.

    • Scimago Kurumlar sıralamasında sağlık - yüksek öğretim - kamu - özel alt alanlarında ilk 250 kurum.

    • En Fazla Yatırım alan Başarılı Start-Up ve Unicorn Şirketler;

      • CB Insights tarafından yayınlanan ve girişim seviyesinden 1 milyar ABD doları ve üzeri değerlemeye ulaşan “Unicorn” şirketler listesi,

      • Crunchbase ve CB Insights veritabanlarına göre son 5 yılda kurulup son 5 yılda en fazla yatırım alan ilk 1000 firma.

• Herhangi bir kamu kurumundan destek alıp halihazırda mecburi hizmet yükümlülüğü bulunan araştırmacılar bu programa başvuru yapamaz.

• Researchers applying to the programme must be under the age of 40* as of the call opening date.
• As of the call opening date, researchers applying to the programme must not have resided in Türkiye for more than 1 year within the last 3 years and must not be be working in Türkiye. Force majeure accepted by the Group Executive Committee and compulsory military service are excluded from this period.
• As of the call opening date, any of the work experiences set forth below shall be met:
  • Early-stage researchers who, after completing their doctoral degrees within the last 4 years, have at least 1 year of postdoctoral research experience abroad.
  • Researchers who have 4 years of full-time research experience abroad, provided that, after completing their undergraduate education, they have worked in the private sector for at least 1 year (up to 1 year of a master’s degree with thesis completed abroad or up to 3 years of a doctoral degree completed abroad may be counted towards this research experience).
• Researchers applying must meet at least one of the following requirements:
  • Being on the "Highly Cited Researchers List" published by Thomson Reuters in any year within the last 5 years as of the call opening date
  • Having worked for at least 12 months in total at the institutions among those ranked below in the last 5 years as of the call opening date:
    • Top 150 universities in the field-based rankings according to QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) or THE (Times Higher Education) World University Rankings
    • World’s Top 2500 Industrial R&D Investment Scoreboard published by the European Commission Joint Research Centre  
    • Top 250 institutions in the sub-fields of health, higher education, public and private sectors according to Scimago Institutions Ranking
    • Successful start-up and unicorn companies receiving the most investment
      • “Unicorn” companies list published by CB Insights and reached 1 billion USD and over valuation from its venture level  
      • Top 1000 companies founded within the last 5 years and received the most investment in the last 5 years according to databases of Crunchbase and CB Insights

• Researchers who have fellowship from any other public institution and already have compulsory service obligation cannot apply to this programme.

*For women applicants, one year is added up for each birth.
